paving an outer skin (9) on a molded surface formed by the mold body (1) and the soft film (2), and paving a cover plate (6) on the outer skin (9);

and heating, pressurizing and curing the whole molded surface after the cover plate (6) is paved to form the hat-shaped rib wall plate.

9. Moulding method according to claim 8, characterised in that the shape of the outer skin (9) is planar or curved.

10. A hat-shaped ribbed panel made by the forming method of any one of claims 8 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of composite material forming processes, in particular to a forming tool, a forming method and a hat-shaped rib wallboard.

Background

The carbon fiber composite material is required to be molded at a certain temperature and under a certain pressure, and the modes of providing the pressure comprise vacuum bag pressure, mold-matched pressure, soft mold pressure and the like, wherein the soft mold pressure mostly applies the pressure to a product in a closed or semi-closed cavity by the thermal expansion of materials such as silicon rubber and the like in a heating process, the structural shape and the wall thickness of the soft mold material have great influence on the provided pressure, the soft mold is not supported or is supported by a mandrel, the mandrel of the soft mold is usually fixed on an external mold in the form of accurate positioning of the shaft and the like, the fixed soft mold pressure form can realize automatic balance of all directional forces when the soft mold thermally expands due to the asymmetric structural shape and unequal wall thickness of the soft mold, so that the pressure of the product in the molding cavity is unbalanced and the quality of the product can not be ensured.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a forming tool, a forming method and a hat-shaped rib wallboard, and aims to solve the problem that the quality of a product cannot be guaranteed due to unbalanced pressure of the product in a forming cavity in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a molding tool comprises a die body, a soft film, a metal core die and a cover plate, wherein the die body is provided with a flat top panel, the top panel of the die body is provided with a plurality of cap-shaped rib grooves which are parallel to each other, and two ends of each cap-shaped rib groove are connected with clamp spring fixing clamps;

the metal core die is connected in the soft film and penetrates through two ends of the soft film, the soft film and the metal core die can be detachably connected in the cap-shaped rib groove, and the metal core die is in floating connection with the clamp spring fixing clamp;

the cover plate is detachably connected to the top surface of the die body, and the cover plate covers the plurality of cap-shaped rib grooves.

Furthermore, two ends of each cap-shaped rib groove are fixedly connected with a horizontal clamp spring fixing clip and a vertical clamp spring fixing clip, the horizontal clamp spring fixing clip is positioned in the cap-shaped rib groove, and the vertical clamp spring fixing clip is positioned on the outer side of the cap-shaped rib groove;

and the metal core moulds at the two ends of the soft film are respectively connected with the horizontal clamp spring fixing clamp and the vertical clamp spring fixing clamp.

paving an outer skin on a molded surface formed by the mold body and the soft film, and paving a cover plate on the outer skin;

and heating, pressurizing and curing the whole molded surface after the cover plate is paved to form the hat-shaped rib wall plate.

Further, the shape of the outer skin is planar or curved.

A hat-shaped ribbed panel formed by the forming method of any one of the preceding claims.

According to the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention at least has the following effects:

1. according to the forming tool designed by the application, the soft film and the metal core mold are designed in the cap-shaped rib groove, and the volume of the soft film is heated to expand when the cap-shaped rib wall plate is formed, so that the effect of pressurizing the cap-shaped rib is ensured; the metal core mold in the soft film is in floating connection with the clamp spring fixing clamps at two ends, so that the metal core mold can effectively move in the expansion process of the soft film, and pressure balance of a workpiece in the hat-shaped rib groove is guaranteed; the automatic balance of forces in all directions can be realized when the soft die is subjected to thermal expansion due to asymmetry and unequal wall thickness;

2. the clamp spring fixing clamp comprises clamp spring fixing clamps in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, when a hat-shaped rib wallboard is formed, the flexible film expands to drive the metal core mould to move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the two spring fixing clamps can guarantee the movement of the metal core mould in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the freedom degrees of the metal core mould in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are limited, and the pressure balance of the flexible film on an expanded workpiece is guaranteed;

3. according to the method, the cover plate is designed on the die body, and the cover plate can play a role of pressing the outer skin in the forming process of the rib wall plate of the die, so that the integral forming effect of the outer skin and the hat-shaped rib in the forming process is ensured, and the problem that the connecting effect of the hat-shaped rib and the outer skin is poor due to the expansion of a soft film is solved; the cover plate is made of a 2-4mm carbon fiber composite plate, the attaching effect of the cover plate and the outer skin can be guaranteed in the forming process of the hat-shaped rib wallboard, no matter the outer skin is planar or curved, the cover plate can be heated to be deformed into the shape of the outer skin in the forming process, and the pressurizing effect of the outer skin is guaranteed.

