Background
One of the automatic replacing manual work is to arrange the materials orderly by using a vibration disc and a direct vibration guide rail, put the arranged materials on a clamp by using a suction nozzle for clamping, and perform winding, spot welding, waste copper wire removing and blanking mechanisms. The original clamp bottom plate structure used on the equipment is an integral body, so that time is consumed for replacement; the jig is made of tungsten steel and is expensive to purchase.
