The population is continuously observed 3 weeks before the test, symptoms and changes are recorded, and the population is randomly divided into two groups, namely an experimental group and a control group, wherein the experimental group takes the product obtained in the example, and the control group takes other medicines (pill for strengthening waist and kidney, pill for six ingredients with rehmannia, and the like). The administration method comprises taking the composition 1 time daily, and taking with lunch for 1 month as a treatment course.

The judgment standard of the curative effect condition is as follows: and (3) curing: after the product is taken for one treatment course, patients do not have symptoms of soreness and weakness of waist and knees, cold intolerance and the like, discomfort symptoms completely disappear, physical strength is enhanced, and mental state is improved; the method has the following advantages: after the product is taken for a course of treatment, discomfort symptoms are relieved or partially disappeared, and energy and physical strength are enhanced; and (4) invalidation: after the product is taken for a course of treatment, discomfort symptoms are unchanged. The results are shown in Table 1.

The treatment effect is as follows: 36 cases are cured, 13 cases are effective, 1 case is ineffective, and the total effective rate is 98%. And after 2 invalid people continue to use for a period of time, the discomfort symptoms are improved, so that the deviation of the results caused by short use time is not excluded. During the use period, no one has uncomfortable symptoms or side effects. The effect is obviously better than that of a control group.
