Simultaneously through setting up push pedal 203, can to a great extent contact carton 8, promote carton 8 and remove, push pedal 203 sets up and is being close to carton 8 bottom position department, can contact with the bottom of carton 8. The cylinder has a driving function, and can push the sliding block 202 to move on the corresponding pushing guide rod 201, so as to push the push plate 203 to push the paper box 8.

In this embodiment, the pushing mechanism 2 and the first inner enclosing plate 3 are respectively arranged at two sides of the carton conveying belt 1; the material pushing guide rod 201 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the paper box conveying belt 1, the first inner enclosing plate 3 is parallel to the conveying direction of the paper box conveying belt 1, and the first inner enclosing plate 3 is parallel to the second inner enclosing plate 4.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cartridge mechanism 5 includes: a first outer ring chain assembly 500, a second outer ring chain assembly 510, a first inner ring chain assembly 520, a second inner ring chain assembly 530; one side of the first outer ring chain assembly 500 is attached to the first inner decking 3, the other side of the first outer ring chain assembly 500 is attached to the first inner ring chain assembly 520, one side of the second outer ring chain assembly 510 is attached to the second inner decking 4, and the other side of the second outer ring chain assembly 510 is attached to the second inner ring chain assembly 530; the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510, the first inner ring chain assembly 520 and the second inner ring chain assembly 530 are evenly and annularly provided with a plurality of clamping teeth 540, namely, the first outer ring chain assembly 500 and the second outer ring chain assembly 510 are staggered with the first inner ring chain assembly 520 and the second inner ring chain assembly 530 through the corresponding clamping teeth 540, so that the paper box 8 pushed from the paper box conveying belt 1 is fixed.

Card box mechanism 5

The cassette mechanism 5 plays a role of fixing the paper box 8, can clamp the paper box 8 pushed from the push plate 203 right between the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510 and the first inner ring chain assembly 520, the staggered teeth 540 on the second inner ring chain assembly 530, simultaneously the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510 adopt a synchronous moving mode, the first inner ring chain assembly 520, the second inner ring chain assembly 530 adopt a synchronous moving mode, can realize the alignment of the corresponding teeth 540, firstly, the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510, the first inner ring chain assembly 520, the second inner ring chain assembly 530 are adjusted to asynchronously move, the distance between the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510 and the corresponding staggered teeth 540 of the first inner ring chain assembly 520, the second inner ring chain assembly 530 can be adjusted, according to the specific size setting of the paper box 8, after the distance between the staggered latch 540 is adjusted, the first outer ring chain assembly 500 and the second outer ring chain assembly 510 move synchronously with the first inner ring chain assembly 520 and the second inner ring chain assembly 530, and the paper box 8 is sealed.

In this embodiment, the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510, the first inner ring chain assembly 520, and the second inner ring chain assembly 530 implement a driving function by matching gears, gear motors, and chains.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the guide post is in a shape of a quarter cylinder, that is, the arc portion of the guide post forms a knife edge 600, the flat portion of the guide post forms a knife plate 610, that is, burrs on the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 are scraped off by the knife edge 600, and the protruding portion 801 which abuts against the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 by the knife plate 610 is bent back in the traveling direction of the paper box 8 until the end is sealed.

In this embodiment, the top of the guiding post is bent outward to form a bent portion 620.

In this embodiment, the guide post is provided with a first rubber plate 630 and a second rubber plate 640, that is, when the guide post seals the carton 8, the upper sealing position and the lower sealing position of the carton 8 are respectively coated with glue through the first rubber plate 630 and the second rubber plate 640, and the upper sealing position and the lower sealing position are extruded through the cutting board 610, so that the glue adheres to the upper sealing position and the lower sealing position of the carton 8.

Guide post

The guide post plays a role in scraping burrs of the paper box 8 and abutting against the extending part 801 of the corresponding folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 to realize sealing, the head end of the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 pushed from the push plate 203 collides with the knife edge 600 on the guide post and moves towards the tail end along the knife edge 600, so that the knife edge 600 scrapes the burrs on the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8, meanwhile, the knife edge 600 is arranged adjacent to the knife plate 610, namely, the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 collides with the knife edge 600 and then moves along the knife plate 610, and the knife plate 610 plays a role in abutting against. After the paper box 8 is clamped among the clamping teeth 540 distributed on the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510, the first inner ring chain assembly 520 and the second inner ring chain assembly 530 in a staggered manner, the first outer ring chain assembly 500, the second outer ring chain assembly 510, the first inner ring chain assembly 520 and the second inner ring chain assembly 530 synchronously move to drive the paper box 8 to move towards the second guide column 7, so that the second guide column 7 can press the extending part 801 of the folded edge 800 corresponding to the side of the paper box 8, the extending part 801 of the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 is reversely bent along the advancing direction of the paper box 8 until the opening is sealed, and similarly, when the paper box 8 moves towards the first guide column 6, the first guide column 6 bends the extending part 801 of the folded edge 800 at the other side of the paper box 8 to seal the opening. The first rubber plate 630 and the second rubber plate 640 are coated with solid glue, the first rubber plate 630 and the second rubber plate 640 are just inserted into the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part of the paper box 8 for gluing, and meanwhile, the glue solidification is realized through the pressing effect of the guide columns.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, 11, and 12, the first guide post 6 is provided with a through hole 650 for fixing the first guide post 6 to the first inner surrounding plate 3.

Principle of operation

The paper box 8 is conveyed through the paper box conveying belt 1, the paper box 8 on the paper box conveying belt 1 is pushed to the card box mechanism 5 through the material pushing mechanism 2, in the process that the paper box 8 on the paper box conveying belt 1 is pushed to the card box mechanism 5 through the material pushing mechanism 2, burrs on the folded edge 800 of the paper box 8 are scraped through the first guide column 6 until the burrs are fixed in the card box mechanism 5, after the paper box 8 is fixed in the card box mechanism 5, the paper box 8 is driven by the card box mechanism 5 to move towards the direction of the second guide column 7, the extending portion 801 of the folded edge 800 on one side of the paper box 8 is bent to be sealed, the paper box 8 is driven by the card box mechanism 5 to move towards the direction of the first guide column 6, and the extending portion 801 of the folded edge 800 on the other side of the paper box 8 is bent to be sealed.

Example 3

On the basis of embodiment 2, the present embodiment provides a working method of a carton packaging machine adapted to employ the blister paper pack hold-down system as provided in embodiment 2, which includes: the paper cassette 8 is conveyed by the paper cassette conveying belt 1; the paper box 8 on the paper box conveying belt 1 is pushed to the card box mechanism 5 through the pushing mechanism 2, so that the paper box 8 is fixed in the card box mechanism 5 by scraping burrs on the side folded edge 800 through the first guide column 6; the paper box 8 is driven by the card box mechanism 5 to move to a corresponding position towards the direction of the second guide column 7, so that the extending part 801 of the folded edge 800 at one side of the paper box 8 is bent to seal the opening; the paper box 8 is driven by the card box mechanism 5 to move to the corresponding position towards the first guiding column 6, so that the extending part 801 of the folded edge 800 at the other side of the paper box 8 is bent for sealing.

In conclusion, the paper box packaging automatic production line has the advantages that the first pressing device and the second pressing device drive the long pressing rod to press the paper box glued on the packaging system, automatic production of paper box packaging is achieved, and meanwhile the paper box packaging automatic production line is simple in structure, low in cost and good in packaging effect.
