Technical Field

The invention relates to a device for removing flash of an inner ring of a handle of a blow molding square barrel.

Background

The blow-molded square barrel 1 with a handle 1a, which is produced by the existing blow-molding process and is shown in figure 1, has burrs 2 at the inner ring of the handle due to the process reason, and the burrs 2 can influence the handle 1a if not removed

The square barrel can be normally used by holding, pinching and blow molding. Of course, the conventional method in the industry is to manually cut off the flash 2 of the inner ring of the handle 1a by using a saw blade knife, but obviously, the manual operation efficiency is low, and workers not only have high labor intensity but also are easy to be injured. Therefore, special automatic removing devices are mainly adopted in the industry at present to remove the inner ring flash of the handle.

For example, in addition to the blow molding square barrel conveying belt and the positioning mechanism, the most core mechanism of the removing device commonly used by enterprises at present is a pneumatic cutter beating mechanism, the pneumatic cutter beating mechanism comprises a cutter fixed on a cutter frame and made according to the outline of the inner ring of the handle 1a of the blow molding square barrel 1 and an air cylinder connected with and driving the cutter frame to move back and forth, the mechanism utilizes the impact force of the air cylinder to push the cutter into the inner ring of the handle 1a of the blow molding square barrel 1, and all the flash 2 of the inner ring is removed at one time.

Although the above-described prior removal devices have a higher efficiency than manual work, the following problems are exposed in long-term use:

as is well known, the impulsive force of the cylinder is not easy to control, and the impulsive force of the cylinder and the cutter is actually taught in the process of removing the flash 2, the force is not easy to be too large, if the force is too large, the product is damaged, and the hidden cracking of the die assembly seam of the inner ring of the handle 1a is caused. Particularly, the flash 2 of the blow-molded square barrel 1 is usually removed immediately after the blow-molded square barrel is subjected to thermoplastic molding, the texture of the product is still soft, and the joint of the flash 2 and the body of the handle 1a is easy to adhere and tear due to high impact force. In actual operation, an upper critical stress value k1 and a lower critical stress value k2 of the same batch of blow-molded square barrels 1 when the inner ring flash 2 of the handle 1a is impacted by knife striking can be calculated, and when the impact force of the air cylinder is greater than k1, the product can be expected to be damaged. When the impact force is less than k1 and greater than k2, the flash 2 can be effectively removed without causing damage, and once the impact force is less than k2, the flash 2 cannot be removed at all.

As is well known in the industry, for blow-molded square barrels, the interiors of the square barrels are integrally connected, and the barrels are inevitably leaked due to cracking of handles.

At present, some enterprises in the industry often do not pay attention to the problems and finally suffer from customer complaints, so that the conditions of batch reworking and reworking of the inventory are all existed every year, labor and time are wasted, and the quality cannot be improved completely.

At present, certain enterprises are too cautious to control the impact force of the cylinder to be small, but the flash of the inner ring of the handle cannot be completely removed, the subsequent clear work is often carried out manually, and the labor cost of the enterprises is increased.

From the above description, it is known that the existing device for removing the flash of the inner ring of the handle of the blow molding square barrel in the industry needs to be improved to obtain a safer and more reliable flash removing mode.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a device for removing the flash of the inner ring of a handle of a blow molding square barrel comprises a blow molding square barrel conveying line body provided with a blow molding square barrel positioning device, a pneumatic knife beating mechanism which is arranged on one side of the blow molding square barrel conveying line body and corresponds to the blow molding square barrel positioning device, wherein the pneumatic knife beating mechanism comprises a knife rest for fixing a knife and a knife beating cylinder for connecting and driving the knife rest to move, and a PLC (programmable logic controller) which is electrically connected with the blow molding square barrel positioning device, the blow molding square barrel conveying line body and the knife beating cylinder; the spring force-controlled tool rest is characterized by comprising a first tool rest connected with an ejector rod of a tool striking cylinder and a second tool rest arranged on the first tool rest, wherein the second tool rest is provided with at least two tool striking guide connecting rods arranged in parallel through guide holes, and the tool striking guide connecting rods are fixed with a tool; and the second knife rest is provided with a resisting plate, and each knife striking guide connecting rod is sleeved with a force control spring of which two ends are respectively propped against the knife striking plate and the resisting plate.

When the impact force of the cutter cylinder is greater than the elastic force k1 of the force control spring, the force control spring is compressed to pull the cutter back under the action of the reaction force, so that the impact force on the inner ring flash of the handle is reduced, and the damage to the handle part of the blow molding square barrel is effectively prevented. Certainly, the condition that the overlap can not be effectively removed probably appears under the effect of accuse power spring, and to this type of blowing square barrel, can follow-up carefully get rid of by artifical, nevertheless can guarantee the blowing square barrel not damaged at least, can effectively guarantee same batch blowing square barrel product quality.

