Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of children products, in particular to a connecting structure and a scooter with the same.

Background

Children's articles, such as scooter, perambulator, crib, high chair etc. owing to its characteristic, generally set up to convert between multiple state, if need convert between expansion state and fold condition to when needs, just lock it in expansion state, when temporarily need not use, with its unblock, folding, thereby reduce occupation space, so that carry, deposit. Correspondingly, the two related components of the children products are generally connected in a relatively rotatable or/and movable way, and in the unfolding state, the two components are locked in the unfolding state and cannot be relatively rotated or/and moved; after unlocking, the two related components can rotate or/and move relatively, namely, the switching operation of the position state is realized by switching between locking and unlocking.

Some children's products, when they are used, need to adjust the relative position of two related components, such as adjusting the relative inclination angle of the seat back, the relative height of the high chair seat and the bracket, etc., all through the operation of switching between locking and unlocking the two related components to realize the position adjustment.

The two related components adopt different connection modes, and the locking and unlocking operations are different. The unlocking operation of the existing children products on the market is relatively laborious, so that the unlocking operation is not very favorable.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a connecting structure and a children article with the same, and the unlocking operation of the connecting structure is labor-saving.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a connecting structure comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which can be connected in a relatively rotating or/and moving way, a first locking piece and a second locking piece which can be matched with each other to limit the relative rotation or/and movement of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, a pulley and a flexible cable, wherein the first locking piece is connected with the first connecting piece and can move relative to the first connecting piece, or the first locking piece is connected with the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece and can move relative to the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece; the second locking piece is arranged on the second connecting piece; the pulley is connected with the first locking piece and can move together with the first locking piece, and the pulley can also rotate around the central shaft of the pulley relative to the first locking piece in a rotating mode, and the flexible cable is wound around the pulley; when one end of the flexible cable does not move, the other end of the flexible cable is pulled, the pulley rotates around the central shaft of the flexible cable and moves together with the first locking piece, so that the first locking piece is separated from the second locking piece, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can rotate or/and move relatively.

And a first elastic resetting piece capable of driving the first locking piece to reset is arranged between the first locking piece and the first connecting piece or between the first locking piece and the second connecting piece.

One end of the flexible cable is connected to the first connecting piece or the second connecting piece.

The first locking piece comprises a locking seat and a matching piece arranged on the locking seat, and the locking seat is connected with the first connecting piece and can move relative to the first connecting piece, or the locking seat is connected with the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece and can move relative to the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece; the pulley can be connected to the locking seat in a rotating mode around the central axis of the pulley, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be limited to rotate or/and move relatively when the matching piece is matched with the second locking piece.

A children article comprises the connecting structure.

A scooter comprises the connecting structure. The first connecting piece of the connecting structure is set as a front frame of the scooter, and the second connecting piece of the connecting structure is set as a pedal of the scooter. The pedal front side is pivoted to the front frame, the first locking part is connected to the front frame in a relatively movable manner, and one end of the flexible cable is connected to the front frame.

The scooter also comprises a handle, the lower end of the handle can be relatively and vertically moved and is connected with the front frame, the other end of the flexible cable is connected with an acting piece, and the acting piece is movably connected with the front frame; moving the rider downward relative to the front frame may cause the acting member to be interlocked, thereby pulling the other end of the flexible cable.

The scooter still includes a linkage who is connected to the fore-stock, the linkage can be driven by the handlebar hand that moves down and the linkage is moved down the effect piece.

A baby carriage comprises the connecting structure.

One side of the first connecting piece is fixedly connected with a first pin joint seat, one side of the second connecting piece is fixedly connected with a second pin joint seat, and the first pin joint seat is pin-jointed with the second pin joint seat. The first locking piece is coaxially pivoted with the first pivoting seat and the second pivoting seat, the first locking piece can move relative to the first pivoting seat and the second pivoting seat, and the second locking piece is arranged on the second pivoting seat.

An operating mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the first connecting piece, one end of the flexible cable is connected to the first connecting piece, and the other end of the flexible cable is connected with the operating mechanism after passing around the pulley.

