4. The diluted pharmaceutical injection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical supply line further comprises a second check valve provided at a front end of the third flow rate control valve in the pharmaceutical supply direction.

The device for diluting and injecting a medicament according to claim 1, wherein the medicament supply system is provided in plurality, the mixing lines correspond to the medicament supply system one to one, the solvent delivery line includes a plurality of branch delivery lines corresponding to the medicament supply system one to one,

the plurality of branch conveying pipelines are respectively connected with the plurality of medicament supply systems in a one-to-one correspondence mode to the plurality of mixing pipelines.

6. The drug dilution injection device according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of the branch delivery pipes are provided at a rear end of the first pressure control valve in a solvent flow direction, and each of the branch delivery pipes includes the first pressure control valve.

8. The diluting and injecting apparatus for medicament according to claim 1, wherein said medicament tank top portion is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, said air inlet is provided with an air inlet valve, and said air outlet is provided with an air outlet valve.

A reaction apparatus for preparing α -olefin by polymerizing ethylene, the reaction apparatus comprising a chemical liquid supply system and a reaction system for preparing α -olefin by polymerizing ethylene while receiving a chemical liquid required for reaction supplied from the chemical liquid supply system, wherein the chemical liquid supply system comprises the chemical dilution injection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medicament dilution in chemical reaction, in particular to a medicament dilution injection device and a reaction device.

Background

For example, in the production of α -olefin by polymerization of ethylene, various chemical reactions are involved, and one or more agents are generally required to be injected into the reaction system.

However, if the pharmaceutical factory provides the manufacturing factory with the pre-diluted concentration, on the one hand, the transportation resources are wasted due to the excessive weight/volume of the diluted solution, which also increases the risk of transportation. On the other hand, if the medicament is a time-sensitive medicament, a large amount of waste is caused over time.

In view of the above drawbacks or disadvantages, there is an urgent need for a device or system capable of diluting a solvent before a reaction and precisely controlling the supply amount of a diluted drug solution.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the aspects of diluting and injecting the medicament in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a medicament diluting and injecting device and a reaction device.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a drug dilution injection device, which comprises a solvent circulation system, a drug supply system, a blending pipeline and a metering pump, wherein the solvent circulation system and the drug supply system are communicated in parallel to a first end of the blending pipeline, a second end of the blending pipeline is communicated to a liquid inlet of the metering pump,

the solvent circulating system comprises a solvent tank, a solvent conveying pipeline and a solvent circulating pipeline, the solvent conveying pipeline is communicated with the blending pipeline, and solvent conveying equipment, a first flowmeter, a first flow control valve and a first pressure control valve are sequentially arranged on the solvent conveying pipeline along the flowing direction of the solvent;

one end of the solvent circulating pipeline is connected between the first flow control valve and the first pressure control valve, and the other end of the solvent circulating pipeline is connected to the solvent tank; the solvent circulating pipeline is provided with a second pressure control valve and a second flow control valve which are respectively communicated with the solvent conveying pipeline;

the medicine supply system comprises a medicine tank and a medicine supply pipeline, the two ends of the medicine supply pipeline are respectively communicated with the medicine tank and the blending pipeline, and a second flowmeter and a third flow control valve are arranged on the medicine supply pipeline along the medicine supply direction.

Optionally, a cooler is further arranged on the solvent circulation pipeline; the cooler is disposed at a front end of the second pressure control valve and the second flow control valve in a solvent flow direction.

Optionally, the solvent delivery line further comprises a first check valve disposed at a front end of the first pressure control valve in a solvent flow direction.

Optionally, the medicine supply line further includes a second check valve provided at a front end of the third flow rate control valve in the medicine supply direction.

Optionally, the number of the medicament supply systems is multiple, the blending pipelines correspond to the medicament supply systems one by one, the solvent delivery pipelines include a plurality of branch delivery pipelines corresponding to the medicament supply systems one by one,

the plurality of branch conveying pipelines are respectively connected with the plurality of medicament supply systems in a one-to-one correspondence mode to the plurality of mixing pipelines.

Alternatively, a plurality of the branch delivery pipes are provided at a rear end of the first pressure control valve in a solvent flow direction, and each of the branch delivery pipes includes the first pressure control valve.

Optionally, each of the branch delivery pipes further includes a first check valve disposed at a rear end of the first pressure control valve.

Optionally, the top of the medicament tank is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is provided with an air inlet valve, and the air outlet is provided with an air outlet valve.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a reaction apparatus for preparing α -olefin by ethylene polymerization, the reaction apparatus comprising a chemical liquid supply system and a reaction system for receiving a chemical liquid required for reaction supplied from the chemical liquid supply system and performing ethylene polymerization to prepare α -olefin, wherein the chemical liquid supply system comprises the chemical dilution injection apparatus of the present invention.

The medicament diluting and injecting device and the reaction device have the following technical effects:

the medicament diluting and injecting device is provided with the solvent circulating system, and the medicament quantity and the solvent quantity entering the metering pump can be kept unchanged by controlling the pressure in the medicament tank and the solvent conveying pipeline, so that the liquid medicament quantity, the liquid medicament concentration and the quality of the diluted liquid medicament are ensured.

The solvent circulating system is internally provided with a second pressure control valve and a second flow control valve which are respectively communicated with the solvent circulating pipeline, the second pressure control valve is controlled to provide pressure drop for the solvent circulating pipeline, and then the second flow control valve controls the solvent circulating amount in the solvent circulating pipeline according to the pressure drop, so that the amount of the solvent entering the flow meter is further ensured.

The solvent circulating system is also provided with a solvent cooler, the solvent cooler can cool the solvent which flows back to the solvent tank, and the temperature of the solvent in the solvent tank is ensured to be unchanged, so that the change of the solvent density caused by the temperature change of the solvent is eliminated, the accurate dosage of the solvent caused by the change of the solvent density is further eliminated, and the accuracy of the dosage of the solvent entering the metering pump is ensured.

When a plurality of medicaments are required to be diluted and the solvents for dilution are the same, the medicament coefficient injection device can also be provided with a plurality of medicament supply systems, and the solvent conveying pipeline of the solvent circulating system is correspondingly provided with a plurality of branch conveying pipelines which are respectively communicated with the plurality of medicament supply systems. Thereby greatly increasing the range of use of the medicament dilution infusion device.

The reaction device comprising the medicament dilution and injection device also has the beneficial effects.
