In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the cigarette packaging machine can be simultaneously suitable for cigarette packaging with the inner container and cigarette packaging without the inner container, and has stronger adaptability; the paper folding forming and the cigarette placing of the packaging box can be synchronized, and the function is more perfect, so that the procedure of placing the cigarettes independently is not needed, and the production efficiency is effectively improved; the cigarette groove mechanism and the cigarette box paper placing frame are arranged on the bearing plate with the moving capability, so that the work of the double-arm robot is effectively prevented from being interfered on the premise of ensuring that the cigarette box paper and the cigarettes are positioned in the suction or grabbing range of the double-arm robot; six faces of the shaping trough mechanism clamp the cigarettes at the same time, so that the cigarette box is shaped; by endowing the upper pressure plate with the capability of longitudinal displacement, the cigarette box is suitable for cigarettes with more heights on one hand, and on the other hand, the bottom surface of the cigarette box does not need to be ensured to be attached to the bottom surface of the inner wall of the shaping plate frame when the cigarettes are placed; a width adjusting plate is additionally arranged for adjusting the width of the shaping plate frame so as to adapt to the shaping of cigarettes with different widths; the dispensing cylinder is provided with the rubber cylinder frame, so that a force application point for clamping by the clamping jaw is provided, and convenience is provided for clamping the dispensing cylinder; the glue dispensing cylinder is provided with a glue dispensing needle head to force glue to slowly flow out, so that the flowing uniformity of the glue is improved, and the glue dispensing uniformity of the glue on cigarette box paper is improved; the cigarette pushing rod is provided with a cigarette pushing plate to realize simultaneous contact with a plurality of cigarettes, so that the plurality of cigarettes are synchronously pushed out; the cigarette pushing rod is provided with an end head matched with a pushing clamping jaw of the pushing mechanism, so that a force application point is provided to ensure that the pushing mechanism applies force to the cigarette pushing rod; the cigarette slot displacement is controlled through the XY two directions, so that the cigarette case is effectively prevented from being interfered by the cigarette plugging mechanism on the premise of ensuring that the opening of the cigarette slot is communicated with the cigarette case; the cigarette groove is inserted into the cigarette case through the elastic sheet, so that on one hand, the cigarette case is expanded to ensure that a plurality of cigarettes are smoothly pushed into the cigarette case, on the other hand, the sealing folded edge of the cigarette case is prevented from being pushed by the cigarettes and turning into the cigarette case, and the sealing folded edge of the cigarette case is prevented from contacting with the cigarettes; the shape structure of the pre-folding shaping block is optimized, so that after the cigarette box paper is pre-folded through the guiding of the pre-folding shaping block, the crease generated by pre-folding is more obvious.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

An intelligent cigarette case automatic packaging device is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a workbench 1, a double-arm robot 2 located on one side of the workbench and a paper folding mechanism 3 installed in the center of the workbench 1, wherein the double-arm robot 2 comprises a left arm 2-1 and a right arm 2-2, and material taking suckers 2-3 and clamping jaws 2-4 are respectively installed at the movable ends of the left arm 2-1 and the right arm 2-2; as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the automatic packaging device further comprises a cigarette branch groove mechanism 4, a cigarette box paper placing frame 5, a cover pressing plate 6, a shaping groove mechanism 7, a dispensing cylinder 8, a dispensing scraper 9 and an indentation block 10, wherein the cigarette branch groove mechanism 4, the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 and the shaping groove mechanism 7 are respectively installed at a preset position of the workbench 1, and the cover pressing plate 6, the dispensing cylinder 8, the dispensing scraper 9 and the indentation block 10 are respectively placed at a preset position of the workbench 1 and are available for the double-arm robot 2 to take at any time; as shown in figures 1, 3 and 5, the automatic packaging device further comprises a material pushing mechanism 11, a cigarette plugging mechanism 12, a pre-folding shaping block 13 and a shaping false gallbladder 14, wherein the cigarette plugging mechanism 12 comprises a cigarette slot 12-1, a cigarette temporary storage box 12-2 which is taken by the double-arm robot 2 and placed in the cigarette slot 12-1, and a cigarette pushing rod 12-3 which is connected with the cigarette slot 12-1 in a sliding manner, the cigarette slot 12-1 is at least provided with two openings, one opening faces the paper folding mechanism 3, the other opening is used for the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 to enter and exit, the material pushing mechanism 11 is used for controlling the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 to slide, and the pre-folding shaping block 13 and the shaping false gallbladder 14 are placed at a preset position of the workbench 1 and are taken by the double-arm robot 2 at any time.

