Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a control method of an electrical apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the control method includes the following steps:

011: acquiring an indication image of a dial 201 of the detection device 200;

012: acquiring an indication parameter of the cooked food material F according to the indication image; and

013: and controlling the working state of the electric appliance 1000 according to the indication parameters.

The control method according to the embodiment of the present application is applied to the control device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application, that is, the control method can be implemented by the control device 100. The control device 100 includes a camera 10 and a controller 20. The camera 10 is used for acquiring an indication image of a dial 201 of the detection device 200; the controller 20 is configured to obtain an indication parameter of the cooked food material F according to the indication image, and control the operating state of the electric appliance 1000 according to the indication parameter. That is, step 011 can be implemented by the camera 10, steps 012 and 013 can be implemented by the controller 20, and step 013 can be implemented by the controller 20.

Specifically, the electrical appliance 1000 may be a cooking appliance such as a microwave oven, an oven, or a steam box, and the electrical appliance 1000 may also be a household appliance such as an air conditioner or a refrigerator. In the present application, the electric appliance 1000 is taken as an example for explanation, and the principle when the electric appliance 1000 is another type of electric appliance 1000 is basically similar, and is not described herein again.

When a user cooks the food material through the oven, in order to judge whether the cooked food material F is mature, the user cannot directly obtain the temperature inside the cooked food material F, and can only judge whether the cooked food material F is mature according to the surface color of the cooked food material F by experience. The oven of the present application can detect the indication parameters of the cooked food material F through the detection device 200, and the indication parameters include at least one of temperature, sugar content, salt content and grease content. For example, the indicative parameter includes temperature, sugar content, salt content or oil content; as another example, the indicative parameters include temperature, sugar content, salt content, and oil content; as another example, the indicative parameters include temperature and sugar content; as another example, the indicative parameters include temperature, sugar content, and salt content; there are many examples, which are not listed here. The present application is described by taking an example that the indicating parameter includes temperature, and the indicating parameter includes other parameters such as sugar content, salt content, oil content and the like, which are basically similar.

The detection device 200 comprises a probe 202 and a dial 201, the probe 202 is used for being inserted into the cooked food material F, and it can be understood that when the oven heats and barbecues the cooked food material F, generally, the temperature of the outer layer part of the cooked food material F is firstly raised, then the temperature of the inner layer is gradually raised, in order to accurately judge whether the cooked food material F is ripe, whether the cooked food material F is ripe can be accurately judged by measuring the temperature inside the cooked food material F. The temperature inside the food material F to be cooked can be detected by the probe 202, the detection principle of the probe 202 is similar to a thermometer, no electrical connection is provided, the temperature inside the food material F to be cooked can be measured only by the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, and compared with a temperature probe of a thermistor type, the resistance changes after the environmental temperature changes, or the accuracy of the power supply voltage does not reach the accuracy required for the fluctuation of the power supply voltage (for example, the power supply voltage is 5 volts (V), and then the measurement error of the temperature caused by 5.1V and 5.2V which may be provided due to the accuracy problem) is better in both accuracy and stability. It will be appreciated that the probe 202 can also be designed to detect sugar content, salt content, oil content, etc., to assist the user in cooking a more palatable food.

The dial 201 can indicate the indication parameters of the cooked food material F, and the dial 201 displays the temperature inside the cooked food material F in the present application. The camera 10 photographs an indication image of the dial 201, and the indication temperature corresponding to the indication parameter of the dial 201 can be identified by using image recognition, and the controller 20 can control the operating state of the electric appliance 1000 according to the indication temperature. For example, when the indicated temperature reaches the preset temperature, or reaches the preset temperature for a predetermined time, it indicates that the interior of the cooked food material F is ripe, and at this time, it may be determined that the cooked food material F is ripe completely. The controller 20 may control the oven to stop heating. If the indicated temperature is the preset temperature, or the time period of reaching the preset temperature is less than the preset time period, it can be determined that the cooked food material F is not completely cooked, and the controller 20 can control the electric appliance 1000 to continue heating.

In the control method and the control device 100 according to the embodiment of the application, the indication image of the dial 201 of the detection device 200 is obtained, the indication parameter of the cooked food material F can be obtained through the indication image, the operating state of the electric appliance 1000 is controlled according to the indication parameter, the state of the cooked food material F can be judged without the user's experience, the current state (such as whether the cooked food material F is mature) of the cooked food material F can be intelligently judged according to the indication parameter (such as the temperature of the cooked food material F), and thus the operating state (such as stopping or continuing the operation) of the electric appliance 1000 is controlled according to the indication parameter.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the control method further includes:

014: judging whether the indication parameter is larger than a preset parameter value;

step 013 comprises the following steps:

0131: controlling the electric appliance 1000 to stop working under the condition that the indication parameter is greater than the preset parameter value;

0132: and controlling the electric appliance 1000 to continue working under the condition that the indication parameter is smaller than the preset parameter value.

