背景技术

目前各类屠宰场所清洗肠子都是采用各种小刀、剪刀等工具将肠子破开清洗，没有专用的刀具，这些刀具在使用中有诸多不便，效率低，还会弄断肠子。为此，研究发明一种适用的专用工具投入屠宰使用。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种具有新型结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的钢木破肠刀。

为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：采用优质木头制造一把二块合一的刀柄，刀柄前部为柄尖，中部为柄体，尾部为柄把，柄尖部用胶水把两块木头沾连在一起，柄体部和柄把部螺纹相连，刀片设在两块木头的夹缝中，本技术方案具有结构构造简单、操作省力、便捷的技术特点，它的有益效果是顺畅不伤肠皮。

具体实施方式

如图1所示，本发明采用的优质木材制造的一把两块合成一块的刀柄，刀柄前部为柄尖1，是由两块木材用胶水沾连在一起的，柄尖是起导向引路作用的，它把水果刀尖引向肠道，从肠道的这一头引向另一头，中部为柄体2，是两块木材拼在一起的螺纹相连，刀片4就安装在两块木材之间的夹缝中，露出部分刀刃起分割作用的。尾部是柄把3，是使用起操作作用的。解决了已有技术的缺陷，带来了使用方便。