The baby carriage also comprises a bottom bracket which is arranged in a front-back extending mode, the lower side of the first connecting piece is pivoted to the upper side of the second connecting piece, the lower side of the second connecting piece is pivoted to the front side of the bottom bracket, and the first connecting piece, the second connecting piece and the bottom bracket are integrally in an angle shape; or, the baby carriage further comprises a front support and a rear support, wherein the lower side of the first connecting piece is pivoted to the upper side of the second connecting piece, the rear side of the front support, the lower side of the second connecting piece and the front side of the rear support are pivoted, and the third connecting piece is pivoted to one of the front support, the rear side of the second connecting piece and the front side of the rear support or the third connecting piece is pivoted coaxially with the front support, the rear side of the second connecting piece and the front side of the rear support.

A crib, which comprises the connecting structure.

The crib also comprises a plurality of side supporting pieces arranged at intervals and a bottom bracket connected with the lower sides of the side supporting pieces, the upper sides of every two adjacent side supporting pieces are connected with a handrail, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece of the connecting structure are arranged into two handrail pipes of the handrail.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. because the connecting structure adopts the design, the pulley can rotate relative to the first locking piece when pulling the first locking piece to move so as to form a movable pulley structure, so that the first locking piece can be pulled to be separated from the matching with the second locking piece by only conventional half of force so as to unlock the locking between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, the unlocking operation of the connecting structure is labor-saving, the unlocking operation between the front frame and the pedal of the scooter provided with the connecting structure is labor-saving, and the folding operation of the scooter is labor-saving; the unlocking operation between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece of the baby carriage with the connecting structure is labor-saving, and the unlocking operation of the two handrail tubes of the baby bed with the connecting structure is labor-saving;

2. because the scooter adopts the structure, the connecting structure can be operated to fold the scooter as long as the rider moves downwards, so that the folding operation of the scooter is more convenient; because the baby carriage adopts the structure, the flexible cable can be pulled to release the locking between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece only by operating the operating mechanism on the upper side of the first connecting piece, so that the operation is very simple and convenient.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the connection structure of the present invention comprises a first connection member 1 and a second connection member 2 which are connected in a relatively rotatable and/or movable manner, a first locking member 3 and a second locking member 4 which are capable of cooperating with each other to restrict the relative rotation and/or movement of the first connection member 1 and the second connection member 2, a pulley 5, and a flexible cable 6, wherein the first locking member 3 is connected to the first connection member 1 and is movable relative to the first connection member 1, or the first locking member 3 is connected to the first connection member 1 and the second connection member 2 and is movable relative to the first connection member 1 and the second connection member 2; the second locking piece 4 is arranged on the second connecting piece 2; the pulley 5 is rotatably connected with the first locking piece 3 around the central axis thereof, and the flexible cable 6 passes around the pulley 5; when one end of the flexible cable 6 does not move, the other end of the flexible cable 6 is pulled, the pulley 5 rotates around the central axis thereof relative to the first locking part 3 and moves together with the first locking part 3, so that the first locking part 3 is disengaged from the second locking part 4, and the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 can rotate or/and move relatively.

The first locking part 3 is connected with the first connecting part 1 and can move relative to the first connecting part 1, that is, the first locking part 3 is only connected with the first connecting part 1, and the first locking part 3 can move relative to the first connecting part 1; the first locking member 3 is connected to the first connecting member 1 and the second connecting member 2 and can move relative to the first connecting member 1 and the second connecting member 2, that is, the first locking member 3 is connected to the first connecting member 1 and the second connecting member 2, and when moving, the first locking member 3 moves relative to the first connecting member 1 and also moves relative to the second connecting member 2.

The pulley 5 rotates about its central axis, that is, the pulley 5 rotates about its own central axis.

When the first locking piece 3 is matched with the second locking piece 4, the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 cannot rotate or/and move relatively, and the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece are in a relatively locked state; pulling the flexible cable 6, pulling the first locking member 3 through the pulley 5, so that the first locking member 3 is disengaged from the second locking member 4, thereby unlocking the relative locking of the first connecting member 1 and the second connecting member 1, and enabling the first connecting member 1 and the second connecting member 2 to rotate or/and move relatively.

Because the connecting mechanism is arranged, after the flexible cable 6 is pulled, the pulley 5 not only can move relative to the first connecting piece 1 together with the first locking piece 3, but also the pulley 5 can rotate relative to the first locking piece 3 in a rotating mode around the central axis of the pulley 5, so that the pulley 5 forms a movable pulley structure relative to the first locking piece 3, and thus, the pulley 5 is driven to pull the first connecting piece 1 to move by pulling the other end of the flexible cable 6, and half of the force is saved compared with the conventional method that the first connecting piece 1 is directly pulled through the flexible cable 6, so that the unlocking operation of the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 of the connecting structure is labor-saving.

