1. A cable anti-whiplash apparatus, comprising:

Background

After the wires, the fibers and the cables are abnormally broken, the take-up head is not controlled, and the process of whipping the finished product disc is called whipping. At present, finished product collection is carried out on wire harness cable type enterprises by adopting rotary equipment, and in order to prevent the loss caused by whipping of a finished product of a take-up reel due to breakage of the finished product after abnormal shutdown and uncontrolled take-up of a take-up head, most machines are provided with whip preventing devices so as to protect the finished product after abnormal fiber breakage. However, most anti-whiplash devices are of a circular ring structure, including fixed or following moving types. Although a part of the anti-whipping device can move along with the take-up reel, the movement is only circumferential movement, namely the distance between the take-up reel and the anti-whipping device is certain, so that when the finished product quantity of the take-up reel or the specification of the take-up reel is different, the anti-whipping effect is greatly different, and the finished product cannot be protected.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects that the cable whip-preventing device in the prior art is limited in application range and unsatisfactory in whip-preventing effect, so that the cable whip-preventing device and the cable collector with the same, which are suitable for take-up reels with different specifications and good in whip-preventing effect, are provided.

When the wire winding disc normally runs, the rod piece 8 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the wire winding disc, and the distance sensor 9 monitors the distance between the flexible baffle and the outer surface of the wire winding disc in real time and feeds the distance back to the PLC for synchronous adjustment; when the take-up is stopped, the PLC controls the motor to return to the set original point position.
