and after the controller controls the air compressor to inflate the cavity, the grease pump is controlled to fill a preset amount of grease into the cavity.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of nuclear power maintenance, and particularly relates to a lubricating grease replacement device and method for a motor bearing.

Background

Generally, in the process of running the motor, grease needs to be added to a bearing of the motor periodically to ensure that the bearing has a good lubricating state. The lubricating grease for the bearing of the new motor usually occupies 1/2-2/3 of the volume of the bearing chamber. Lubricating grease needs to be added periodically in the running process of the motor, and after the lubricating grease is added for many times, the lubricating grease in a bearing cavity is excessively filled, so that the running safety of equipment is seriously affected due to overhigh bearing temperature. While the remaining deteriorated old grease may seriously affect the new grease properties to the newly added grease formation. Therefore, how to effectively add lubricating grease to the motor bearing becomes a problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the problems in the related art, a lubricating grease replacement device and method for a motor bearing are provided.

According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a motor bearing grease replacement device including: an air compressor, a grease pump and a controller;

the controller is respectively connected with the air compressor and the grease pump;

a cavity of the motor bearing to be added with the grease is respectively connected with the air compressor and the grease pump;

the controller is used for controlling the air compressor to inflate the cavity so as to discharge the residual grease in the cavity;

the controller is further used for controlling the grease pump to fill the preset amount of grease into the cavity after the air compressor is controlled to fill the cavity with the grease.

In one possible implementation manner, the controller controls the grease pump to fill the lubricating grease into the chamber according to preset grease adding amount and grease adding times.

In one possible implementation manner, the grease replacement device for a motor bearing further includes: a counter;

the counter is connected with the grease pump and used for acquiring the number of times that the grease pump fills grease into the cavity currently.

In a possible implementation manner, the controller controls the air compressor to inflate the chamber according to preset inflation air pressure control and/or inflation times.

the controller controls an air compressor of the lubricating oil and grease replacement device of the motor bearing to inflate a motor bearing cavity so as to discharge residual grease in the cavity;

and after the controller controls the air compressor to inflate the cavity, the grease pump is controlled to fill a preset amount of grease into the cavity.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the embodiment of the disclosure can utilize compressed air to remove degraded grease in the bearing cavity firstly, and then quantitatively add new lubricating grease, so as to ensure that the grease in the bearing cavity cannot be excessively filled, effectively avoid the high-temperature phenomenon after grease addition, simultaneously remove old grease, reduce the pollution of the degraded old grease to the new grease to the greatest extent, effectively prolong the full-cycle life of the bearing, ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment, and save overhaul cost.

And the negative influence of residual old grease on the lubricating effect is effectively reduced, the good lubrication of the bearing is effectively ensured, the operation safety of equipment is ensured, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the lubricating oil can be widely applied to a power plant.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating the connection of components of a grease replacement device for a motor bearing according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the motor bearing grease replacement device may include: the air compressor 10, the grease pump 11, and a controller (not shown), wherein the air compressor 10 may be generally referred to as a device for compressing air, and the type of the air compressor 10 is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The grease pump 11 may be represented as a device that pressurizes and delivers lubricating grease, and the type of the grease pump 11 is not limited by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the controller may be, for example, a CPU (central processing Unit) or an MCU (micro controller Unit).

The air compressor 10 can be communicated with a cavity of a motor bearing to be added with grease through an air pressure pipe, so that the air compressor 10 can inflate the bearing cavity; the grease pump 11 may be in communication with the bearing chamber via a high pressure oil line so that the grease pump 11 may request filling of the bearing with grease. A controller may be connected to the air compressor 10 and the grease pump 11, respectively, wherein the controller may control the switching of the air compressor 10 and the grease pump 11, for example, by sending electrical signals to the air compressor 10 and/or the grease pump 11.