In this embodiment, a first elastic reset element 30 capable of driving the first locking element 3 to reset is preferably disposed between the first locking element 3 and the first connecting element 1 or between the first locking element 3 and the second connecting element 2. Under the action of the first elastic reset piece 30, the first locking piece 3 moves towards the second locking piece 4, and when the first locking piece 3 is aligned with the second locking piece 4, the first locking piece 3 automatically cooperates with the second locking piece 4.

The flexible cable 6 may be provided as a rope, a wire rope, a chain, etc.

The first locking part 3 comprises a locking seat 31 and a matching piece 32 arranged on the locking seat 31, wherein the locking seat 31 is connected with the first connecting piece 1 and can move relative to the first connecting piece 1, or the locking seat is connected with the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 and can move relative to the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2; the pulley 5 is rotatably connected to the locking seat 31 around its central axis, and the engaging element 32 is capable of limiting the relative rotation and/or movement of the first connecting element 1 and the second connecting element 2 when being engaged with the second locking element 4, i.e. the first connecting element 1 and the second connecting element 2 are in a relatively locked state.

The engaging member 32 may be formed integrally with the lock base 31, or may be a separate component connected to the lock base 31.

In one embodiment, one end of the flexible cable 6 is connected to the first connecting member 1, and when the other end of the flexible cable 6 is pulled, the first locking member 3 moves away from the second connecting member 2 and is disengaged from the second locking member 4. Specifically speaking, the fitting piece 32 of first locking piece 3 sets up to the locking pin, second locking piece 4 sets up to the locking groove that can supply the locking pin to insert, the export that locks groove 4 sets up in the one side towards first connecting piece 1, thereby first locking piece 3 toward keeping away from the direction removal of second connecting piece 2 can make fitting piece 32 break away from with the cooperation of second locking piece 4, first locking piece breaks away from the cooperation with the second locking piece promptly. In another embodiment, one end of the flexible cable 6 is connected to the second connector 2, and when the other end of the flexible cable 5 is pulled, the first locking member 3 moves toward the second connector 2 and is disengaged from the second locking member 3. Specifically, the outlet of the locking groove 4 is arranged at the side away from the first connecting piece 1, so that the first locking piece 3 can be separated from the second locking piece 4 by moving towards the second connecting piece 2. In this embodiment, the other end of the flexible cable 6 passes around the pulley 5 and then extends away from the first connecting member 1 (shown in fig. 3), or alternatively, the other end of the flexible cable 6 passes around the pulley 5 and then extends via one or more guide wheels 51 and then extends toward the first connecting member 1 (shown in fig. 4).

The invention discloses a children article which comprises the connecting structure, wherein the children article can be a scooter, a baby carriage, a baby crib, a rocking chair, a high chair or a child swing and the like.

As shown in fig. 5 to 16, the present invention discloses a scooter, which comprises the above connecting structure, in this embodiment, the first connecting member 1 of the connecting structure is configured as a front frame of the scooter, the second connecting member 2 of the connecting structure is configured as a pedal of the scooter, the front side of the pedal 2 is pivoted to the front frame 1, the first locking member 3 is connected to the front frame 1 in a relatively movable manner, the second locking member 4 is disposed on the pedal, and one end of the flexible cable 6 is connected to the front frame 1. A front wheel 10 and a rear wheel 20 are provided on the lower side of the front frame 1 and the lower rear side of the pedals 2, respectively.

The scooter also comprises a rider 7, the lower end of which can be relatively and vertically moved and is connected with the front frame 1; the other end of the flexible cable 6 is connected to an acting element 61, the acting element 61 is movably connected to the front frame 1, and the acting element 61 can be linked by moving the handle 7 downwards relative to the front frame 1, so that the other end of the flexible cable 6 is pulled, and the first locking element 3 is pulled through the pulley 5, so that the first locking element 3 is disengaged from the second locking element 4. In this embodiment, the acting member 61 is connected to the front frame 1 so as to be movable up and down relative to the front frame 1, and the operating arm 7 is moved down relative to the front frame 1 so as to pull the other end of the flexible wire 6 in conjunction with the downward movement of the acting member 61.

