The above prior art solutions have the following drawbacks: the steering wheel is generally connected with the rotating shaft, so that a key groove connected with the rotating shaft key is generally reserved on the steering wheel framework. However, in actual manufacturing, the key groove needs to be formed in the framework after the framework is manufactured, so that the manufacturing time is increased, and once the specification of the key groove is not satisfactory, the whole framework needs to be manufactured again.
