Background

In the field of petroleum, petrochemical and chemical storage technical equipment, in order to reduce volatilization of a liquid storage in a storage tank, a floating disc is arranged on the surface of the liquid storage in the storage tank, so that the floating disc can lift along with the change of the liquid level in the storage tank, the contact between the liquid storage in the storage tank and the atmosphere is limited, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.

At present, most of vertical cylindrical storage tanks adopt a floating cylinder type inner floating roof and are matched with a peripheral bag type seal, and because the skin at the top of the floating cylinder type floating plate has a space more than 100mm from the liquid level, the oil gas volatilization cannot be avoided, the sealing effect is not ideal, and potential safety hazards exist.

A steel floating disc is further used on a domestic vertical cylindrical storage tank, the steel floating disc is commonly called as an iron floating cabin, and the completely-connected liquid of the floating cabin is not volatilized in the cabin surface, so that the steel floating disc is firm and safe, but the steel floating disc has the defects of large weight, corrosion resistance, difficulty in maintenance, high maintenance cost, easiness in causing environmental pollution in maintenance and the like, and the hidden danger of leakage also exists in edge sealing.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the current situation of the prior art, the present invention provides a honeycomb floating plate system for a cylindrical tank, which has a good sealing effect, a long service life, and a low maintenance cost.

the floating disc body 1 comprises a frame consisting of a plurality of main beams 11, a plurality of auxiliary beams 12 vertically connected with the main beams 11, edge plates 13 surrounding the edges of the outer rings of the frame and arc-shaped angle steel battens 14, wherein the main beams 11, the auxiliary beams 12 and the edge plates 13 form a plurality of installation spaces; a honeycomb box mechanism 15 is arranged in the installation space, the honeycomb box mechanism 15 comprises a hollow box-shaped shell 151, a honeycomb core 152 arranged in the shell 151 and a cover plate 153 covering the honeycomb core 152, the shell 151 comprises two short side plates 151a, two long side plates 151b and a bottom plate 151c, the two short side plates 151a are respectively provided with a joint plate 151d extending outwards, the joint plates 151d are fixedly connected with the main beam 11, the height of the long side plates 151b is higher than that of the short side plates 151a, and the upper surface of the cover plate 153 is flush with the upper parts of the short side plates 151 a; the horizontal edge of the arc-shaped angle steel pressing strip 14 is fixed on the upper part of the peripheral edge of the honeycomb box mechanism 15, the vertical edge of the arc-shaped angle steel pressing strip 14 is fixed on the edge plate 13, and the lower end of the edge plate 13 is fixed on the outer side of the peripheral edge of the honeycomb box mechanism 15. The contact position of the cover plate 153 and the long side plate 151b is provided with a side cover plate 153a which is vertically upward so as to ensure that the cover plate 153 is in full sealing contact with the short side plate 151a and the long side plate 151b, so that the whole honeycomb box mechanism 15 is in a bent sealing arrangement. Referring to fig. 5, a wing sheath 3 is disposed between the two honeycomb box mechanisms 15, the wing sheath 3 has an "n" shape in cross section, and the wing sheath 3 is sleeved on the upper ends of the two closely attached long side plates 151 b. When the two honeycomb box mechanisms 15 are installed and connected, the two adjacent long side plates 151b are tightly attached, the sealing strips 4 are arranged at the tightly attached parts of the two long side plates 151b, the wing sheaths 3 are sleeved on the upper parts of the two long side plates 151b, and the wing sheaths 3 and the upper parts of the two long side plates 151b are fixedly connected through bolts, so that the connection of the two honeycomb box mechanisms 15 is realized. Since the long side plates 151b of the two honeycomb case mechanisms 15 are deformed during bolt fastening and leak points are also formed, in the present invention, the wing sheaths 3 are provided, so that leakage during connection of the two honeycomb case mechanisms 15 can be prevented, and the sealing performance of the floating plate body 1 can be improved.

Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the main beam 11 includes a T-shaped supporting portion 111, a square supporting portion 112 disposed at a lower portion of the T-shaped supporting portion 111, and first bolt mounting portions 113 disposed at two sides of the square supporting portion 112, wherein a horizontal reinforcing plate 114 is disposed in the T-shaped supporting portion 111, and the first bolt mounting portions 113 are disposed with T-shaped grooves 115 for placing T-shaped bolts. The girder connecting plates can be inserted into the groove positions on the two sides of the T-shaped supporting part 111 of the girder 11, and the two girders 11 are connected through the girder connecting plates, so that the girder 11 is effectively prolonged, and meanwhile, the connection and fixation with the honeycomb box mechanism 15 are not influenced. The upper portion of the first bolt mounting portion 113 is fixed in contact with the bottom of the honeycomb case mechanism 15.

The secondary beam 12 comprises a vertical support plate 121 and a second bolt mounting portion 122 located at the lower portion of the support plate 121, and a T-shaped groove 115 for placing a T-shaped bolt is formed in the lower portion of the second bolt mounting portion 122. Because the lower parts of the main beam 11 and the auxiliary beam 12 are both provided with the T-shaped grooves 115, the connection and the fixation can be carried out through T-shaped bolts, the bottom of the honeycomb box mechanism 15 does not need to be drilled and fixed through bolts, and only the T-shaped grooves 115 are connected with other components through T-shaped bolts. The main beam 11 is fixed with a support leg base 116 through a T-shaped bolt, so that more reliable support is provided for the floating disc body 1 in an installation state and when liquid is not placed.

Referring to fig. 8 to 9, a manhole 16 is further disposed on the floating plate body 1, a manhole door 161 capable of being opened is disposed on the manhole 16, a honeycomb box plugging device 162 having a size matched with that of the manhole 16 can be placed in the manhole door 161, and the bottom of the honeycomb box plugging device 162 is immersed in the liquid level in the storage tank. Because the honeycomb box plugging device 162 is arranged and the sealing strips are arranged on the peripheral sides of the plugging device 162 under wind, the honeycomb box plugging device 162 can be tightly matched with the inner periphery of the manhole 16, the gas phase space in the manhole 16 is eliminated, and the sealing effect of the whole honeycomb floating disc system is improved.

Referring to fig. 10, the floating plate body 1 is further provided with a roller guide device 17 and a vertical pipe through hole (not shown), the roller guide device 17 includes a roller fixing plate 172 provided with a circular hole 171 in the middle and a plurality of roller mechanisms 173 uniformly distributed around the circular hole, and the circular hole 171 matches with the vertical pipe through hole. The roller mechanism 173 includes two roller holders 173a and a roller 173b between the two roller holders 173 a. Because the roller guide device 17 is arranged on the floating disc body 1, when in use, the vertical pipe passes through the floating disc body 1 through the vertical pipe through hole, the vertical pipe 18 can be prevented from scratching the floating disc body 1 in the lifting process, the vertical pipe 18 can also be prevented from inclining when passing through the floating disc body 1, the positioning effect is achieved, and a group of anti-rotation stainless steel wire ropes can be replaced.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the edge plate sealing mechanism 2 includes an edge plate connecting plate 21, a stainless elastic sealing plate 22, a stainless elastic supporting plate 23, a first teflon fiber membrane plate 24 and a second teflon fiber membrane plate 25, the edge plate connecting plate 21 is fixed on the outer side of the edge plate 13, the first teflon fiber membrane plate 24 is disposed on the outer side of the edge plate connecting plate 21, the second teflon fiber membrane plate 25, the stainless elastic supporting plate 23 and the stainless elastic sealing plate 22 are sequentially fixed on the upper ends of the edge plate 13 and the edge plate connecting plate 21 from bottom to top, the second teflon fiber membrane plate 25, the stainless elastic supporting plate 23 and the stainless elastic sealing plate 22 are all arc structures bent downward, and the outer side of the lower end of the stainless elastic sealing plate 22 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylindrical tank. The edge plate sealing mechanism 2 further comprises a stainless steel film supporting elastic sheet 26 positioned on the inner side of the second teflon fiber membrane plate 25, and the upper end of the stainless steel film supporting elastic sheet 26 is also fixed on the edge plate 13.
