4. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining the thickness of the remaining bobbin paper from the edge information comprises:

calculating difference values of all points in different edge information, and taking the minimum value in the difference values as the thickness of the residual bobbin paper in the image;

and calculating the thickness of the residual bobbin paper according to the ratio of the minimum value to the preset thickness.

5. The method of claim 2, wherein the edge detection algorithm is any one of a differential operator, a Canny operator, and a LOG operator.

6. A bobbin splicing system, comprising: a controller, the controller comprising:

the acquisition module is used for acquiring the thickness of the remaining bobbin paper;

and the first sending module is used for sending a splicing instruction to a splicing device when the thickness reaches a preset value so that the splicing device splices the residual bobbin paper and the replacement bobbin paper.

7. The system of claim 6, further comprising:

the image acquisition device is used for acquiring the image of the residual bobbin paper;

the acquisition module specifically includes:
