Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum plating equipment, and particularly relates to an air-blowing aluminum plating device.

Background

Along with the rapid development of highway construction in China, the production of the aluminum-plated steel plates and the steel pipes of the guardrails of the highway is increased more and more. The existing aluminum plating is a novel plating process which adopts a dipping aluminum plating method, namely, a steel plate or a steel pipe is dipped in aluminum liquid, and after the steel plate or the steel pipe is dipped for a proper time, an alloy aluminum layer is formed on the surface of the steel. However, the immersion aluminum plating method has the following defects: the aluminum coating on the surface of the steel is uneven, the thickness range is large, generally between 40 mu m and 100 mu m, the aluminum liquid is wasted, the production cost is high, aluminum nodules are formed on the surface of the steel due to the sagging phenomenon, the surface smoothness is affected, and the quality of aluminum-plated products is further affected.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to an air-blown aluminum plating apparatus, so as to solve the problems of non-uniform aluminum coating on the surface of steel material, waste of aluminum liquid, and poor surface smoothness in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

an air-blowing aluminum plating device comprises a mechanism box, a side support plate, an air knife, an air inlet pipe, a moving wheel, a guide rod, a support rod, an air pipe, a push handle and an air knife rotating mechanism;

the air knife rotating mechanism is arranged in the mechanism box, the air inlet pipes are arranged on the rotating mechanism, and the air inlet pipes are arranged in parallel; one end of the air inlet pipe penetrates out of the front side of the mechanism box and is connected with an air knife through a flange, a cavity is formed in the air knife and communicated with the air inlet pipe, and a plurality of air outlet holes communicated with the cavity are formed in the side wall of the air knife; a gap for steel to pass through is arranged between every two adjacent air knives; the other end of the air inlet pipe is connected with an air pipe through a connecting pipe, and the air pipe penetrates out of the rear side of the mechanism box and is connected with a blower;

the left side and the right side of the mechanism box are provided with side supporting plates, moving wheels are arranged below the side supporting plates, the moving wheels are arranged on guide rods in a rolling manner, and the guide rods are erected on supporting rods at the position of an aluminizing notch; the mechanism box is also provided with a pushing handle.

Furthermore, the rotating mechanism comprises a push rod, a pull rod, a fixed shaft, a fixed frame and a connecting rod;

Compared with the prior art, the air-blowing aluminum plating device has the following advantages:

(1) the air-blowing aluminum plating device is provided with air knives, the air knives are connected with an air inlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is arranged on an air knife rotating mechanism, and a gap for steel to pass through is arranged between every two adjacent air knives. When steel stained with aluminum liquid passes through the space between the two air knives and rises, the air knife rotating mechanism drives the air knives to rotate, so that the side surfaces of the air knives with the air outlet holes are opposite to the steel, in the process that the steel edge rises, air is blown to the surface of the steel through the air outlet holes, the aluminum liquid on the surface of the steel is blown flat, and redundant aluminum liquid is blown off, so that the phenomenon of sagging caused by too much aluminum liquid on the surface of the steel is prevented, and the quality of the steel is prevented from being influenced. The device is also provided with a moving wheel, so that the device is convenient to move.

(2) A supporting piece for supporting the push rod is arranged right below the push rod, and the supporting piece can fix the position of the push rod and further fix the position of the air knife.

(3) The gap formed between the two adjacent air knives is wavy, circular or square, and can be suitable for aluminizing waveform steel, cylindrical steel and square column steel.

the left side and the right side of the mechanism box 1 are provided with side support plates 2, moving wheels 16 are arranged below the side support plates 2, the moving wheels 16 are arranged on guide rods 17 in a rolling manner, and the guide rods 17 are erected on support rods 18 at the position of an aluminum plating notch; the mechanism box 1 is also provided with a push handle 20.

Exemplarily, the rotating mechanism comprises a push rod 7, a pull rod 8, a fixed shaft 9, a fixed frame 11 and a connecting rod 12;

the fixed frame 11 is fixed at the top inside the mechanism box 1, and the air inlet pipe 6 is rotatably arranged on the fixed frame 11; a push rod 7 parallel to the fixed frame 11 is arranged below the air inlet pipe 6, and the side wall of the air inlet pipe 6 is hinged with the push rod 7 through a connecting rod 12; one end of the push rod 7 penetrates through the mechanism box 1 and is hinged with a pull rod 8; the mechanism box 1 is provided with a fixed shaft 9, and the pull rod 8 is further rotatably connected with the mechanism box 1 through the fixed shaft 9.

Specifically, the fixing frame 11 may be a rectangular parallelepiped structure, a plurality of circular holes for inserting the air inlet pipe 6 are formed in the fixing frame 11, and the air inlet pipe 6 can rotate in the circular holes.

The push rod 7 is a flat rectangular rod.

In order to fix the position of the push rod 7, a support 13 for supporting the push rod 7 is arranged right below the push rod 7, the support 13 comprises an upper support plate and a lower support plate, and a spring 14 is arranged between the upper support plate and the lower support plate.

The mechanism box 1 is provided with a fixing block 10, and the fixing shaft 9 is fixed on the fixing block 10.

Specifically, the air knife 4 is of a flat plate-shaped structure, and the air outlet 5 is located on the narrow side walls of the left side and the right side of the flat plate.

In order to facilitate the installation of the moving wheel 16 and the stability of the device, an extension plate 15 perpendicular to the side support plate 2 is further fixed below the side support plate, and the moving wheel 16 is arranged below the extension plate 15 through a rotating shaft.

Preferably, the extension plate 15 and the side support plate 2 are further provided with a right-angled triangular reinforcing rib 3 connecting the extension plate 15 and the side support plate 2.

The gap formed between two adjacent air knives 4 is wave-shaped or circular or square.

The operation of the device is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

when aluminum plating is performed, as shown in fig. 3, the pull rod 8 is pulled outward, the push rod 7 is pushed toward the inside of the mechanism box 1, and the air inlet pipe 6 is driven to rotate clockwise, so that the air knife 4 stands up. At this time, the pushing handle 20 is held by hand, and the device is pushed to the position right above the aluminum-plated notch, so that the gap formed on the air knife 4 is aligned with the steel material to be plated with aluminum, for example, the gap of the wavy gap is aligned with the wavy steel material, the gap of the circular gap is aligned with the cylindrical steel material, and the gap of the square gap is aligned with the square cylindrical steel material.

Then the pull rod 8 is pushed inwards, as shown in fig. 4, the push rod 7 is pulled towards the outside of the mechanism box 1, and simultaneously the air inlet pipe 6 is driven to rotate anticlockwise, so that the air knife 4 is laid flat, and the steel is just positioned between gaps of the air knife.

The hoisted steel part is lowered into an aluminizing tank by utilizing hoisting equipment, after being soaked with molten aluminum, the steel part is lifted by utilizing the hoisting equipment, meanwhile, an air blower is started, and air is blown to the surface of the steel part through an air outlet 5, and fig. 1 is a blowing working state diagram of the device. In the process that the steel material rises, the air is blown to the surface of the steel material through the air outlet holes 5, so that the aluminum liquid on the surface of the steel material is blown flat, and the redundant aluminum liquid is blown off, thereby preventing the sagging phenomenon caused by the excessive aluminum liquid on the surface of the steel material from influencing the quality of the steel material.

After the aluminizing is finished, the pull rod 8 is pulled outwards, and the push handle 20 is pulled, so that the device leaves the aluminizing tank.
