背景技术

目前各类屠宰场所清洗肠子都是采用各种小刀、剪刀等工具将肠子破开清洗，没有专用的刀具，这些刀具在使用中有诸多不便，效率低，还会弄断肠子。为此，研究发明一种适用的专用工具投入屠宰使用。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种具有新型结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的翻肠器。

为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种翻肠器，它包括有套管和拉杆，套管的一头设有座把，另一头设有圈形钳嘴，拉杆的一头是握把，另一头是球形钳嘴，圈形钳嘴和球形钳嘴合拢是吻合的，之间还设有凸体和凹坑为牙齿，座把处套管与拉杆之间设有弹簧。本技术方案具有结构构造简单，操作省力，便捷的技术特点。

具体实施方式

如图所示，本发明的翻肠器它包括有套管1和拉杆2，拉杆在套管里面，套管1的一头设有座把3，另一头设有圈形钳嘴4，拉杆2的一头设有握把5，另一头设有球形钳嘴6，圈形钳嘴4与球形钳嘴6经拉杆的作用使两个钳嘴合拢是吻合的，翻肠器往兽肠的一头肠道里穿过去钳住兽肠的末端，再把翻肠器管外的兽肠往钳嘴的一头挎掉兽肠就翻转来了。

圈形钳嘴4与球形钳嘴6之间还设有凸体和凹坑为牙齿，以免钳嘴钳住兽肠头子被滑掉。座把处套管1与拉杆2之间设有弹簧7使钳嘴能自动张开。解决了以前用手工翻肠的困难，带来了加工方便。