And a driver locking mechanism for limiting the relative up-and-down movement of the driver 7 and the front frame 1 is arranged between the lower side of the driver and the front frame 1, and the driver 7 can move up and down relative to the front frame 1 by unlocking the driver locking mechanism. The driver locking mechanism may adopt any known and feasible structure, and is not described herein since it is not the invention point of the present invention.

In this embodiment, the front frame 1 includes a seat tube 11, a bridge 12 connected to the seat tube 11 at a front side thereof, the pedal 2 is pivoted at a front side thereof to a rear side of the bridge 12, and the first locking member 3 is relatively movably connected to the bridge 12. One end of the flexible cable 6 is connected to the bridging seat 12. The front wheel 10 is attached to the lower side.

The bridging seat 12 includes a socket 121 sleeved outside the lower side of the riser 11 and a bridging member 122 connected to the rear side of the socket 121, the front side of the pedal 2 is pivotally connected to the bridging member 122, and the first locking member 3 is relatively movably connected to the bridging member 122; a gap 120 is formed between the inner wall of the sleeve member 121 and the outer wall of the vertical pipe 11, the acting member 61 is disposed in the gap 120 so as to be capable of moving up and down relatively, a through hole 1210 is disposed on the sleeve member 121, and the other end of the flexible cable 6 extends into the gap 120 from the through hole 1210 and is connected with the acting member 61.

The sleeve member 121 includes a main body 1211 sleeved outside the lower side of the vertical pipe 11, and the gap 120 is provided between the inner wall of the main body 1211 and the outer wall of the vertical pipe 11. The socket 121 further includes two connecting portions 1212 extending from the main body 1211 to one side, the two connecting portions 1212 are spaced apart from each other, the through hole 1210 is disposed on a portion of the main body 1211 between the two connecting portions 1212, and the front side of the bridge 122 is fixedly connected to the two connecting portions 1212.

Preferably, the scooter further comprises a guide member 62 connected to the front frame 1 and disposed between the pulley 5 and the acting member 61, the other end of the flexible cable 6 passes through the guide member 62 after passing around the pulley 5 and then is connected to the acting member 61, and the flexible cable 6 is tensioned by the guide member 62. So, the guide 62 is right the effect that the flexible cable 6 not only played the direction makes things convenient for flexible cable 6 to walk the line, can also play the effect of tensioning to flexible cable 6, avoids the loose effect that influences follow-up pulling flexible cable 6 in flexible cable 6 middle section, also avoids flexible cable 6 and preceding frame 1 other parts friction to cause wearing and tearing to flexible cable 6 moreover, and then influences flexible cable 6 result of use and life-span. Preferably, one or more guiding elements 62 are provided, and at least one guiding element 62 is located between two connecting portions 1212 of the sleeve 121, so as to facilitate the flexible cable 6 to be tensioned and enter the gap 120 through the through hole 1210, and avoid the friction between the flexible cable 6 and the end wall of the through hole 1210 from affecting the service effect and the service life of the flexible cable 6. The guide 62 may be a guide wheel rotatably coupled to the front frame 1 about a center axis thereof, or may be a fixed shaft relatively fixedly coupled to the front frame 1.

In this embodiment, the guide 62 is connected to the bridge 122. Specifically, a guide base 63 is fixedly connected to the bridge 122, an accommodating space with a front opening and a rear opening is formed in the guide base 63, and the guide 62 is disposed in the accommodating space. The accommodating space is open at the front and the rear, so that the other end of the flexible cable 6 can enter the accommodating space, is guided by the guide member 62, and can pass through the through hole 1210 to enter the gap 120 after being tensioned. Corresponding to the guiding element 62 located between the two connecting portions 1212 of the socket 121, the guiding seat 63 extends into between the two connecting portions 1212 towards one end of the socket 121, so as to facilitate installation of the guiding element. The guide base 63 includes left and right mounting members 631 and 632 connected to each other, and the left and right mounting members 631 and 632 together form the receiving space.

Preferably, the first locking member 3, the pulley 5 and the guiding member 62 are disposed in the bridge member 122, so as to prevent the components from being easily affected by foreign objects, thereby preventing the operation of the movable pulley structure from being affected.