For blow-molding square barrels with different materials and specifications, the upper critical stress value k1 is different when the blow-molding square barrels are struck by the same striking knife, so the corresponding required elastic force of the force control spring is different. In order to avoid the complexity of disassembling and assembling the force control spring, the invention further designs the following structure:

the invention also comprises a force control spring elasticity adjusting device which comprises a screw rod, a stepping motor, a gasket type force measuring sensor and the resisting plate, wherein guide holes matched with the resisting plate are arranged on the resisting plate corresponding to the knife striking guide connecting rods; the stepping motor is fixed on the second tool rest, the screw rod is connected with an output shaft of the stepping motor, and the screw rod is in threaded fit with a threaded hole formed in the resisting plate and used for driving the resisting plate to move relative to the tool so as to change the elasticity of the force control spring; the gasket type force measuring sensors are arranged on the resisting plate corresponding to the force control springs and are propped against the corresponding force control springs; the gasket type force measuring sensor and the stepping motor are electrically connected with the PLC, and the PLC is provided with a display module for displaying the elasticity of the force control spring.

The screw rod is driven by the stepping motor to rotate to drive the resisting plate to move back and forth relative to the beating knife, so that the compression amount of the force control spring is changed, and the elasticity of the force control spring is adjusted. The elasticity numerical value can be read through the display module of PLC controller to the staff accurately adjusts and obtains required elasticity.

Furthermore, the pneumatic tool beating mechanism also comprises a tool beating cylinder positioning support for fixing the tool beating cylinder, and the first tool rest is connected with the tool beating cylinder positioning support through a plurality of buffer gas ejector rods symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tool beating cylinder. The buffer air ejector rod plays a role in guiding the movement of the first tool rest on one hand, and provides buffer force for the first tool rest to retreat along with the knife beating cylinder on the other hand, so that the vibration of the whole pneumatic knife beating mechanism is reduced, and the stability of the whole pneumatic knife beating mechanism is improved.

Furthermore, the second tool rest is fixed with the first tool rest through a plurality of tool rest connecting rods, and the tool rest connecting rods and the tool striking guide connecting rods are arranged in parallel.

Furthermore, the blow molding square barrel positioning device comprises a pneumatic clamping plate device and a blow molding square barrel in-place detection sensor, wherein the pneumatic clamping plate device comprises two pneumatic clamping plate units which are bilaterally and symmetrically arranged on two sides of a blow molding square barrel conveying line body, and each pneumatic clamping plate unit comprises a clamping plate cylinder positioning support and a clamping plate cylinder which is fixed on the clamping plate cylinder positioning support and is used for connecting and driving a clamping plate to move transversely on the blow molding square barrel conveying line body; the blow molding square barrel in-place detection sensor is arranged on the side part of the blow molding square barrel conveyor line body through a sensor bracket; the blow molding square barrel in-place detection sensor and the clamping plate cylinder are electrically connected with the PLC. When the blow molding square barrel in-place detection sensor detects that the blow molding square barrel is in place, the PLC controller drives the blow molding square barrel conveying line body to stop running, and the left clamping plate cylinder and the right clamping plate cylinder are driven by the signal to simultaneously eject out the clamping plates so as to position the blow molding square barrel.

More preferably, the pneumatic clamping plate unit further comprises a plurality of clamping plate guide rods which are fixed on the clamping plate and are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the clamping plate cylinder in parallel, and guide sleeves which are matched with the clamping plate guide rods are arranged on the clamping plate cylinder positioning support corresponding to the clamping plate guide rods. The splint guide is obviously introduced to improve the movement stability of the splint.

More preferably, the clamping plates are provided with grooves for embedding and positioning the blow molding square barrel, and the grooves in the clamping plates of the two pneumatic clamping plate units clamp the blow molding square barrel from two sides so as to limit the blow molding square barrel to move forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards. The introduction of the clamping plate groove gives the blow-molded square barrel sufficient positioning reliability.

Further, the blow molding square barrel conveying line body is a conventional synchronous belt conveying device or a chain plate conveying device.

According to the blow molding square barrel actually manufactured at present, the elastic force of the force control spring is preferably set to be 34-40N, and the elastic force adjusting interval is the interval under the condition that the force control spring is adjustable.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the pneumatic cutter beating mechanism is redesigned, the force control spring is introduced, the elastic force of the force control spring is the same as the upper critical stress value k1 obtained by pre-calculation when the blowing square barrel flash is beaten by the cutter, when the impulse force of the cutter beating cylinder is larger than the elastic force k1 of the force control spring, the force control spring is compressed under the action of the reaction force, so that the cutter is pulled and lifted back, the beating force to the flash of the inner ring of the handle is reduced, and the damage to the handle part of the blowing square barrel is effectively prevented. Compared with the existing devices, the device is more reliable in work, can ensure that the blow molding square barrels in the same batch have no inferior-quality products or defective products, and ensures the product quality.

The invention further designs a force control spring elasticity adjusting device which can adjust the elasticity of the force control spring, thereby meeting the elasticity setting requirement of coping with the upper critical stress values of different blow molding square barrels. And the device can accurately acquire feedback elastic force numerical values by means of the gasket type force cell sensor and the PLC, and visual and accurate control of the elastic force is achieved.

According to the blow molding square barrel positioning device, the blow molding square barrel in-place detection sensor is used for sensing the in-place of the blow molding square barrel and driving the blow molding square barrel conveying line body to stop running, the blow molding square barrel is positioned through the clamping plate with the grooves in the two directions, sufficient positioning reliability is provided for the blow molding square barrel, the blow molding square barrel is effectively prevented from shaking when being struck by a cutter, and the working reliability is further improved.
