Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an alcohol sterilizing apparatus for use in a food line includes a first conveyor 2, a second conveyor, a conveyor chain 5, a frame 1, and a sterilizing chamber 4. The sterilizing chamber 4 is fixed on the plane 11 of the frame 1, and the first conveyor 2, the frame 1 and the second conveyor 3 are sequentially connected along the conveying direction of the conveying chain 5, namely, the plane on the frame 1, the conveying plane of the first conveyor 2 and the conveying plane of the second conveyor 3 are positioned on the same horizontal plane. The first conveyor 2 and the second conveyor 3 are formed by connecting two conveyor belts positioned on the same plane, a gap is formed between the two conveyor belts on the first conveyor 2 and the second conveyor 3, and the gap formed between the middle of the frame 1 are positioned on the same straight line. The conveying chain 5 is fixed in the gap in the middle of the rack 1, and two ends of the conveying chain 5 respectively extend to the gap in the middle of the first conveyor 2 and the gap in the middle of the second conveyor 3. The alcohol shower nozzles 6 at the two ends of the cover plate 42 are inclined downwards and spray towards the interior of the disinfection chamber 4, the spraying angle can facilitate the simultaneous spraying and disinfection of two surfaces of the cake, and the alcohol disinfection efficiency can be effectively improved. And the alcohol shower nozzle 6 of all fixing on above-mentioned disinfection casing 41 then is fixed respectively to the lateral wall of two disinfection casings 41, and the orifice of alcohol shower nozzle 6 is located disinfection casing 41, and this mode can be convenient for disinfect to two sides of the cake of carrying to in the disinfection room 4 to further improvement cake sterile efficiency and cake sterile quality.

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the alcohol spray heads 6 on both sides of the conveyor chain 5 are respectively fixed on the side surfaces of the two disinfection cases 41 close to the outside of the frame 1, the side surface 411 of the disinfection case 41 close to the conveyor chain 5 is provided with a through hole 412, and the alcohol spray heads 6 correspond to the side surfaces of the disinfection cases 41 close to the conveyor chain 5. The connecting seat 53 is provided with a screw rod 54, two sides of the bottom of the push plate 52 are provided with through connecting holes (not shown in the drawing), the screw rod 54 is inserted into the connecting holes of the push plate, and the screw rod 54 can be spirally connected to the threaded hole of the connecting plate 533 on the connecting seat 53. The screw 54 is further sleeved with a torsion spring 55, and the screw 54 is connected and fixed with the connecting plate 533 after being connected with the push plate 52 and the torsion spring 55. One end of the torsion spring 55 is fixed on the connecting seat 53, and the other end of the torsion spring 55 is pressed against the other end surface of the push plate 52 opposite to the salient point 57.
