Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the steam oven with the steam food box comprises a box body 4 and an inner container 5, steam generated by a steam water tank 7 through a steam generating device 6 is input into the inner container 5 through a pipeline, a control unit 10 for controlling the operation of the steam oven is arranged in the box body 4, a heating pipe 8 for realizing a baking function is arranged in the inner container 5 and is electrically connected with the control unit 10, a steam outlet 51 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner container 5, a hollow steam food box 1 is arranged in the inner container 5, a steam interface 11 is arranged on the outer wall of the steam food box 1 and is in butt joint with the steam outlet 51 of the inner container 5, and the steam interface 11 is communicated with the inner cavity of the steam food box 1 to realize that the steam is conveyed into; the inner wall of the inner container 5 is also provided with a safety switch 9 for sensing whether the steam food box 1 exists or not, and the safety switch 9 is electrically connected with the control unit 10 to control the work of the heating tube 8.

In the first embodiment of fig. 3, the safety switch 9 is a mechanical push type microswitch, and a push rod is provided to extend into the inner container 5, when the steam food box 1 is installed in place in the inner container 5, the outer wall of the steam food box 1 slightly presses the push rod to trigger the safety switch 9 to disconnect the electrical connection between the control unit 10 and the heating tube 8, so that the baking function of the steam oven cannot be started.

In the second embodiment of fig. 4, the safety switch 9 is an electromagnetic induction type inductive switch, when the steam food box 1 is installed in place in the inner container 5, the steam food box 1 is induced by the safety switch 9 and a signal is fed back to the control unit 10 of the steam oven, and after receiving the signal, the control unit 10 disconnects the power supply circuit of the heating tube 8 through a relay of the control unit 10; in addition, the control unit 10 may be provided with a processor, and the processor may shield the activation instruction of the heat generating pipe 8, thereby disabling the baking function of the steam oven.

In the embodiment of fig. 4, in order to make the safety switch 9 sense the steam food box 1 better, a sensing body 13 for the safety switch 9 to respond more easily is further provided on the outer wall of the steam food box 1, so that the safety switch 9 can sense the existence of the steam food box 1 more quickly and accurately.

In the steam oven, the adopted safety control method comprises the following steps: whether the steam food box 1 is in the inner container 5 or not is sensed through the safety switch 9, when the steam food box 1 is in the inner container 5, the control unit 10 is disconnected from the electric connection of the heating tube 8 or a feedback signal is sent to the control unit 10 to shield the starting instruction of the heating tube 8, so that the heating tube 8 for realizing the baking function is prevented from being started by misoperation of a user, and the steam food box 1 is damaged by hot melting.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a program control of the steam oven of the present invention, which can perform only a steam cooking process when the steam food box is in the inner tub, and can perform a steam cooking or baking function when the steam food box is not in the inner tub.