In this embodiment, the bridge 122 includes a top plate 1221 and two side plates 1222 extending downward from the left and right ends of the top plate 1221, respectively, the top plate 1221 and the left and right side plates 1222 form a space 1223, and the first locking member 3, the pulley 5, and the guide 62 are disposed in the space 1223.

The scooter further comprises a linkage device arranged between the rider 7 and the front bracket 1, wherein the linkage device can be driven by the rider 7 moving downwards to link the acting piece 61 to move downwards to pull the pulley 5. In this embodiment, the linkage device includes a first driving member 81 connected to the vertical pipe 11 at the lower side thereof and capable of moving up and down relatively, and a second driving member 82 disposed in the gap 120 and above the acting member 61, wherein the second driving member 82 is connected to the vertical pipe 11 and the first driving member 81, and the first driving member 81 and the second driving member 82 can move up and down relatively to the vertical pipe 11; the driver 7 moving downward can drive the first driving member 81 to move downward. When the first driving member 81 moves downward, the second driving member 82 moves downward together with the first driving member to drive the acting member 61 to move downward. Preferably, the second driving member 82 is disposed in a ring shape and sleeved outside the vertical pipe 11.

In this embodiment, a second elastic reset part 810 is disposed between the first driving part 81 and the vertical pipe 11, so that after the rider 7 moves upward, the first driving part 81 and the second driving part 82 move upward and reset under the action of the second elastic reset part 810, thereby facilitating the next operation. Specifically, a second connection hole 110 and a second long hole 111 are formed in a tube wall of the vertical tube 11, and the second long hole 111 is arranged below the second connection hole 110 at intervals; correspondingly, a third connecting hole 811 and a third long hole 812 are arranged on the first driving member 81, and the third long hole 812 is arranged above the third connecting hole 811 at intervals; one rivet penetrates through the second driving element 82, the second long hole 111 and the third connecting hole 811, the other rivet penetrates through the second connecting hole 110 and the third long hole 812, the second elastic resetting element 810 is arranged in the third long hole 812, the lower end of the second elastic resetting element abuts against the other rivet, and the upper end of the second elastic resetting element abuts against the top wall of the third long hole 812. Thus, under the action of the second elastic restoring element 810, the first driving element 81 and the second driving element 82 always keep the tendency of moving upwards.

In other embodiments, the second elastic restoring member 810 can also be disposed between the second driving member 82 and the riser 11.

The riser 11 includes a lower branch pipe 112 and an upper branch pipe 113 connected to the upper side of the lower branch pipe 112 at the lower side, the lower side of the rider 7 is connected to the upper branch pipe 113 in a relatively vertically movable manner, the sleeve member 121 is sleeved outside the lower branch pipe 112, the lower side of the first driving member 81 is connected to the upper side of the lower branch pipe 113 in a relatively movable manner, and the gap 120 is formed between the inner wall of the sleeve member 121 and the lower branch pipe 112. The connection of the upper branch pipe 113, the lower branch pipe 112 and the socket 121 is any known and feasible structure, and is not the invention point of the present invention, so the description is omitted here.

The locking seat 31 is connected to the bridge 122 of the front frame 1 in a relatively movable manner, in this embodiment, the engaging element 32 is configured as a locking pin, the second locking element 4 is configured as a locking groove, and when the engaging element 32 is snapped into the locking groove 4, the front frame 1 and the pedal 2 are in a relatively locked state, and they cannot rotate relatively.

The front side of the pedal 2 is provided with a fixed seat, the bridging element 122 is pivoted with the fixed seat, and the locking groove 4 is arranged on the fixed seat. In the present embodiment, the fixing base includes two fixing plates 21 spaced apart from each other, and the rear side of the bridge 122 is pivoted between the two fixing plates 21.

The first elastic restoring member 30 is provided as a spring, and the first elastic restoring member 30 is provided between the locking seat 31 and the bridge 122. In this embodiment, specifically, the bridge 122 is provided with a circular hole 1224, the locking seat 31 is provided with a long hole 33, a rivet 301 passes through the circular hole 1224 and the long hole 33, the spring is disposed in the long hole 33, and one end of the spring abuts against the rivet 301, and the other end abuts against a bottom wall of the long hole 33 facing the second locking member 4. First elasticity resets under 30's the effect, locking seat 31 toward the direction removal at locking groove place, and when fitting piece 32 and locking alignment of groove, fitting piece 32 resets under 30's the effect automatic card and locks the inslot at first elasticity to make the operation more convenient.

