1. A method for producing cold-melt asphalt, comprising the steps of:

step 1: screening aggregate, namely, waste gravel, waste asphalt concrete planing material, furnace stone, building material waste and the like can be used as one of the raw materials of the aggregate;

step 2: cleaning, namely cleaning the selected aggregates in the aggregate screening step 1 by using clean water or high-pressure air to clean impurities such as sludge on the surfaces of the selected aggregates, so that the surfaces of the aggregates are easy to bond and the strength among the aggregates can be increased;

and step 3: crushing, namely manufacturing the particle size of the cleaned clean aggregate according to the construction requirement so that the selected construction aggregate meets the required particle size;

and 4, step 4: and (3) cementing strength, namely adding asphalt after the constructed aggregate is changed into the aggregate with the required particle size through the step 3 so as to enable the aggregate and the aggregate to be connected.

And 5: the solvent is formed by mixing toluene and high molecular substances into the aggregate added with the asphalt, and the solvent is a solution formed by dissolving solid, liquid or gas solute, but is a liquid substance which does not generate chemical reaction with the solute;

step 6: mixing to form cold-melt asphalt concrete, adding the solvent in the step 5 at normal temperature to form cold-melt asphalt concrete, so that the step of mixing and synthesizing the cold-melt asphalt concrete is completed at normal temperature, namely the cold-melt asphalt concrete is obtained, and the aggregate selected in the cold-melt asphalt concrete, after the asphalt and the solvent of the invention are added between the aggregate particles and the aggregate particles, according to the principle of similar intermiscibility, namely, polar molecules are easy to dissolve in a polar solvent, nonpolar molecules are easy to dissolve in a nonpolar solvent, and further leading the skeleton formed between the aggregates to have a communicated pore structure which has high volume stability and can automatically form a better effective water passage, leading the water to be easily discharged into the ground bottom of a paved ground, and also leading the using amount of the asphalt used in the step 4 to be reduced, thus finishing the manufacture of the cold-melt asphalt concrete.

2. The method for producing a cold-melt asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the polymer in the step 5 is waste such as Baolilong, PE, PU, or PP.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing cold-melt asphalt, in particular to a method which can quickly finish the laying operation of asphalt concrete within 1 hour, and for the cold-melt asphalt which is not constructed, the laying operation of the asphalt concrete can be carried out at any time and any place without transporting the cold-melt asphalt to an asphalt concrete factory again for replacing new asphalt concrete, thus being a unique, environment-friendly and economic invention.

Background

Referring to fig. 1, generally, the method for manufacturing asphalt concrete adopts clean aggregate 1, the drying and heating step 2 is performed first, and then the step of performing the bonding strength 3 is performed, that is, the dried and heated clean aggregate 1, hot asphalt and mineral powder are mixed and stirred to form asphalt concrete 4.

When the asphalt concrete is to be paved (see fig. 2), the plant where the asphalt concrete is produced through the above steps must be not far from the construction site, otherwise, when the truck transports the asphalt concrete in a hot state to the construction site, the temperature of the mixed asphalt concrete is lowered and the construction cannot be performed.

Therefore, after the step of transporting the hot asphalt concrete to a construction site for construction 5, after the hot asphalt concrete is paved, the step of flattening 6 is needed to compact and seal the asphalt concrete, and then the step of standing 7 is needed to finish paving the asphalt concrete and to start the vehicle after 5 hours and 8 hours.

However, the time of laying for a long time, the inability to use waste aggregate, and the necessity of lowering the temperature of asphalt concrete due to the drying and heating step, which cannot be too far away from the construction site, are problems that are needed to be paid attention to by the workers.

Disclosure of Invention

Since the conventional usage still has the above-mentioned disadvantages, the inventor of the present invention has devised how to implement the present invention in which asphalt concrete can be laid for a short time to pass through vehicles, and has environmental protection characteristics without heating step, through continuous thinking and testing, and finally, the inventor of the present invention has made research and development experience in related fields for many years, and has actively pursued solutions to the above-mentioned needs.

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a method for producing cold-melt asphalt, which can mix asphalt concrete at normal temperature by using waste aggregates and adding the solvent in the step of the present invention, and can finish laying cold-melt asphalt concrete and passing through a vehicle in one hour.