The automatic packing device provided by the invention has two different packing forms, one packing form is cigarette packing with an inner container, namely 18 to 21 cigarettes are arranged in the inner container, the invention only needs to pack the cigarettes together with the inner container in the cigarette case, and the other packing form is cigarette packing without the inner container, namely 18 to 21 cigarettes are directly packed in the cigarette case.

The cigarette packaging mode with the inner container comprises the following specific working processes: (1) a worker places the cigarettes wrapped in the liner in the cigarette supporting groove mechanism 4, and the worker stacks cut cigarette box paper (the specific structure of the cigarette box paper is shown in figure 4) in the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 to finish material preparation; (2) the automatic packaging device is formally started, and the left arm 2-1 and the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 simultaneously utilize the material taking sucker 2-3 to absorb the cigarette box paper and transfer the cigarette box paper to the paper folding mechanism 3; (3) the left arm 2-1 of the double-arm robot 2 clamps the dispensing cylinder 8 by using the clamping jaws 2-4 and coats glue on the cigarette box paper, and meanwhile, the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 clamps the dispensing scraper 9 by using the clamping jaws 2-4 and coats the glue uniformly (the coating position of the glue on the cigarette box paper is shown in figure 4); (4) the left arm 2-1 of the double-arm robot 2 returns to the dispensing cylinder 8 and then grabs the gland plate 6 for standby, and the right arm 2-2 returns to the dispensing scraper 9 and then grabs the cigarettes wrapped in the liner and transfers the cigarettes to the cigarette box paper, and then grabs the indentation block 10; (5) the double-arm robot 2 utilizes the indentation block 10 and the cover pressing plate 6 to match the paper folding mechanism 3 to fold the cigarette box paper, so that cigarettes with inner liners are packaged in the cigarette box paper in the folding process, and the paper folding mechanism 3 adopted by the invention has the same structure as the box folding device disclosed by a comparison document and has a similar box folding mode, and the difference is that the cigarettes wrapped in the inner liners are firstly placed on the cigarette box paper, and then the box folding process is carried out; (6) and finally, the double-arm robot 2 puts back the indentation block 10 and the gland plate 6, the left arm 2-1 of the double-arm robot 2 clamps and conveys the packaged cigarettes to the shaping trough mechanism 7, and the shaping trough mechanism 7 performs extrusion shaping.

