9. the method for preparing two-component plate alignment adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing 3-10 wt% of initiator solution;

(2) uniformly mixing vinyl acetate, acrylic ester, glyceryl methacrylate, N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide and acrylic acid to obtain a mixed monomer;

(3) adding polyvinyl alcohol and water into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-100 ℃, stirring and dissolving for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 50-70 ℃, adding 10-20% of initiator solution, buffering agent and defoaming agent, and emulsifying for 5-20 minutes;

(4) heating to 75-85 ℃, preserving the temperature for 30-40 minutes, and synchronously dropwise adding the rest mixed monomer and the initiator solution into the reaction kettle within 4-5 hours; heating to 80-90 ℃, reacting for 30-90 minutes under heat preservation, cooling to below 50 ℃, adding a plasticizer, continuously stirring for 20-50 minutes, and filtering to obtain a matrix component;

Technical Field

Background

The panel glue is an adhesive used for splicing wood products such as laminated wood and is suitable for panel bonding of non-structural materials, structural laminated materials and the like. The adhesives commonly used in the industries of various wooden articles, furniture and decoration and finishing in China mainly comprise urea formaldehyde, phenolic resin, melamine formaldehyde glue (namely, trialdehyde glue) and polyvinyl acetate emulsion (white glue).

The main formula raw materials of the products of urea formaldehyde, phenolic resin and melamine formaldehyde glue (namely, trialdehyde glue) are as follows: urea, formaldehyde, melamine, a catalyst and water. In the process of synthesizing the formaldehyde-formaldehyde glue by reacting the raw materials, the formaldehyde release amount is high, the air environment is seriously polluted, and the harm to the human body is quite large. In addition, the glue layer of the trialdehyde glue has large brittleness and short service life.

The main raw materials of the polyvinyl acetate emulsion (white glue) product comprise vinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol resin, OP initiator, dibutyl ester plasticizer, sodium bicarbonate and water. The main agent formed by the reaction and polymerization of the raw materials reacts with the curing agent, and the cured adhesive film layer has the advantages of large softness, poor antifreezing property, no water resistance and no heat resistance.

(4) heating to 75-85 ℃, preserving the temperature for 30-40 minutes, and synchronously dropwise adding the rest mixed monomer and the initiator solution into the reaction kettle within 4-5 hours; heating to 80-90 ℃, reacting for 30-90 minutes under heat preservation, cooling to below 50 ℃, adding a plasticizer, continuously stirring for 20-50 minutes, and filtering to obtain a matrix component;

(5) providing a curing component, and independently packaging the matrix component and the curing component to obtain a finished product of the two-component plate alignment adhesive.

The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention takes the water-based polyvinyl acetate emulsion containing active hydrogen as the main agent emulsion, and polyisocyanates as the curing agent, thus forming the water-based polymer-isocyanate adhesive, which has excellent adhesive property and strength and can be rapidly cured at normal temperature.

2. According to the invention, glycidyl methacrylate and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide are introduced into the formula, and after other vinyl acetate is copolymerized, the adhesive force to wood is strong, and the wood has excellent high temperature resistance, water resistance and weather resistance.

3. According to the invention, acrylic acid and methyl acrylate are introduced into the formula, and through the matching of the acrylic acid and the methyl acrylate, the water resistance of the vinyl acetate homopolymerization emulsion can be effectively improved, and the water resistance of the plate alignment adhesive is improved, so that the plate alignment adhesive still has higher strength after being soaked in water and boiled in water.

The mildew inhibitor can effectively kill aspergillus niger, aspergillus flavus, aspergillus versicolor, trichoderma, cladosporium, paecilomyces and other molds, has a wide and long-acting bactericidal spectrum, can prevent microbial development for a long time, and prolongs the storage time of products for one year.

s5: providing a curing component, and independently packaging the matrix component and the curing component to obtain a finished product of the two-component plate alignment adhesive.