A secondary object of the present invention is to provide a "method for producing cold-melt asphalt" which allows the cold-melt asphalt concrete to be re-laid in an extremely short time as needed, and which can also complete the laying of the cold-melt asphalt concrete and the passing of the vehicle within one hour, by re-adding the cold-melt asphalt concrete to the solvent step of the present invention as needed, without any temperature restriction.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a method for producing cold-melt asphalt, which does not require a heating step and does not cause a problem that an asphalt production plant is located far from a construction site.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, functions and structural features of the present invention more apparent in detail, preferred embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 3 and 2, the present invention is a method for manufacturing cold-melt asphalt, comprising the steps of:

the aggregate screening 9 is performed first, and the waste gravel, the waste asphalt concrete shaving material, the furnace stone, the building material waste material and the like can be used as one of the raw materials of the aggregate of the present invention.

And then cleaning 10 the selected aggregates, namely cleaning impurities such as sludge on the surfaces of the selected aggregates by using clean water or high-pressure air, so that the surfaces of the aggregates are easy to be cemented, and the strength among the aggregates can be increased.

When the clean aggregate after the step of cleaning 9 is finished, the step of cracking 11 can be carried out, namely, the selected waste aggregate is manufactured with the particle size according to the construction requirement, so that the required asphalt using content can be set after the selected construction aggregate meets the required particle size.

Therefore, after the constructed aggregate becomes the aggregate with the required particle size, the step of cement strength 12 can be performed, that is, the asphalt is added into the aggregate after the step of crushing 11, so that the connection between the aggregate and the aggregate can be generated.

After the step of cementing strength 12, a step of adding a solvent 13, namely adding the solvent 13 formed by mixing toluene and high molecular substances into the aggregate added with the asphalt, wherein the high molecular substances can be selected from wastes such as baolilong, PE, PU or PP and the like; the solvent 13 is a solution in which a solid, liquid or gaseous solute is dissolved, but a liquid substance that does not chemically react with the solute is present; when the solvent 13 is added, the solvent can be added at normal temperature to mix and synthesize the cold-melt asphalt concrete 14, when the step of mixing and synthesizing the cold-melt asphalt concrete 14 is completed at normal temperature to obtain the cold-melt asphalt concrete, aggregate selected in the cold-melt asphalt concrete, and the aggregate particles and the particles are dissolved in the polar solvent and the nonpolar solvent 12 according to the similar and compatible principle, namely polar molecules are dissolved in the polar solvent easily, and nonpolar molecules are dissolved in the nonpolar solvent easily, so that a framework formed between the aggregate and the aggregate is high in volume stability and can automatically form a better communicated pore structure of an effective water passage, water is discharged into the ground bottom of a paved land easily, and the using amount of the asphalt used in the step of the bonding strength 12 can be reduced; thus, the manufacture of the cold-melt asphalt concrete of the invention can be completed.

Referring to fig. 4, when the cold-melt asphalt concrete manufactured by the present invention is to be paved, especially the cold-melt asphalt concrete manufactured by the present invention can be mixed at normal temperature, so the construction can be performed without heating at all, and there is no worry about the problem that the factory manufacturing the cold-melt asphalt concrete required to be used is cooled when it is far from the construction site, so after the step of construction 15 is performed to pave the road with the mixed cold-melt asphalt concrete 14, the step of flattening 16 is also performed, the cold-melt asphalt concrete manufactured by the present invention can be shaped and can be put into the vehicle within one hour, so the time required by construction can be saved, and the time for traffic inconvenience can be reduced and prevented.

Referring to fig. 5, when the cold-melt asphalt concrete manufactured by the present invention is not completely constructed and remains, the solvent 13 is added again, and the cold-melt asphalt concrete is re-mixed 19, so that the cold-melt asphalt concrete can be re-used, and at this time, the required road paving work can be performed anytime and anywhere through the steps of re-construction 20, flattening 6, and standing for one hour for shaping 21, and the cold-melt asphalt concrete manufactured by the present invention can be shaped for traffic within one hour, so that the required cold-melt asphalt concrete manufactured by the present invention can be loaded to the construction site once, and the required asphalt concrete does not need to be loaded repeatedly, and the problems of high temperature, temperature reduction and the like of the asphalt concrete are not needed, the method has the characteristics that the road can be paved at normal temperature at any time, can be repeatedly paved for use, and can finish shaping and traffic in a short time.

In conclusion, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing cold-melt asphalt, which is designed by the inventor with careful application of brainpower, has the characteristics of practical efficacy, quick construction, high reusability and environmental protection, and actually meets the patent requirements of the invention of the patent law, and the invention is applied by the belonged law.