The cigarette packaging mode without the inner container comprises the following specific working processes: (1) 18 to 21 cigarettes are placed in a temporary cigarette storage box 12-2 (marked in figure 6) by a worker, the temporary cigarette storage box 12-2 is placed in a cigarette supporting groove mechanism 4, a plurality of temporary cigarette storage boxes 12-2 are prepared, and the worker stacks cut cigarette box paper in a cigarette box paper placing frame 5 to complete material preparation; (2) the automatic packaging device is formally started, and the left arm 2-1 and the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 simultaneously utilize the material taking sucker 2-3 to absorb the cigarette box paper and transfer the cigarette box paper to the paper folding mechanism 3; (3) a left arm 2-1 of a double-arm robot 2 grabs a pre-folding shaping block 13 and places the pre-folding shaping block on cigarette box paper, and a right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 grabs an indentation block 10 and folds an obvious crease under the guidance of the pre-folding shaping block 13 by matching with a paper folding mechanism 3; (4) the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 is used for paving the cigarette box paper on the paper folding mechanism 3 again, the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 is placed back to the indentation block 10 and clamps the dispensing scraper 9, the left arm 2-1 clamps the dispensing cylinder 8 after being grabbed and placed back to the pre-folding shaping block 13, and the uniform coating of the glue is finished; (5) the left arm 2-1 of the double-arm robot 2 is placed back to the dispensing cylinder 8 to clamp the shaped false liner 14, the shaped false liner 14 is placed on the cigarette box paper, the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 is placed back to the dispensing scraper 9 to clamp the indentation block 10, the double-arm robot 2 utilizes the indentation block 10 to cooperate with the paper folding mechanism 3, and the shaped false liner 14 is used as a reference to fold a rectangular packaging box with an open structure at one end; (6) the left arm 2-1 of the double-arm robot 2 draws out the shaped false container 14 from the packing box and puts it back, the right arm 2-2 puts back the indentation block 10 and clamps the cigarette temporary storage box 12-2, and puts it into the cigarette slot 12-1 of the cigarette plugging mechanism 12, the pushing mechanism 11 pushes the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 to move forward, so the cigarette is pushed into the packing box by the cigarette pushing rod 12-3; (7) the right arm 2-2 of the double-arm robot 2 clamps the cigarette temporary storage box 12-2 again and puts the cigarette temporary storage box back to the cigarette supporting groove mechanism 4, then clamps the indentation block 10 again and completes the sealing of the cigarette case by matching with the paper folding mechanism 3, thereby completing the packaging of cigarettes without inner containers; (8) finally, the double-arm robot 2 puts back the indentation block 10, the left arm 2-1 of the double-arm robot 2 clamps and conveys the packaged cigarettes to the shaping trough mechanism 7, and the shaping trough mechanism 7 performs extrusion shaping; it should be noted that, compared with the inner container packaging mode, the packaging mode adds the step (3) of pre-folding the cigarette box paper, so that after the step (5) of folding the cigarette box paper into the rectangular packaging box with an opening at one end, the rectangular packaging box has a more regular rectangular structure, and further the rectangular packaging box is prevented from collapsing after the step (6) of drawing out the shaping false container 14, and the smooth pushing of a plurality of cigarettes is ensured.

In conclusion, the cigarette packaging device is suitable for cigarette packaging with the inner container and cigarette packaging without the inner container, and has stronger adaptability; the paper folding forming and the cigarette putting of the synchronous packaging box have more perfect functions, so that the process of putting the cigarette is not required to be carried out independently, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.

Because the absorption or grabbing range of the double-arm robot 2 is limited, if the cigarette slot mechanism 4 and the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 are too far away from the double-arm robot 2, the double-arm robot 2 may not reach, and if the cigarette slot mechanism 4 and the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 are too close to the double-arm robot 2, the double-arm robot 2 may interfere with the work, so that as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the workbench 1 is connected with a bearing plate 1-1 in a sliding manner, and is fixedly provided with a bearing pushing cylinder 1-2 for controlling the bearing plate 1-1 to move, and the cigarette branch slot mechanism 4 and the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 are fixedly arranged on the bearing plate 1-1; when the double-arm robot 2 needs to absorb the cigarette box paper and take the cigarettes, the bearing plate 1-1 is pulled to be close to the paper folding mechanism 3 and the double-arm robot 2 by the bearing pushing cylinder 1-2, so that the cigarette box paper and the cigarettes are ensured to be in the absorption or grabbing range of the double-arm robot 2; after the absorption or the grabbing is finished, the bearing pushing cylinder 1-2 pushes the bearing plate 1-1 to be far away from the paper folding mechanism 3, so that the interference of the cigarette branch groove mechanism 4 and the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 on the double-arm robot 2 is avoided; in conclusion, the cigarette supporting groove mechanism 4 and the cigarette box paper placing frame 5 are arranged on the bearing plate 1-1 with the moving capability, so that the operation of the double-arm robot 2 is effectively prevented from being interfered on the premise that the cigarette box paper and the cigarettes are in the sucking or grabbing range of the double-arm robot 2.

