1. A dumpling wrapper cutting machine is characterized by comprising:

a frame having a table;

a cutting board fixed on the workbench through a pressing clamp;

the transverse module is erected on the workbench and positioned on one side of the chopping block, and drives the first mounting seat;

the longitudinal module is arranged on the first mounting seat and drives the second mounting seat;

the lifting module is arranged on the second mounting seat; and

The dumpling wrapper cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the wrapper cutting assembly further comprises an upper die holder mounted at an upper end of the wrapper cutting sleeve; the leather pressing plate is sleeved on the leather cutting sleeve; the upper die holder is fixed on the leather pressing plate, and the upper die holder is fixed on the leather pressing plate; and the spring is sleeved on the guide rod.

3. The dumpling wrapper cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein a lower top seat is further arranged in the wrapper cutting sleeve, the lower top seat penetrates through the upper die base through a screw, and the screw is driven to ascend and descend by a servo motor.