In this embodiment, the two side plates 1222 of the bridge 122 are further provided with long holes 1225 for the locking pin 32 to pass through and engage with the locking groove 4.

In order to facilitate the assembly, a groove 310 is formed in the locking seat 31, the pulley 5 is disposed in the groove 310, and a connecting shaft penetrates through two side walls of the groove 310 and the center of the pulley 5 so as to connect the locking seat 31 and the pulley 5, the axis of the connecting shaft and the central axis of the pulley 5 are on the same straight line, and the pulley 5 rotates relative to the locking seat 31 by taking the connecting shaft as a rotating shaft.

In other embodiments, the first locking member 3 and the second locking member 4 of the scooter can be configured in other known feasible structures as long as the function of moving the first locking member 3 to disengage the second locking member 4 is satisfied.

When the front frame 1 and the pedal 2 are in a relative locking state, the scooter is locked in an unfolding state and cannot be folded; when the scooter of the present invention is to be folded, the rider locking mechanism is unlocked, the rider 7 is then moved down, and when the rider 7 moves down a certain distance, the lower end thereof contacts with the upper end of the first driving member 81; continuing to move the handle 7 downwards, the first driving member 81 is pushed to move downwards together, so that the second driving member 82 moves downwards together with the first driving member, the second driving member 82 moving downwards pushes the acting element 61 to move downwards together, the downward movement of the acting element 61 drives the end of the flexible cable 6 connected with the acting element 61 to move downwards, the pulley 5 is pulled by the flexible cable 6, so that the pulley 5 can move together with the first locking element 3 in a direction of disengaging from the locking groove 4 while rotating relative to the first locking element 3, when the engaging element 32 on the locking seat 31 disengages from the locking groove 4, the front frame 1 can rotate relative to the pedal 2, and the relative locking state of the two is unlocked; at this time, the front frame 1 is rotated toward the pedals 2 so that the front frame 1 and the pedals 2 are relatively close to each other, and since the rider 7 is connected to the front frame 1, the rider 7 rotates together with the front frame 1 to be close to the pedals 2, and the scooter of the present invention is folded.

The scooter adopts the structure, which is equivalent to unlocking the locking between the front frame 1 and the pedal 2 by the movable pulley principle, so that the unlocking is labor-saving; in addition, the flexible cable 6 can be pulled by pressing the driver 7 down to unlock the front frame 1 and the pedal 2, so that the operation is convenient.

As shown in fig. 17 to 23, the present invention also discloses a stroller including the above-described coupling structure. In this embodiment, one side of the first connecting member 1 'is fixedly connected with a first pivoting seat 11', one side of the second connecting member 2 'is fixedly connected with a second pivoting seat 21', and the first pivoting seat 11 'is pivoted with the second pivoting seat 21', so as to achieve the purpose of pivoting the first connecting member 1 'and the second connecting member 2'.

The first locking member 3 'is coaxially pivoted with the first pivoting base 11' and the second pivoting base 21 ', and the first locking member 3' can move relative to the first pivoting base 11 'and the second pivoting base 21'. Specifically, the first locking member 3 ' is provided with a long hole first 30 ' extending up and down, the first pivot seat 11 ' and the second pivot seat 21 ' are respectively provided with corresponding connecting holes 111 ' and 211 ', and a pivot (not shown) passes through the long hole first 30 ' of the first locking member 3 ' and the connecting holes 111 ' and 211 ' of the first pivot seat 11 ' and the second pivot seat 21 ', so that the first locking member 3 ' is connected with the first connecting member 1 ' and the second connecting member 2 ' and can move relative to the first connecting member 1 ' and the second connecting member 2 '. The underside of the first link 1 'is also provided with a corresponding coupling hole 12' through which the pivot shaft passes. The first elastic restoring member (not shown) is disposed on the first long hole 30 ', and one end of the first elastic restoring member abuts against the pivot, and the other end abuts against a wall portion of the first long hole 30 ' facing one side of the second connecting member 2 '. Thus, under the action of the first elastic reset piece, the first locking piece 3 ' moves towards one end of the second locking piece to be matched with the second locking piece, so that the first connecting piece 1 ' and the second connecting piece 2 ' are locked in a non-relatively-rotatable state. The locking seat 31 'of the first locking member 3' is coaxially pivoted with the first pivoting seat 11 'and the second pivoting seat 21', the first slot hole 30 'is disposed on the locking seat 31', and the second locking member 4 'is disposed on the second pivoting seat 21'. In this embodiment, the engaging element 32 ' of the first locking element is configured as a locking pin, the second locking element 4 ' is configured as a locking groove, and when the locking pin is locked in the locking groove, the first pivoting seat 11 ' and the second pivoting seat are not relatively rotatable, and both are locked in the unfolded state.

