The steel spring 3 is in a cylindrical spiral shape, is uniformly arranged between the upper mounting plate 1 and the lower mounting plate 2, and provides vertical rigidity for the vibration isolator. The function of adjusting the axial limiting height of the vibration isolator can be realized through the adjusting mechanism 5, the vibration isolator can be guaranteed to have the same upper and lower limiting gaps according to different bearing conditions, and the limiting function is improved.

The adjusting mechanism 5 comprises limiting rods 50 respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate 4, limiting folding lugs 51 arranged on two sides of the upper mounting plate 1 and sleeved on the limiting rods 50, and limiting ring assemblies 52 sleeved on the limiting rods 50, wherein the limiting ring assemblies 52 are respectively arranged above and below the limiting folding lugs 51. As shown in fig. 3, the limiting folding lug 51 includes a fixing plate 510 vertically connected to the side of the upper mounting plate 1 and facing the bottom plate 4, and an adjusting plate 511 vertically connected to the bottom end of the fixing plate 510 and facing the edge of the bottom plate 4, an adjusting hole 512 adapted to the limiting rod 50 is formed in the adjusting plate 511, the limiting rod 50 penetrates through the adjusting hole 512, and the limiting ring assemblies 52 are respectively located above and below the adjusting plate 511. The fixing plate 510 and the adjusting plate 511 are of an integrated structure, so that the fixing plate is high in structural strength and reliable in use. The adjusting holes 512 on the adjusting plate 511 are matched with the limiting rods 50, so that the vibration isolator is limited radially, and the limiting effect is good.

The limiting ring assembly 52 comprises a limiting ring 520 sleeved on the limiting rod 50 and a fastener 521 arranged on the limiting ring 520 and used for locking the position of the limiting ring 520. The stop ring 520 is adapted to the stop lever 50. The fastener 521 adopts a fastening bolt, a threaded hole matched with the fastening bolt is formed in the limiting ring 520, the fastening bolt is screwed into the threaded hole, the fastening bolt is screwed, so that the bottom end face of the fastening bolt is tightly contacted with the limiting rod 50, meanwhile, the inner surface of the limiting ring 520 is tightly contacted with the outer surface of the limiting rod 50, and the limiting ring 520 is fixed on the external limiting rod 50, so that the fixing effect is good.

In order to improve the usability of the limiting rod 50, as shown in fig. 4, in the present invention, the limiting rod 50 includes a fixing base 501 disposed on the bottom plate 4 and an adjusting rod 502 vertically connected to the fixing base 501, the fixing base 501 and the limiting rod 50 are connected to form a T-shaped structure, and the adjusting plate 511 and the limiting ring 520 are respectively sleeved on the adjusting rod 502. The side of the adjusting rod 502 facing the fixing plate 510 is an arc surface 503, the side of the adjusting rod 502 facing the outer edge of the bottom plate 4 is a straight surface 504, and the fastening member 521 penetrates through the limiting ring 520 and is fastened on the straight surface 504. The fixing base 501 is connected to the bottom plate 4 through bolts. The fastener 521 is screwed into the limiting ring 520 and is in contact with the flat surface of the limiting rod 50, so that the fastening effect is improved, and the arc-shaped surface 503 is matched with the inner wall surface of the limiting ring 520, so that the limiting effect is improved.

In order to improve the installation reliability of the steel spring 3, as shown in fig. 5, in the present invention, the lower surface of the upper mounting plate 1 and the upper surface of the lower mounting plate 2 are respectively and uniformly distributed with corresponding embedding rings 6, and both ends of the steel spring 3 are respectively embedded and fixed on the embedding ring 6 of the upper mounting plate 1 and the embedding ring 6 of the lower mounting plate 2. The reliability of the steel spring 3 is improved through the embedded ring 6, the left and right displacement is prevented, and the overall structural performance of the vibration isolator is improved.
