1. An adding process of a lead paste additive is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the preparation process of the suspension comprises the following steps: stirring and dispersing the additive and pure water together to prepare a suspension;

and (3) spraying: and uniformly spraying the suspension on lead powder.

2. The process for adding a lead paste additive according to claim 1, wherein the additive is added to a mixer together with the pure water to be subjected to high-speed shear dispersion mixing.

3. The addition process of the lead plaster additive according to claim 2, wherein the stirring speed range of the high-speed shearing, dispersing and stirring is 2000-4000 r/min, and the stirring time range of the high-speed shearing, dispersing and stirring is 3-8 min.

4. The process for adding a lead plaster additive according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the conductivity of the pure water is 10 μ S/cm or less, and the solid content of the suspension is in the range of 40% to 60%.

5. The process for adding a lead plaster additive according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the suspension is uniformly sprayed on the stirred lead powder by a spraying device.

The lead plaster additive adding process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the suspension is uniformly sprayed on the lead powder after entering the spray gun through the booster pump, and the flow rate of the suspension is in the range of 3 x 10-4m3/s~5*10-4m3And/s, wherein the spraying time range is 50 s-3 min.

7. The process for adding a lead paste additive as defined in claim 5, wherein the spray angle of said spray gun is not less than 120 °, and the droplets of the suspension sprayed by said spray gun are of the order of micrometers.

8. The process for adding the lead plaster additive according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the process for adding the lead plaster additive is completed after the lead powder is added with water and before the acid addition process.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lead-acid storage batteries, in particular to a lead plaster additive adding process.

Background

In the paste mixing process of the acid storage battery, various additives are required to be added to improve the performance and prolong the service life, for example, barium sulfate, lignosulfonate, humic acid, carbon black and the like are used as a negative electrode, and antimony trioxide, stannous sulfate, graphite and the like are used as a positive electrode.

In order to mix the additives uniformly, the dry feeding process and the wet feeding process are mainly adopted for adding the additives at present. The dry charging process mainly comprises two processes: one is that several additives are weighed according to the technological requirements and then directly added in the paste mixing process. The other method is that several additives are weighed according to the process requirements, but a premixing process is added, namely, various additives are uniformly mixed through high-speed shearing and stirring, and then the additives are directly added in the paste mixing process. The existing wet feeding process also has two types: one is to mix all additives with all formula water, to be mixed evenly to prepare a preparation liquid by high speed stirring, then to add lead powder and dilute sulphuric acid, the other is to mix all additives with part of formula water, to be cut evenly to prepare emulsion, then to add in the paste mixing process.

Through the process, the problem of uniform mixing of various additives can be solved, but the mixing degree of the additives and the lead powder in the paste mixing process is not enough. Firstly, the lead powder in each pot is large in amount and calculated by taking ton as a unit, the total amount of all additives only accounts for 1% -3% of the total mass of the lead powder, and dry addition cannot be uniformly mixed due to great proportion difference. Secondly, the total paste mixing time is controlled, the additives are added rapidly within 2-3 min, and the wet addition cannot be mixed uniformly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an adding process of a lead plaster additive, which can increase the mixing uniformity between the additive and lead powder.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an adding process of a lead plaster additive, which comprises a suspension preparation process and a spraying process. The suspension preparation process comprises stirring and dispersing the additive and pure water together to obtain suspension; the spraying process comprises uniformly spraying the suspension on the lead powder.

Optionally, the additive and pure water are added into a stirrer together for high-speed shearing, dispersing and stirring.

Optionally, the stirring speed range of the high-speed shearing, dispersing and stirring is 2000-4000 revolutions/min, and the stirring time range of the high-speed shearing, dispersing and stirring is 3-8 min.

Optionally, the conductivity of the pure water is less than or equal to 10 muS/cm, and the solid content of the suspension is 40-60%.

Optionally, the suspension is uniformly sprayed on the lead powder by a spraying device.

Optionally, the suspension enters the spray gun through the booster pump and then is uniformly sprayed on the stirred lead powder, and the flow range of the suspension is 3 x 10-4m3/s~5*10-4m3And/s, the spraying time range is 50 s-3 min.

Optionally, the spray angle of the spray gun is not less than 120 °, and the spray gun sprays droplets of the suspension on the order of microns.

Optionally, the adding process of the lead paste additive is completed after the lead powder is added with water and before the acid adding process.

In conclusion, the lead plaster additive adding process adopted by the invention can well increase the mixing uniformity between the additive and lead powder and ensure that the lead plaster is not oxidized.

Meanwhile, as the suspension is prepared, dust is not easy to fly in the paste production process, and the environment is protected.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Please refer to fig. 1 to fig. 4. The device adopted in the embodiment is shown in figure 1 and comprises a stirring device, a paste mixing device and a spraying device. The stirring device is used for the suspension liquid preparation process; the paste mixing device is used for mixing paste; and the spraying device is respectively communicated with the stirring device and the paste mixing device, and is arranged at the top of the paste mixing device and used for spraying the suspension liquid prepared by the stirring device into the paste mixing device. The paste mixing device in each embodiment of the embodiment is mainly a reaction tank, and lead powder is placed in the reaction tank. The reaction tank is cylindrical, the stirring paddle is arranged in the reaction tank, and the lead powder is stirred by the stirring paddle to move circularly so as to increase the movement of the lead powder and further increase the mixing uniformity of the lead powder and the additive.

Furthermore, the spraying device comprises a booster pump and a spray gun, wherein the booster pump is respectively communicated with the spray gun and the stirring device, one end of the spray gun is provided with a tee joint, two ends of the tee joint are respectively communicated with the booster pump and the spray gun, and the other end of the tee joint is communicated with the compressed air. The results for the spray gun are shown in figures 2-4. The spray gun of the spraying device is arranged right above the lead powder, namely the middle position of the tank body, the spray gun has good spraying effect within the range of about 0.8-1.5 m from the spray nozzle of the spray gun to the lead powder, and the spraying effect is not very good when the spray gun is too far or too close to the spray nozzle. More preferably, the nozzle is approximately 1m from the lead powder. In addition, the spraying angle of the spray gun is not less than 120 degrees, so that the order of magnitude of the liquid drops of the suspension sprayed by the spray gun is micron-sized, and the uniformity of spraying is ensured. In the present embodiment, the number of the nozzles of the spray gun is two, but the number of the nozzles is not limited in the present invention, and in other embodiments, the number of the nozzles may be one, or may be any number of three, etc. Alternatively, it is also possible to provide a plurality of spray guns. The number of the spray guns or the nozzles is determined according to the flow rate, the flow rate is insufficient, and the number of the spray guns or the nozzles can be increased appropriately. The plurality of spray guns can be arranged in the tank body in a central symmetry mode around the tank body.

The stirring device in each embodiment of the invention is a stirring kettle, and the stirring kettle comprises a stirring paddle. However, in other embodiments, other stirring devices may be used to stir.