In some embodiments, the controller 20 is further configured to determine whether the indication parameter is greater than a preset parameter value, control the electrical apparatus 1000 to stop operating if the indication parameter is greater than the preset parameter value, and control the electrical apparatus 1000 to continue operating if the indication parameter is less than the preset parameter value. That is, step 014, step 0131 and step 0132 may be implemented by the controller 20.

Specifically, after the controller 20 obtains the indication image and the indication parameter according to the indication image, it determines whether the indication parameter is greater than a preset parameter value, for example, whether the indication temperature inside the cooked food material F is greater than a preset temperature, where the indication parameter is the indication temperature and the preset parameter value is the preset temperature; and then controlling the electric appliance 1000 to stop working (such as the oven stops heating) when the temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, and controlling the electric appliance 1000 to continue working (such as the oven continues heating) when the indicated temperature is less than the preset temperature. In other embodiments, in the case that the indicated temperature is greater than the preset temperature, after a predetermined time period (at this time, the temperature inside the cooked food material F not only reaches the preset temperature, but also is continuously heated for a predetermined time period, and the cooked food material F is generally considered to be ripe), the controller 20 may control the electric appliance 1000 to stop working (for example, the oven stops heating); when the indicated temperature is higher than the preset temperature and the duration is shorter than a predetermined duration (at this time, although the temperature inside the cooked food material F reaches the preset temperature, the duration of the continuous heating is shorter than the predetermined duration, and the cooked food material F may not be cooked), the controller 20 may control the electric appliance 1000 to continue to operate (for example, the oven continues to heat), wherein the predetermined duration may be determined according to the type of the cooked food material F, for example, different types of food materials, and the duration of the heating to be cooked at the preset temperature is different, for example, chicken and beef, the preset temperatures corresponding to the cooking of the chicken and the beef, and the predetermined duration are different, and the predetermined duration required for the beef to be cooked to 7 minutes and cooked to 9 minutes is different, so that the controller 20 may determine the corresponding predetermined duration according to the type of the different cooking food materials and the requirement for the beef, and not only may accurately determine whether the different types of food materials are cooked, can also cook according to individual demand, the culinary art is experienced betterly. In the case that the indicated parameter is smaller than the preset parameter value, the cooked food material F is generally not mature at this time, and the electric appliance 1000 may be controlled to continue to operate (e.g., the oven continues to heat).

In some embodiments, when the indicated parameter is smaller than the preset parameter value and the difference between the indicated parameter and the preset parameter value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold (e.g., the indicated temperature is smaller than the preset temperature and the difference between the indicated temperature and the preset temperature is greater than or equal to the preset threshold), the controller 20 may control the oven to heat at a higher power to accelerate the barbecuing efficiency; and when the indicated parameter is smaller than the preset parameter value and the difference between the indicated parameter and the preset parameter value is smaller than the preset threshold (e.g. the indicated temperature is smaller than the preset temperature and the difference between the indicated temperature and the preset temperature is smaller than the preset threshold), the controller 20 may control the oven to heat with less power, since the heat transfer takes time, if the food material F is heated with a large power all the time, the inside and outside of the food material F to be cooked may be heated unevenly all the time, so that even if the outside is burnt, the temperature inside the oven does not reach the preset temperature because the heat transfer speed is slow, at this time, therefore, the controller 20 may control the oven to heat with less power, so that the external heat is transferred to the inside as soon as possible, the speed difference of the inner and outer ripening is not too large, thereby ensuring that the outer part is not burnt when the inner part is ripened.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, in some embodiments, dial 201 includes a pointer 203 and a dial 204, the dial 204 includes a plurality of scales, each scale corresponding to a parameter value, and step 014 includes the steps of:

0141: in the indication image, when the parameter value corresponding to the scale pointed by the pointer 203 is within the preset parameter value range, it is determined that the indication parameter is greater than the preset parameter value.

In some embodiments, the controller 20 is further configured to determine that the indication parameter is greater than the preset parameter value if the parameter value corresponding to the scale pointed by the pointer 203 in the indication image is within the preset parameter value range. That is, step 0141 may be implemented by controller 20.

Specifically, the controller 20 performs image recognition on the indication image, recognizes the pointer 203 and the dial 204 in the indication image, respectively, and takes a parameter value corresponding to a scale closest to the position pointed by the pointer 203 as the indication parameter, and indicates that the indication parameter is larger than the preset parameter value when the parameter value is within a range of the preset parameter value. For example, if the preset temperature is 180 degrees, the preset parameter value range is (180, 260), and the temperature value corresponding to the scale pointed by the pointer 203 is 200 degrees, it means that the indicated temperature is 200 degrees, and is located within the preset parameter value range (180, 260), that is, it means that the indicated temperature is greater than the preset temperature.

Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the control method further includes:

015: acquiring a food material image of a cooked food material F; and

016: and determining a preset parameter value range according to the food material image.

In some embodiments, the camera 10 is further configured to acquire a food material image of the cooked food material F; the controller 20 is further configured to determine a preset parameter value range according to the food material image. That is, step 015 may be implemented by the camera 10, and step 016 may be implemented by the controller 20.

