1. A method for preparing calcium oxide by purifying and recycling carbide slag is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) separating the carbide slag slurry with the water content of 85-95% through a suspension separator, removing solid slag in the carbide slag, and preparing slurry for later use:

(2) adding an organic solvent into the slurry prepared in the step (1) for fully stirring, then adding a complexing agent for fully stirring, and removing residual metal ion impurities in the slurry for later use;

(3) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the slurry prepared in the step (2) to obtain carbide slag coated by the purified complexing agent and an organic solvent for later use;

(4) and (4) directly pressing the carbide slag purified in the step (3) into balls, and feeding the balls into a calcining furnace through a spiral feeder to calcine the balls into calcium oxide balls.

2. The method for preparing calcium oxide by purifying and recycling carbide slag according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the organic solvent in the step (2) is n-hexane and/or acetone and/or petroleum ether organic solvent, and the stirring time is 2-7 hours.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of resource utilization of industrial solid wastes, and particularly relates to a method for purifying and circularly preparing calcium oxide from carbide slag.

Background

In recent years, the rapid development of domestic PVC and PVA produced by a calcium carbide method also drives the accelerating development of the lime industry. However, due to the scattered distribution of limestone and the vigorous exploitation over several years, the limestone raw material required by the lime industry cannot meet the development of the industry. Meanwhile, due to the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, the consumption of waste carbide slag generated in the carbide industry is continuously reduced, so that the accumulated stockpiling is gradually increased. Most enterprises stack or bury the carbide slag on site, which not only occupies land resources, but also pollutes groundwater and harms ecosystem due to the strong alkaline property of the carbide slag. Based on the above two points, how to recycle the waste carbide slag becomes a global popular research direction.

The calcium oxide is a raw material for producing calcium carbide, and the process for directly preparing the calcium oxide from the carbide slag has been developed to a certain extent at present, but the key problem of high content of impurities in the carbide slag is ignored in the traditional process. If the carbide slag is not reasonably pre-purified and used as a raw material for producing calcium carbide, the quality of the calcium carbide product is seriously reduced. Therefore, a method for preparing calcium oxide by simply treating and efficiently purifying the carbide slag is required.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: provides a method for preparing calcium oxide by purifying and recycling industrial waste carbide slag, solves the key problem of high content of impurities in the carbide slag in the traditional process, and can recycle resources.

Optimally designing, wherein the organic solvent in the step (2) is n-hexane and/or acetone and/or petroleum ether organic solvent, and stirring for 2-7 hours.

Optimally designing, wherein the complexing agent in the step (2) is oleylamine and/or oleic acid and/or sodium oleate complexing agent, and the complexing time is 0.5-8 hours.

The optimized design, the calcination temperature in the step (4) is 1000-oC, the time is 30-100 minutes.