The specific structure of the shaping trough mechanism 7 is as follows, as shown in fig. 1, 8 and 9, the shaping trough mechanism 7 comprises a mounting plate frame 7-1 fixedly mounted on the workbench 1, a shaping plate frame 7-2 fixedly mounted on the workbench 1, and a movable pressing base 7-3 sliding along the length direction of the shaping plate frame 7-2, the mounting plate frame 7-1 is provided with a shaping screw rod structure 7-4 for controlling the sliding of the movable pressing base 7-3, and the movable pressing base 7-3 is provided with a side pressing plate 7-5 and an upper pressing plate 7-6; after the packaged cigarettes are placed into the shaping plate frame 7-2 of the shaping trough mechanism 7, the inner walls of the two sides of the shaping plate frame 7-2 clamp the two side surfaces of the cigarettes, the shaping screw rod structure 7-4 pulls the movable pressing seat 7-3 to slide until the side pressing plate 7-5 is matched with the inner wall of the shaping plate frame 7-2 to clamp the front and back surfaces of the cigarettes, and the upper pressing plate 7-6 is matched with the bottom surface of the inner wall of the shaping plate frame 7-2 to clamp the upper and lower surfaces of the cigarettes; in conclusion, six faces of the shaping trough mechanism 7 clamp cigarettes simultaneously, so that the cigarette box is shaped.

In order to adapt to cigarette cases with different heights, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a pressing plate control cylinder 7-7 for controlling the upper pressing plate 7-6 to move longitudinally is fixedly arranged on the movable pressing seat 7-3 through bolts; when the upper end surface of the cigarette needs to be pressed by the upper pressing plate 7-6, the pressing plate control cylinder 7-7 pushes the upper pressing plate 7-6 to move downwards until force is applied to the upper end surface of the cigarette; in summary, by giving the upper press plate 7-6 the capability of longitudinal displacement, on the one hand, more height cigarettes can be accommodated, and on the other hand, when the cigarettes are placed, the bottom surface of the cigarette box does not need to be ensured to be attached to the bottom surface of the inner wall of the shaping plate frame 7-2.

In order to adapt to cigarette cases with different widths, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a width adjusting plate 7-8 is arranged on one side of an inner cavity of the shaping plate frame 7-2, so that the width of the shaping plate frame 7-2 can be adjusted by sliding the width adjusting plate 7-8, and the shaping of the cigarette cases with different widths can be further adapted.

In order to facilitate the double-arm robot 2 to clamp the dispensing cylinder 8, as shown in fig. 2 and 10, a rubber cylinder frame 8-1 for clamping the clamping jaws 2-4 is fixed on a cylinder body hoop of the dispensing cylinder 8, so that a force application point for clamping the clamping jaws 2-4 is provided by the rubber cylinder frame 8-1, and convenience is provided for clamping the dispensing cylinder 8; it should be noted that the dispensing needle 8-2 is installed at the bottom end of the dispensing cylinder 8, so that the dispensing needle 8-2 forces the glue to flow out slowly, the flow of the glue is more uniform, and the dispensing uniformity of the glue on the cigarette paper is further improved.

