Trademarks are prominent marks that identify a good, service, or specific individual or business with which it is associated, and are referred to as "trademarks" when a brand or portion of a brand is legally registered in a governmental agency. Some trademarks require perforation before use.

At present, generally put the trade mark to the workstation earlier, then, the trade mark that will punch through manual work or instrument compresses tightly, then punches to the trade mark through artifical with punching, and the mode that this kind of manual work punched need consume great human cost, and simultaneously, the manual work position of punching is inaccurate to influence the subsequent use of trade mark.

Therefore, how to develop a trademark punching device which can replace manual work to punch a trademark, has accurate punching position and does not influence the subsequent use of the trademark is the technical problem to be solved by the invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, when the trademark is punched through the power assembly, power can be provided, the trademark needing to be punched can be conveyed through the conveying assembly, meanwhile, the trademark after punching can be wound, the punching assembly can drive the punching needle to move up and down to punch the trademark, the trademark is tightened in the punching and conveying processes through the pressing rod, the trademark is more conveniently punched, the trademark can be tightly attached to the base plate after being tightened through the base plate, and the trademark can be punched more conveniently.

Example 1

A trademark punching device is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a support 1, a power assembly 2, a conveying assembly 3 and a punching assembly 4, wherein the power assembly 2 which supplies power in a rotating mode is arranged on the support 1, the conveying assembly 3 which conveys in a rotating mode is arranged on the support 1, and the punching assembly 4 which punches in a sliding mode is arranged on the support 1.

When using the device to punch the trade mark, the staff puts the trade mark that needs punch to carry on carrying on the transport to conveying assembly 3, and at the in-process of carrying, the staff drives through power component 2 and punches subassembly 4 and punch the trade mark, punches the completion back, and the staff closes power component 2, afterwards, will punch the trade mark after the completion and take off.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the punching assembly 4 includes a sector gear 41, a hollow rod 42, a spur rack 43, a sliding rod 44, a spring 441 and a punching needle 45, the sector gear 41 is disposed at the front of the rotating shaft 31, the hollow rod 42 is disposed on the bracket 1, the sliding rod 44 is slidably disposed in the hollow rod 42, the spring 441 is connected between the sliding rod 44 and the hollow rod 42 in a winding manner, the spur rack 43 is disposed at the upper portion of the sliding rod 44, the spur rack 43 is engaged with the sector gear 41, and the punching needle 45 is disposed at the lower portion of the sliding rod 44 through the hollow rod 42.

When the trademark is punched, the rotating shaft 31 rotates to drive the sector gear 41 to rotate, when the sector gear 41 rotates to be meshed with the spur rack 43, the sector gear 41 rotates to drive the sliding rod 44 to slide downwards on the hollow rod 42 through the spur rack 43, the spring 441 is compressed, the punching needle 45 moves downwards along with the sector gear to punch the trademark, after the sector gear 41 rotates to be separated from the spur rack 43, under the reset action of the spring 441, the sliding rod 44 drives the spur rack 43 to move upwards to reset, the punching needle 45 moves upwards to reset along with the sliding rod, and therefore the punching needle 45 can be driven to move upwards and downwards to punch the trademark.

Example 2

On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the device further comprises a pressing rod 5, and two pressing rods 5 are arranged at the upper part of the bracket 1.

When punching the trade mark, the trade mark that needs punch is located two depression bar 5 below, makes the trade mark tighten at the in-process that punches and carry through two depression bar 5, more conveniently punches the trade mark.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the support further comprises a backing plate 6, and the backing plate 6 is arranged on the upper part of the support 1.

When punching the trade mark, the trade mark that needs punch is pasted to backing plate 6 after tightening, so, makes things convenient for more to punch the trade mark.
