The invention relates to an inspection door structure of a railway vehicle, in particular to an inspection door structure on a glass fiber reinforced plastic apron board in a one-position end bogie area.

Background

The glass fiber reinforced plastic skirting board is arranged in the area of the bogie at the first end of the CRH380B series motor train unit and the CR400BF motor train unit. The first apron board is provided with an openable inspection door to meet the daily overhaul and maintenance requirements. The inspection door plate is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, the back of the inspection door plate is made of structural adhesive bonding metal parts and serves as a support, and the inspection door plate is matched with the framework of the glass fiber reinforced plastic body to complete opening and closing of the inspection door. However, as the train runs for a long time, the structural adhesive is aged, meanwhile, the adhesive structure is corroded by the infiltration of acid and alkaline liquids such as rainwater and car washing liquid, and the metal part support continuously has the conditions of adhesive cracks, adhesive failure and even separation from a door panel, so that the driving safety is seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to improve the connection mode of the existing inspection door and a metal bracket, improve the ageing resistance and corrosion resistance of an adhesive structure, increase the reliability of the connection of glass fiber reinforced plastic and a metal piece and eliminate potential safety hazards.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a reliable inspection door structure made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, which is characterized in that: a metal plate with a welding countersunk head screw is pre-embedded in the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body to enable the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body and the metal plate to be combined and solidified into a whole, an integral metal support is bonded on the metal plate, meanwhile, sealant is coated at the joint of the metal support and the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body, and the metal support is fixed on the metal plate through a gasket and a locknut.

The glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate is characterized in that a buffer support is arranged in a groove in the lower portion of the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body and used for preventing impact on a door mechanism when the door is opened and closed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and progresses:

(1) the metal plate with the welding stud is embedded in the inspection door, the metal support is fixed by the washer and the locknut, the structural reliability is guaranteed by mechanical connection, and uncontrollable factors such as manual pasting and the like existing in an original adhesive structure are avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the embodiment of the invention comprises a glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body 1, a metal plate 2, a metal bracket 3, a buffer bracket 4, a gasket 5, a butterfly gasket 6 and a locknut 7, wherein during installation, the metal plate 2 welded with a countersunk screw is pre-embedded into the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body 1 to be integrated, after the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body is dried and solidified, an anti-aging epoxy structural adhesive DP420 is smeared on the inner side of the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body 1 and the back of the metal bracket 3 and is attached together, the gasket 5, the butterfly gasket 6 and the locknut 7 are used for fixing the metal bracket 3 and applying torque, and the buffer bracket is arranged in a groove at the lower part of the glass fiber reinforced plastic door plate body and is used for preventing impact on a door mechanism when an inspection door is opened and closed. And finally, coating the periphery of the binding surface of the metal bracket 3 and the glass fiber reinforced plastic door panel body 1 with a Xika sealant.

Compared with the existing adhesive pasting structure of the inspection door and the metal bracket, the invention changes the fixing mode of the metal bracket from a single adhesive pasting structure into a mode of mainly using a mechanical connecting structure, simultaneously provides a redundant protection mode by using the adhesive structure, and adopts sealant to form protection, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the structure and prolonging the service life. Through simulation analysis calculation and static load and fatigue load tests, the structure meets the requirements.