The locking seat 31 ' is provided with a circular hole 33 ' corresponding to the fitting piece 32 ', and the fitting piece 32 ' passes through the circular hole 33 ', so that the fitting piece 32 ' is connected with the locking seat 31 '.

And a second elongated hole 13 'extending up and down is formed at the lower side of the first connecting piece 1' corresponding to the locking groove 4 ', and the matching piece 32' penetrates through the locking groove 4 'and the second elongated hole 13'. In other embodiments, the engaging member may be integrally formed on the locking seat.

In this embodiment, the second pivot seat 21 'is further provided with an arc-shaped stroke groove 212', and one end of the arc-shaped stroke groove 212 'is communicated with the outlet of the locking groove 4'.

An operating mechanism 7 'is arranged on one side, away from the second connecting piece 2', of the first connecting piece 1 ', one end of the flexible cable 6' is connected to the first connecting piece 1 ', and the other end of the flexible cable is connected with the operating mechanism after passing around the pulley 5'.

In this embodiment, preferably, the first connecting member 1 ' is provided in a tubular shape, a mounting member 8 ' is fixedly connected to the inside of the first connecting member 1 ' and located on the upper side of the first locking member, and one end of the flexible cable 6 ' is connected to the mounting member 8 '. An avoiding notch 81 'is formed in one side of the mounting piece 8', and the other end of the flexible cable 6 'passes through the avoiding notch 81' after passing around the pulley 5 'and is connected with the operating mechanism 7'.

In this embodiment, the lower side of the first pivot seat 11 'is provided with an accommodating space 111', and the upper side of the second pivot seat 21 'extends into the accommodating space 111' and is connected to the first pivot seat 11 'and the first locking member 3'.

Preferably, the lower side of the first connecting member 1 'also extends into the accommodating space 111', and a gap 14 'is disposed in the middle of the lower side of the first connecting member 1', and the upper side of the second pivot seat 21 'extends into the gap 14'.

The left and right sides of the first pivot base 11 ' are respectively connected with a cover 15 ' and a cover 16 '.

When the first connecting member 1 ' and the second connecting member 2 ' are folded, the operating mechanism 7 ' is driven to pull the other end of the flexible cable 6 ', the pulley 5 ' is pulled by the flexible cable 6 ', so that the pulley 5 ' rotates around the central axis thereof and moves together with the first locking member 3 ', thereby driving the engaging member 32 ' to move upward to disengage from the locking groove, i.e. the first locking member 3 ' disengages from the second locking member 4 ', and at this time, the first connecting member 1 ' and the second connecting member 2 ' can rotate relatively, i.e. the relative locking state of the first connecting member 1 ' and the second connecting member 2 ' is unlocked. When the engaging member 32 ' moves upward to disengage from the locking groove, it enters the arc-shaped travel groove 212 ', and the first connecting member 1 ' is rotated in the extending direction of the arc-shaped travel groove 212 ' until the first connecting member 1 ' approaches the second connecting member 2 ' (not shown), so that the first connecting member 1 ' and the second connecting member are in a folded approach state. During the rotation of the first connecting member 1 ', the first locking member 3 ' rotates together with the first connecting member 1 ', and the fitting piece 32 ' moves rotationally along the arc-shaped stroke groove 212 '. The specific structure of the operating mechanism and the technique for pulling the flexible cable are any known and feasible techniques, and therefore, are not described herein.

