Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, a first pulley is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the push plate and is in contact with the top of the base; a pulley seat is arranged on the base, a second pulley is arranged in the pulley seat, and the second pulley is contacted with the bottom of the push plate; when the push plate is located at the working position of the push plate, the first pulley and the second pulley are respectively located at the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the push plate.