The pushing mechanism 11 drives the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 to push a plurality of cigarettes, as shown in fig. 1, 11 and 12, one end of the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 is fixedly provided with a cigarette pushing plate 12-4, the cigarette pushing plate 12-4 is in clearance fit with an opening of the cigarette slot 12-1, the other end of the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 is fixedly welded with an end head 12-5 for connecting the pushing mechanism 11, the pushing mechanism 11 comprises a pushing frame 11-1 connected with the workbench 1 in a sliding manner, a lower pushing cylinder 11-2 fixedly arranged on the pushing frame 11-1 and a pushing clamping jaw 11-3 arranged at the piston rod end of the lower pushing cylinder 11-2 and used for clamping the end head 12-5 in a clearance manner, the workbench 1 is provided with a pushing screw structure 11-4 for controlling the sliding of the pushing frame 11-1, the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 is provided with the cigarette pushing plate 12-4, the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 is provided with an end head which is matched with a pushing clamping jaw 11-3 of a pushing mechanism, so that a force application point is provided to ensure that the pushing mechanism 11 applies force to the cigarette pushing rod 12-3; when a plurality of cigarettes need to be pushed into the cigarette case, the pushing clamping jaw 11-3 is pushed by the pushing air cylinder 11-2 to move downwards until the pushing clamping jaw 11-3 is clamped at the end 12-5, the pushing screw rod structure 11-4 drives the pushing frame 11-1 to slide towards the paper folding mechanism 3, so that the cigarette pushing rod 12-3 is pushed to slide towards the paper folding mechanism 3 through the pushing clamping jaw 11-3 and the end 12-5, and the plurality of cigarettes are pushed to be synchronously inserted into the cigarette case.

In order to prevent the cigarette plugging mechanism 12 from interfering with the folding of the cigarette case, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a cigarette plugging base plate 12-6 is fixedly installed on a workbench 1, the cigarette plugging base plate 12-6 is connected with a Y-axis sliding table 12-7 in a sliding manner, an X-axis electromagnetic sliding rail 12-8 is fixed on the Y-axis sliding table 12-7 through bolts, an electromagnetic sliding block 12-9 is installed on the X-axis electromagnetic sliding rail 12-8 in a sliding manner, a cigarette groove 12-1 is fixedly installed on the electromagnetic sliding block 12-9, and a Y-axis pushing cylinder 12-10 for pushing the Y-axis sliding table 12-7 to slide is fixedly installed on the cigarette plugging base plate; when a plurality of cigarettes need to be synchronously plugged into the cigarette case by the cigarette plugging mechanism 12, the Y-axis pushing cylinder 12-10 pushes the Y-axis sliding table 12-7 to slide until the opening of the cigarette groove 12-1 is aligned with the opening of the cigarette case, the electromagnetic slide block 12-9 drives the cigarette groove 12-1 to slide along the X-axis electromagnetic slide rail 12-8 until the opening of the cigarette groove 12-1 is connected with the opening of the cigarette case, and therefore the cigarettes can be smoothly pushed into the cigarette case; after the cigarette is plugged, the cigarette groove 12-1 slides along the X-axis electromagnetic slide rail 12-8 to reset, and the Y-axis driving cylinder 12-10 pulls the Y-axis sliding table 12-7 to reset and slide, so that the cigarette plugging mechanism 12 is far away from the paper folding mechanism 3, and the cigarette plugging mechanism 12 is prevented from interfering the folding of the cigarette case; in conclusion, the cigarette slot 12-1 is controlled to move in the XY two directions, so that the cigarette case is effectively prevented from being interfered by the cigarette plugging mechanism 12 on the premise that the opening of the cigarette slot 12-1 is communicated with the cigarette case.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the opening of the cigarette slot 12-1 facing the paper folding mechanism 3 is rectangular, and the four sides of the cigarette slot are clamped and fixed with the elastic pieces 12-11 in an inward inclined manner; when the opening of the cigarette groove 12-1 is communicated with the opening of the cigarette case, the elastic sheet 12-11 is inserted into the cigarette case, on one hand, the cigarette case is expanded to ensure that a plurality of cigarettes are smoothly pushed into the cigarette case, on the other hand, the sealing folded edge of the cigarette case is prevented from being pushed by the cigarettes and turning into the cigarette case, and the sealing folded edge of the cigarette case is prevented from contacting the cigarettes.

The pre-folding shaping block 13 has a specific structure as follows, as shown in fig. 13, each edge of the pre-folding shaping block 13 is provided with an inclined surface 13-1, and the inclined surface 13-1 and the bottom surface of the pre-folding shaping block 13 are matched to form an inclined angle 13-2, so that after the cigarette case paper is pre-folded by the guiding of the pre-folding shaping block 13, the crease generated by pre-folding is more obvious.
