4. A separate reclaiming device according to claim 1, wherein said vibrator (3) is a linear vibrator.

5. A separate take-off device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the traversing device (7) is a cylinder or a ram.

6. The separating and reclaiming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a proximity sensor (8) is embedded and fixed at the bottom of the U-shaped groove (5), and the proximity sensor (8) is connected with the traverse device (7) in a wired or wireless way through an intelligent control device.

7. The separation and reclaiming apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the intelligent control device is a computer or a PLC controller or a smart phone.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and particularly relates to a separating and taking device.

Background

One of the automatic operations instead of manual operations is to arrange the products in order by using a vibrator 3+ a straight vibration guide rail 4 as shown in fig. 2, and replace manual work to continuously provide materials for equipment for processing. However, due to different sizes and shapes of materials, interference is easily generated between the materials, so that mutual clamping of the materials is generated before loading, the production efficiency is affected, and even the materials are directly damaged, and the number of defects is increased. As shown in figure 1, products 2 with protruding edges 1 are easy to extrude mutually, so that mutual interference is generated, and the products are mutually clamped when materials are taken.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a separating and taking device. The front end of the direct vibration guide rail is cut out integrally and is changed into a separating type, and materials needing to be fed and materials to be fed are separated through the reciprocating motion of the air cylinder, so that the mutual interference among the materials is avoided, and the material damage and the increase of the defective number caused by the mutual clamping of products are effectively reduced.
