The process adopts an electrostatic generator, the equipment is complex, and the investment is high; the transfer printing film is pasted in the mould, and the material is required to have higher high temperature resistance, so that the used material is limited; the printing material must be injection molded, so that the variety of the printing material is limited. Another technique is to heat the substrate first and then press the transfer film onto the substrate using a heat transfer head to perform the transfer.

The transfer printing film of the prior art contains a thermosensitive adhesive material, so that the production cost is high; the printing stock needs to be heated in advance, the transfer printing process also needs to be heated, and the process is complicated.