As described above, since the stroller of the present invention employs the above-described connection structure, which is equivalent to unlocking the lock between the first connecting member 1 'and the second connecting member 2' by the movable pulley principle, the unlocking is labor-saving; in addition, the operation is simple by operating the operating mechanism 7 ' on the first connecting piece 1 ' to pull the flexible cable 6 ' to unlock the first connecting piece 1 ' and the second connecting piece 2 '.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 24, the stroller further includes a bottom bracket 100 'extending forward and backward, the lower side of the first connecting member 1' is pivoted to the upper side of the second connecting member 2 ', the lower side of the second connecting member 2' is pivoted to the front side of the bottom bracket 100 ', and the first connecting member 1', the second connecting member 2 'and the bottom bracket 100' are integrally in an angle shape. That is, the first link 1 'is provided as a handle of the stroller of the present invention, and the second link 2' is provided as a lower frame of the stroller of the present invention.

The bottom bracket 100' is provided with front wheels at the front lower part and rear wheels (not shown) at the rear lower part.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 25, the stroller further comprises a front frame 91 ' and a rear frame 92 ', wherein the lower side of the first connecting member 1 ' is pivotally connected to the upper side of the second connecting member 2 ', and the rear side of the front frame 91 ', the lower side of the second connecting member 2 ' and the front side of the rear frame 92 ' are pivotally connected, and the third one is pivotally connected to one of the two, or the three are coaxially pivotally connected. That is, the first link 1 'is provided as a getting-on hand of the stroller of the present invention, and the second link 2' is provided as a getting-off hand of the stroller of the present invention.

The front lower part of the front bracket 91 'is connected with a front wheel 10', and the rear lower part of the rear bracket 92 'is connected with a rear wheel 20'. In other embodiments, the stroller may include other possible components in addition to the attachment structure, such that the stroller is formed as a single piece having various shapes.

As shown in fig. 26, 27 and 28, the invention also discloses a baby crib, which comprises the connecting structure.

The crib further comprises a plurality of side supporting pieces 100 arranged at intervals and a bottom bracket 200 connected with the lower sides of the side supporting pieces, the upper side of each adjacent two side supporting piece 100 is connected with an armrest 300, and the first connecting piece 1-1 and the second connecting piece 2-1 of the connecting structure are arranged as two armrest pipes of the armrest 300.

In this embodiment, the specific structure between the first connecting member and the second connecting member may be the same as the first connecting member and the second connecting member of the stroller, that is, one side of one handrail tube 1-1 of the two handrails is fixedly connected with a first pivot seat, one side of the other handrail tube 2-1 is fixedly connected with a second pivot seat, and the first pivot seat is pivoted with the second pivot seat. The first locking piece is coaxially pivoted with the first pivoting seat and the second pivoting seat, the first locking piece can move relative to the first pivoting seat and the second pivoting seat, and the second locking piece is arranged on the second pivoting seat.

One side of one handrail tube 1-1, which is far away from the other handrail tube 2-1, is provided with an operating part 400, one end of the flexible cable 6-1 is connected with the one handrail tube 1-1, and the other end of the flexible cable is connected with the operating part 400 after passing around the pulley.

The installation part is fixedly connected in one handrail tube and positioned between the first locking part and the operation part, one end of the flexible cable is connected with the installation part, an avoiding notch is formed in one side of the installation part, and the other end of the flexible cable passes through the avoiding notch after passing through the pulley and then is connected with the operation part; preferably, the second pivot seat is further provided with an arc-shaped stroke groove, and an outlet end of the arc-shaped stroke groove is communicated with an outlet end of the locking groove (refer to the illustration of the stroller embodiment).

When the crib of the invention needs to be folded, the operating part 400 is moved to the side far away from the second connecting part 2-1, and then the pulley drives the first locking part to move to be separated from the matching with the second locking part, so that the first connecting part 1-1 and the second connecting part 2-1 can rotate relatively, and the crib is folded.

Because the locking between the first connecting piece 1-1 and the second connecting piece 2-1 is unlocked in a movable pulley mode, the unlocking operation is labor-saving; and the locking between the first connecting member 1-1 and the second connecting member 2-1 can be unlocked only by moving the operating member 400 to one side, so that the unlocking operation is very simple and convenient. The above description only describes the embodiments of the connection structure of the present invention for a scooter, a baby carriage, and a baby bed in a rotating connection manner, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the connection structure of the present invention can also be used for other children products, and the first connection member and the second connection member can be in a relatively moving connection manner, and the principles are the same, so they are not listed here.
