A. respectively weighing the raw materials of the low-temperature-resistant polyethylene plastic barrel, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed material;

B. feeding the mixed material into an injection molding machine for melting and mixing to obtain a mixed melt; and carrying out an injection molding process on the mixed melt to obtain the low-temperature-resistant polyethylene plastic barrel.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a low-temperature-resistant polyethylene plastic barrel and a preparation process thereof.

Background

Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerizing ethylene, and industrially also comprises a copolymer of ethylene and a small amount of α -olefin, and the polyethylene is odorless, nontoxic, has a wax-like hand feeling, has excellent low-temperature resistance (the lowest use temperature can reach-100 to-70 ℃), good chemical stability, can resist corrosion of most of acid and alkali (cannot resist acid with oxidation property), is insoluble in common solvents at normal temperature, and has small water absorption and excellent electrical insulation.

The polyethylene is classified into high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene according to the polymerization method, molecular weight and chain structure.

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), commonly known as high pressure polyethylene, is used mainly in plastic bags, agricultural films, etc. because of its relatively low density and the softest material.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), commonly known as low pressure polyethylene, has higher temperature resistance, oil resistance, vapor permeability resistance and environmental stress crack resistance compared with LDPE and LLDPE, has good electrical insulation, impact resistance and cold resistance, and is mainly applied to the fields of blow molding, injection molding and the like.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), which is a copolymer of ethylene and a small amount of a higher α -olefin polymerized in the presence of a catalyst, is similar in appearance to LDPE, is poor in transparency, but has good surface gloss, and has the advantages of low temperature toughness, high modulus, bending and stress cracking resistance, good impact strength at low temperature, and the like.

Polyethylene can be formed by extrusion, injection, molding, blow molding, melt spinning and the like, is widely applied to industry, agriculture, packaging and daily industry, is quite widely applied in China, is the largest user of the polyethylene, consumes about 77 percent of low-density polyethylene and 18 percent of high-density polyethylene, and occupies a larger proportion in the consumption structure of injection molded products, electric wires and cables, hollow products and the like, and plays a very important role in the plastic industry.

Although the application field of polyethylene is very wide, LLDPE and HDPE are in the growth stage of the life cycle at present; LDPE gradually entered the development maturation stage at the end of the 1980 s. However, the plastic buckets currently made of PE still have the following problems:

1. the low temperature resistance is poor, and the paint is not suitable for being used in a low temperature environment;

2. the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and the like are poor, so that the comprehensive use performance is poor.

Based on the situation, the invention provides a low-temperature-resistant polyethylene plastic barrel and a preparation process thereof, and the problems can be effectively solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a low-temperature-resistant polyethylene plastic barrel and a preparation process thereof. The low-temperature resistant polyethylene plastic barrel is prepared by selecting raw materials, optimizing the content of each raw material, selecting linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, oxidized polyethylene, natural rubber, methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber, polyphenyl ether, nano silicon dioxide and the like in proper proportion, and having good compatibility of each component, fully playing respective advantages, complementing each other, and cooperating each other to play a good synergistic effect, so that the shear modulus of the prepared low-temperature resistant polyethylene plastic barrel is only slightly increased after the barrel is stored for 5 hours at the temperature of-30 ℃, and compared with a common polyethylene material, the low-temperature resistant polyethylene plastic barrel has obviously better low-temperature resistance, and shows that the shear strain is close to the room temperature, namely the low-temperature shear performance is good, and the low-temperature resistant performance is good.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

a low-temperature-resistant polyethylene plastic barrel is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

40-48 parts of linear low-density polyethylene,

15-20 parts of medium density polyethylene,

8-11 parts of oxidized polyethylene

20-26 parts of natural rubber,

7-10 parts of methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber,

10-14 parts of polyphenyl ether,

6-8 parts of nano silicon dioxide.

44 parts of linear low-density polyethylene,

17.5 parts of medium density polyethylene,

Oxidized polyethylene 9 parts

23 parts of natural rubber,

9 parts of methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber,

12 parts of polyphenyl ether,

And 7 parts of nano silicon dioxide.

Preferably, the low-temperature resistant polyethylene plastic barrel further comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5-4.5 parts of antioxidant.

Preferably, the antioxidant is a mixture of antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 1076.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the antioxidant 1010 to the antioxidant 1076 in the mixture of the antioxidant 1010 and the antioxidant 1076 is 1: 0.65 to 0.75.

Preferably, the low-temperature resistant polyethylene plastic barrel further comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4.5 parts of a heat stabilizer.