Specifically, since the internal temperatures of different cooked food materials F may be different when they are ripe, the preset parameter value ranges (specifically, the preset temperature ranges) corresponding to the different cooked food materials F may be different, and after the camera 10 acquires the food material image, the controller 20 may perform image recognition on the food material image to determine the food material type of the cooked food material F, for example, the cooked food material F may be various types of food materials such as chicken, duck, mutton, beef, potato, needle mushroom, kidney bean, and the like. Each food material has a corresponding preset temperature range, different types of food materials and corresponding preset temperature ranges are stored in the memory of the electrical appliance 1000 when a manufacturer leaves a factory in advance, and the controller 20 can determine the preset temperature ranges according to the food material types of the cooked food material F, so that whether the food material is ripe or not can be accurately judged by using the preset temperature ranges (i.e., the ranges of the internal temperatures during ripening) corresponding to each food material.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 7 together, in some embodiments, the dial 201 further includes a logo area 205, the logo area 205 can partially cover an area where the dial 204 is located, and the control method further includes:

017: adjusting the coverage area of the identification area 205 according to the preset parameter value range;

step 014 also includes the steps of:

0142: in the case where the pointer 203 points to the identification area 205 in the indication image, it is determined that the indication parameter is larger than the preset parameter value.

In some embodiments, the controller 20 is further configured to adjust the coverage area of the identification region 205 according to the preset parameter value range, and determine that the indication parameter is larger than the preset parameter value in the case that the pointer 203 points to the identification region 205 in the indication image. That is, step 0142 may be implemented by controller 20.

Specifically, the identification area 205 of the dial 201 can partially cover the area where the dial 204 is located, for example, the identification area 205 can cover the area of the dial 204 corresponding to the preset parameter value range, when the pointer 203 points into the identification area 205, that is, the scale corresponding to the pointer 203 is in the preset parameter value range, so that it can be determined that the indication parameter is greater than the preset parameter value. After the controller 20 recognizes the type of the food material, the controller may control information transmission devices such as a speaker and a display screen on the electrical appliance 1000 to send out prompt information to prompt a user to adjust the identification area 205 according to the preset parameter value range, so that the identification area 205 covers an area of the dial 204 corresponding to the preset parameter value range. In this way, when performing image recognition, the controller 20 does not need to precisely recognize the parameter value corresponding to the scale pointed by the pointer 203, but only needs to roughly judge whether the pointer 203 points to the identification area 205, so as to equally and accurately determine whether the indicated parameter is greater than the preset parameter value.

Referring to fig. 2, an electrical apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a housing 200 and a control device 100. The control device 100 is mounted on the housing 200.

The electrical appliance 1000 may be a household appliance such as an oven, a microwave oven, an electric rice cooker, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, etc. The housing 200 may protect the control device 100. The controller 20 of the control device 100 may be control circuitry on a circuit board, and the controller 20 may also be one or more general or special purpose processors. In the embodiment of the present application, the controller 20 is a control circuit on a circuit board. The controller 20 is connected to the camera 10.

Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the electric appliance 1000 further includes a holder 300 and the detecting device 200 of any of the above embodiments, the detecting device 200 can be detachably mounted on the holder 300 when detecting the temperature inside the material F to be cooked, so that the probe 202 is inserted into the material F to be cooked, for example, the detecting device 200 can be detachably mounted on the holder 300 by screwing, engaging, or the like. When the detection device 200 is not used, the detection device 200 can be detached from the holder 300 for storage alone, so as to better protect the detection device 200. Therefore, the situation that the detection device 200 cannot be fixed after being inserted into the cooked food material F, so that the camera 10 cannot be opposite to the dial 201 to acquire the indication image of the dial 201, and the subsequent controller 20 controls the working state of the electric appliance 1000 according to the indication parameters can be prevented.

Referring to fig. 8, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium 400 containing computer-executable instructions 402 according to embodiments of the present application, when the computer-executable instructions 402 are executed by one or more processors 500, causes the processors 500 to perform the control method according to any of the above embodiments.

For example, referring to fig. 1 and 2 in conjunction, the computer readable instructions 402, when executed by the processor 500, cause the processor 500 to perform the steps of:

011: acquiring an indication image of a dial 201 of the detection device 200;

012: acquiring an indication parameter of the cooked food material F according to the indication image; and

013: and controlling the working state of the electric appliance 1000 according to the indication parameters.

As another example, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, when executed by the processor 500, the computer readable instructions 402 cause the processor 500 to perform the following steps:

0141: in the indication image, when the parameter value corresponding to the scale pointed by the pointer 203 is within the preset parameter value range, it is determined that the indication parameter is greater than the preset parameter value.

Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present application, "plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.

Any process or method descriptions in flow charts or otherwise described herein may be understood as representing modules, segments, or portions of code which include one or more executable instructions for implementing specific logical functions or steps of the process, and the scope of the preferred embodiments of the present application includes other implementations in which functions may be executed out of order from that shown or discussed, including substantially concurrently or in reverse order, depending on the functionality involved, as would be understood by those reasonably skilled in the art of the present application.

The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, e.g., an ordered listing of executable instructions that can be considered to implement logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.

It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.

The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.
