Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a herbicide containing triclopyr and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Triclopyr belongs to a systemic conduction type selective herbicide, can be absorbed through the page and root system of a plant, is conducted in the plant body, and can be used for preventing and controlling broadleaf weeds. Triclopyr is slightly water soluble and difficult to make into aqueous formulations, and therefore its esters are used to expand the range of dosage forms during actual use. For example, triclopyr butoxyethyl ester, triclopyr triethylamine salt and the like are registered. No product formed by salifying triclopyr and polybasic organic amine exists in the existing registered products.

Through research, the inventor of the application finds that under the condition of the same prevention effect, the consumption of triclopyr can be reduced by using dimethylamine, ethylenediamine, triisopropanolamine and tetraethylenepentamine of the triclopyr, and the triclopyr prepared by selecting proper organic polyamine as a salt forming agent can obviously improve the weeding effect of the triclopyr preparation, is superior to the existing butoxyethyl triclopyr and can reduce the medication cost. Meanwhile, excessive amine can also inhibit the hydrolysis of the active ingredient triclopyr, and the herbicide with high volatility is easy to cause phytotoxicity.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a salt of triclopyr, in particular dimethylamine, ethylenediamine, triisopropanolamine and tetraethylenepentamine of the triclopyr, which can improve the utilization rate of the triclopyr and reduce the volatility of the triclopyr, thereby improving the safety of crops. the defoaming agent is selected from one or more of polymethyl siloxane, emulsified silicone oil, a higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether and polyoxypropylene;

the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a salt forming agent into deionized water, gradually adding the triclopyr under the stirring condition, stirring while adding, and heating to ensure that the triclopyr is completely dissolved. Adjusting pH to 5.0-6.5, cooling to 30-40 deg.C, adding adjuvants such as surfactant, and stirring.

The invention has the advantages that:

in the herbicidal composition containing triclopyr, the salt forming agent combines two or more active groups of triclopyr, and due to steric hindrance, external metal ions such as calcium ions, magnesium ions, iron ions, aluminum ions and the like are not easy to react with the active groups of triclopyr, so that the composition has better hard water resistance; when the composition is diluted by water and sprayed on the surface of a plant, the effective components are not easy to be passivated under the action of dust on leaf surfaces, so that the speed and the quantity of the medicament penetrating through the surface of the plant and entering plant cells are increased, and the aim of improving the pesticide effect of the triclopyr is fulfilled. Meanwhile, after the herbicide is combined with a specific surfactant (containing amino), the deposition and penetration effects of the herbicide on the surface of a plant are obviously improved, the capability of penetrating the membrane structure of an organelle is enhanced, and the composition has higher herbicidal activity than the existing triclopyr and triclopyr butoxyethyl ester.
