The existing mobile network 2G equipment, 3G equipment and 4G equipment coexist, and come into the market with 5G equipment. 5G mobile network equipment begins to be installed in various environments such as single-pipe towers, landscape towers, light poles, monitoring poles and the like.

Several networks require new equipment or maintenance on towers up to several tens of meters. 4. Through set up skid proof raised or rough surface on the backup pad surface, increase the frictional force between constructor sole and the backup pad, prevent that constructor from skidding.

As shown in fig. 1-8, a maintenance pedal system on a tower comprises an anchor ear 1 and pedals 2, wherein the pedals 1 can rotate relative to the anchor ear 2. As shown in fig. 2, the system is provided with a fixing member 3, the pedal 2 is mounted to the hoop 1 through the fixing member 3, and the pedal 2 can rotate relative to the fixing member 3. It is understood that the fixing member 3 may be a separate member or may be integrated with the hoop 1. When the pedal 2 needs to be installed, the fixing member 3 is installed on the hoop 1, and then the pedal 2 is installed on the fixing member 3. When being integrated with the hoop 1, the fixing member 3 can be welded on the hoop 1.

The fixing component 3 is an independent component, the hoop 1 is provided with a mounting hole, and the fixing component 3 is detachably connected with the hoop 1 through a connecting piece. As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pedal 2 includes a support plate 21, a first side plate 22 and a second side plate 23, the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are respectively formed by two sides of the support plate 21 extending vertically, the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are both provided with fixing holes 24, the system includes a fastener 25 and a nut 29, the fastener 25 passes through the two fixing holes 24 and is fastened by the nut 29, and the front pedal 2 can rotate around a pivot axis formed by the two fixing holes 24 when the fastener 25 is fastened. Wherein the fastener 25 is a bolt, a pin, or the like. Preferably, the fastener 25 is a bolt. When the pedal 2 is installed, the pedal 2 is adjusted to a required position (perpendicular to or parallel to the hoop axis), then bolts penetrate through the two fixing holes 24, and finally nuts are used for fastening. the number of the rotation holes 27 is 2 along the circumference of the fixing hole 24, one of which is flush with the fixing hole 24 in the horizontal direction and the other of which is flush with the fixing hole 24 in the vertical direction. When the pedal 2 is adjusted in position, the nuts of the fastening member 25 and the adaptor member 26 are loosened, respectively, and the adaptor member 26 is withdrawn, and when the pedal 2 is rotated to a desired position, the adaptor member 26 passes through the rotation hole 27 and is fastened with the nut. When the number of the rotation holes 27 is 2, the pedal 2 can be rotated only in a specific direction, i.e., upward rotation, as shown in fig. 5. It should be noted that the position of the rotation hole 27 is set to satisfy the requirement that the corresponding rotation hole 27 can be fastened with the adaptor 26 when the pedal 2 is parallel or perpendicular to the hoop axis.

And the third is that:

the number of the rotating holes 27 is 3 along the circumference of the fixing hole 24, one is flush with the fixing hole 24 in the horizontal direction, and the other two are flush with the fixing hole 24 in the vertical direction and are respectively located above and below the fixing hole 24. When the number of the rotation holes 27 is 3, the step 2 can be rotated upward or downward as shown in fig. 6.

The shape of the support plate 21 is not limited, for example: oval, diamond, or irregular. The support plate 21 is preferably rectangular, as shown in fig. 6.

As shown in fig. 6, the support plate 21 has a plurality of drainage holes 28 formed on its surface. Long-term water accumulation in rainy days causes the surface of the support plate 21 to be wet and smooth, so that the slipping phenomenon of constructors is easy to occur, and water is drained through the drain holes 28, so that no water is accumulated on the surface of the support plate 21. Meanwhile, the provision of the drain hole 28 can reduce the self weight of the support plate 21. Preferably, the drainage hole 28 includes two first oblong holes 281, the first oblong holes 281 are close to the anchor ear, and the two first oblong holes 281 are symmetrically arranged along the transverse center line of the support plate 21 (in the direction shown in fig. 7). As shown in fig. 8, the fixing member 3 includes a fixing base plate 31, first folding lugs 32 respectively vertically extending from two sides of the fixing base plate 31, second folding lugs 33 respectively vertically extending from the other two sides of the fixing base plate 31, the first folding lugs 32 and the second folding lugs 33 being oppositely disposed, corresponding holes 321 being formed in the first folding lugs 32, and corresponding fixed holes 331 and corresponding rotating holes 332 being formed in the second folding lugs 33 and connected to the pedal 2. The distance between the two second tabs 33 is such that it exactly accommodates the footplate 2. The fixing corresponding hole 331 corresponds to the fixing hole 24, and the rotation corresponding hole 332 corresponds to the rotation hole 27. The first folding lug 32 is fixed with the hoop 1 through the corresponding hole 321, and the second folding lug 33 is fixed with the support plate 21 through the corresponding fixing hole 331. Preferably, the fixed base plate 31 has a square plate shape, the first folding lug 32 is symmetrically arranged along a transverse center line of the fixed base plate 31, and the second folding lug 33 is symmetrically arranged along a vertical center line of the fixed base plate 31, wherein the directions of the transverse center line and the vertical center line are shown in fig. 8. Of course, the shape of the fixed substrate 31 is not limited to a square shape, and may be a regular shape such as a square shape or a rhombus shape.
