Technical Field

Background

The development of rail transit is more and more rapid, and the operation and maintenance requirements and the technical level of rail vehicles are also increasing day by day. The bearing of the traction motor is a core stressed component, and in order to ensure the running safety of a vehicle, the maintenance work of the bearing is abnormal and critical, and the bearing needs to be detected or replaced within the specified time or kilometers.

The traction motor bearing needs to be overhauled or replaced regularly, and in the prior art, when the traction motor bearing is overhauled or replaced, the motor needs to be dropped to the factory and returned to the factory, a special tool is adopted to disassemble the motor, the stator and the rotor are separated, and then the bearing is pulled out to be detected or replaced. The whole disassembly period is long, the process is complicated, a specific field and a special tool are needed, and the overhaul cost and the overhaul resource consumption are high. Especially when needing to disassemble trouble bearing, above-mentioned flow can't be simplified, leads to that the time span of fault analysis solution is very big, has influenced normal production process, and the mounting means of traction motor bearing among the prior art is shown as figure 1, and wherein rotor 01 sets up in the center pin.

In summary, how to provide a device for simplifying the dismounting process of the traction motor bearing is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a dismounting device for a traction motor bearing, which can simplify the dismounting process of the traction motor bearing and avoid dismounting the rotor assembly and the stator assembly.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for dismounting a traction motor bearing applied to the dismounting device of the traction motor bearing.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

This concrete embodiment provides a dismounting device of traction motor bearing, includes: the positioning mechanism is used for being fixedly arranged on the rotor assembly, and the moving mechanism is movably arranged relative to the positioning mechanism; the positioning mechanism is provided with a positioning surface 6, and the moving mechanism is provided with a matching surface 7 which is used for matching with the positioning surface 6 so as to realize radial and axial positioning of the rotor assembly.

In the process of disassembling the traction motor bearing, the matching surface 7 can be matched with the positioning surface 6 by moving the moving mechanism, so that the axial and radial positioning of the rotor assembly is realized; after the rotor assembly is positioned, the bearing can be disassembled, and at the moment, in the process of disassembling the bearing, the rotor assembly is positioned, so that the position of the rotor assembly cannot be influenced.

On the basis of the above embodiments, in order to facilitate the process of positioning the rotor assembly, the positioning surface 6 may be provided as an inclined surface or a spherical surface.

The matching surface 7 is an inclined surface matched with the positioning surface 6, and in the process of attaching and contacting the two surfaces, the friction force has horizontal and vertical component force, so that the rotor assembly can be kept in positioning in the radial direction and the axial direction.

The angle of inclination of the mating face 7 may be set to 40-50 deg. in view of reliability of radial and axial positioning.

Preferably, the contact angle of the mating surface 7 is 45 °.

When the positioning surface 6 is a spherical surface, the matching surface 7 is a spherical surface matched with the positioning surface 6, the specific size of the spherical surface needs to be determined according to the size of the oil seal 3, and in the process of jointing and contacting the two spherical surfaces, the friction force has horizontal and vertical component forces, so that the rotor assembly can be kept in positioning in the radial direction and the axial direction.

On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to avoid additional arrangement of parts, the positioning mechanism may be an oil seal 3 fixedly arranged on the rotor assembly, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the positioning surface 6 is arranged on the outer side surface of the oil seal 3, and it should be explained that the outer side surface of the oil seal 3 is the side of the oil seal 3 away from the rotor in the rotor assembly.

In the process of disassembling the bearing of the traction motor, for a double-bearing motor, an inner bearing seat 8 can be arranged only at one end, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the inner bearing seat 8 is arranged only at the fixed end of the rotor, and the inner bearing seat 8 is detachably connected with a motor end cover at the fixed end through a bolt; in the process of disassembly, firstly, the connection between the inner bearing seat 8 and the motor end cover is disassembled, the inner bearing seat 8 is moved to the non-positioning end until the positioning surfaces 6 of the oil seals 3 at the two ends of the rotor are contacted with the matching surface 7, then the bearing sleeves 4 at the two ends are pulled out to take out the bearing, the bearing at the positioning end can also be pulled out through a groove reserved in the bearing chamber, the inner ring of the bearing at the non-positioning end is inductively heated, the bearing at the non-positioning end is pulled out, or other feasible disassembly modes are adopted, and the disassembly mode is determined according to the actual situation; cleaning bearing chambers at two ends, adding new grease, and preparing to press in a new bearing; in the process of pressing the bearing in, firstly, the bearing is pressed into the corresponding bearing sleeve 4, then the inner ring and the outer ring of the new bearing at the non-positioning end are pressed to a theoretical position and the mounting bolt is fastened, the inner ring of the new bearing at the positioning end is pressed to the mounting position, the central shaft 5 is pulled to enable the rotor assembly to move towards the positioning end until the inner bearing seat 8 reaches the theoretical mounting position, the mounting bolt of the inner bearing seat 8 is fastened, the mounting bolt of the bearing sleeve 4 is fastened, the rotor is centered at the moment, and the replacement is finished.

When traction motor is single bearing motor, when as shown in fig. 7, be provided with rotor clamping ring 1, be provided with locating surface 6 on the rotor clamping ring 1, motor end cover detachable is connected with inner bearing frame 8, inner bearing frame 8 be provided with locating surface 6 complex fitting surface 7, of course, locating surface 6 can also set up in oil blanket 3 or 5 shaft shoulders of central shaft etc. arbitrary and rotor subassembly fixed connection's position, do not do the perusal here. It should be noted that, because the dismounting process of the bearing in the single-bearing motor is simpler, online replacement can be realized, and when the wheel set on the bogie adopts the arrangement structure of the built-in axle box, the motor can be replaced online without falling off the bogie; on the occasion of the track-pitch-variable bogie, the online replacement technology of the motor bearing can be considered according to the actual structure.

When traction motor's both ends all are provided with the bearing, and when both ends all are provided with inner bearing frame 8, as figure 5, as shown in figure 6, at the in-process of dismantling traction motor bearing, because both ends all are provided with inner bearing frame 8, consequently need not remove the rotor subassembly, when dismantling, at first the bolt that fastens both ends inner bearing frame 8 is demolishd, then it shortens to remove both ends inner bearing frame 8 messenger distance between the two, locating surface 6 and fitting surface 7 up to both ends all are in the cooperation position, then dismantle both ends bearing, the clearance, the installation, after having installed, remove two inner bearing frames 8 to the installation position, and fasten.