After the controller is powered on, the air compressor 10 can be controlled to charge compressed air into the bearing chamber, and the compressed air can carry part of old grease to be discharged from an oil discharge hole of the motor after entering the bearing chamber. Therefore, residual grease in the bearing cavity can be effectively cleaned; then, the controller may control the grease pump 11 to inject grease into the bearing cavity, and the controller may control the grease pump 11 to inject the total amount of grease into the bearing cavity according to a pre-stored total amount of injected grease (e.g., a duration of time for which the grease pump 11 pumps oil).

This disclosed embodiment can remove remaining grease in the motor bearing cavity earlier before adding the grease to can fill quantitative grease in to the bearing cavity, thereby effectively avoid the interior grease of bearing cavity to pile up too much, improve the motor bearing and lead to the problem of high temperature because of the currying, in addition, this disclosed embodiment effectively removes remaining old grease, effectively reduce old grease to the negative effects of lubricating grease lubricity, effectively prolong the full cycle life of bearing, the safety and stability of guarantee equipment moves, save the maintenance cost.

In one possible implementation, the controller may control the air compressor 10 to inflate the chambers according to a preset control inflation pressure and/or inflation times. The controller can control the grease pump 11 to fill the lubricating grease into the cavity according to the preset grease adding amount and the preset grease adding times. The pressure and the number of inflation times for inflating the chamber, the amount of grease added and the number of grease added may be preset in the controller, for example, the inflation pressure may be 0.8Mpa (Mpa), the number of inflation times may be 5 to 10 times, the amount of grease added may be 5 grams each time, and the number of grease added may be 2 to 16 times. For example, if the service person sets the inflation pressure to be 0.8Mpa, the inflation times to be 5 times, the amount of oil filled to be 5 g each time, and the oil filling times to be 2 times through the control panel 12, the controller may obtain the setting parameters from the control panel 12, control the air compressor 10 to inflate at 0.8Mpa for 5 times according to the setting parameters, and control the oil pump 11 to grease 5 g each time and grease 2 times according to the setting parameters.

Fig. 2 is a front view of a motor bearing grease replacement device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the air compressor 10, the grease pump 11, the control panel 12, the controller (not shown in the figure) and other components may be integrated into a box, which may further have a handle 17 and rollers 19 to facilitate the maintenance personnel to move the grease replacement device for the motor bearing. Furthermore, an emergency shutdown button 18 may be provided, which may control the turning on or off of the air compressor 10 and the grease pump 11 for shutting down the air compressor 10 and the grease pump 11 in an emergency state.

In a possible implementation manner, the pressure gauge 14 may be connected to a controller, and the controller may control the grease pump to stop filling the grease into the chamber when determining that the pressure value obtained from the pressure gauge 14 exceeds a preset pressure threshold. Therefore, the grease amount of the bearing cavity can be automatically monitored, and labor cost is saved.

Application example

The quick connector for inflation of the air compressor can be connected with the oil filling nozzle of the motor bearing, the lubricating grease replacement device of the motor bearing is started, the controller can control the air compressor to fill compressed air into a cavity of the motor bearing in a pulsating mode, and the compressed air carries part of old grease to be discharged from an oil discharge hole of the motor after entering the bearing chamber.

After the air compressor machine is inflated, the controller can control the grease pump to grease the cavity of motor bearing according to preset grease adding amount and grease adding times, the counter connected with the grease pump can display the grease adding times in real time, the pressure gauge connected with the motor bearing can display the oil pressure change in the bearing cavity in real time, whether the motor bearing cavity is full of grease or not can be judged in time by a maintenance worker, and the controller can automatically stop after the grease adding is completed.

FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method of grease replacement for a motor bearing according to an exemplary embodiment. The method is applied to a controller of a lubricating grease replacement device of a motor bearing, and as shown in fig. 3, the method can comprise the following steps:

step 300, the controller controls an air compressor of the lubricating grease replacement device of the motor bearing to inflate a motor bearing cavity so as to discharge grease remained in the cavity;

step 301, after controlling the air compressor to inflate the chamber, the controller controls the grease pump to fill a preset amount of grease into the chamber.