In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.

It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention but do not require that the present invention must be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. The invention aims to provide a tool for researching and manufacturing qualified parts such as hat-shaped rib wall plates meeting requirements and a hat-shaped rib wall plate meeting the requirements by aiming at a forming process of the hat-shaped rib wall plate products made of carbon fiber composite materials.

Based on the above purpose, the present application provides a molding tool, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the molding tool includes a mold body 1, a soft film 2, a metal core mold 3 and a cover plate 6, the mold body 1 has a flat top panel, the top panel of the mold body 1 is provided with a plurality of cap-shaped rib grooves parallel to each other, and both ends of each cap-shaped rib groove are connected with a snap spring fixing clip 4; the metal core mold 3 is connected in the soft film 2 and penetrates through two ends of the soft film 2, the soft film 2 and the metal core mold 3 can be detachably connected in the cap-shaped rib groove, and the metal core mold 3 is in floating connection with the clamp spring fixing clamp 4; the cover plate 6 is detachably connected to the top surface of the die body 1, and the cover plate 6 covers the plurality of cap-shaped rib grooves.

According to the forming tool designed by the application, the soft film and the metal core mold are designed in the cap-shaped rib groove, and the volume of the soft film is heated to expand when the cap-shaped rib wall plate is formed, so that the effect of pressurizing the cap-shaped rib is ensured; the metal core mold in the soft film is in floating connection with the clamp spring fixing clamps at two ends, so that the metal core mold can effectively move in the expansion process of the soft film, and pressure balance of a workpiece in the hat-shaped rib groove is guaranteed.

In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the overall structure of the mold body 1 is a square frame-shaped structure, which has a top panel and a plurality of four side panels located at the bottom of the top panel, and the side panels at the front and rear sides are connected with universal lifting rings 7, so as to facilitate the overall lifting and moving of the mold body 1, and facilitate the mold body to be fed into and taken out of the molding equipment during the molding of the rib and wall panel of the mold.

In some embodiments, the shape of the mold body 1 may be other shapes, such as trapezoidal, triangular, etc., so as to provide a flat top surface for forming the hat-shaped ribbed panel.

In some embodiments, universal sling 7 is an M20 size finished part.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the clip spring fixing clip 4 includes a clip spring fixing clip 4 disposed in a horizontal direction at one end of the hat-shaped rib groove and a clip spring fixing clip 4 disposed in a vertical direction at the other end. The clamp spring fixing clamp 4 in the horizontal direction is positioned in the hat-shaped rib groove and used for enabling the metal core mould to move in the horizontal direction. The clamp spring fixing clamp 4 in the vertical direction is arranged on one side of the cap-shaped rib groove and is vertical to the length direction of the cap-shaped rib groove, and the clamp spring fixing clamp is used for enabling the metal core mold to move in the vertical direction.

When the hat-shaped rib wallboard is formed, the flexible membrane expands to drive the metal core mold to move in the horizontal and vertical directions, the two spring fixing clamps can ensure the movement of the metal core mold in the horizontal and vertical directions, the freedom degree of the metal core mold in the horizontal and vertical directions is limited, and the pressure balance of the flexible membrane on an expansion workpiece is ensured.

In some further embodiments, the clamp spring fixing clamp 4 is made of spring steel through cold bending.

In some embodiments, the cover plate 6 is placed on the top surface of the mold body 1 during use, pressing the outer skin 9 over the mold body 1, and maintaining the effect of the outer skin 9 and the cap ribs in combination. After the forming, the cover plate 6 is taken down, so that the formed hat-shaped rib wall plate can be conveniently demoulded.

The cover plate 6 is made of a 3mm carbon fiber laminated plate, the design can guarantee the attaching effect of the cover plate and the outer skin, and the cover plate can be heated to be changed into the shape of the outer skin in the forming process no matter the outer skin is planar or curved, so that the pressurizing effect of the outer skin is guaranteed.

In some embodiments, the mold body 1 is manufactured using a carbon steel weld finishing process.

The soft film 2 is a silicon rubber soft film, and the silicon rubber soft film 2 is molded by silica gel casting.

The metal core mould 3 is manufactured by machining 45# steel.

In some embodiments, in order to manufacture the cap-shaped rib wall plates with different lengths through the one set of formed tool designed by the application, the clamp spring fixing clamp in the horizontal direction is adjusted as follows. The clamp spring fixing clamp 4 in the horizontal direction is designed to be in a form of moving in the hat-shaped rib groove, and can be locked after moving in place, so that the forming of the hat-shaped rib wall plate is completed.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the right end of the hat-shaped rib groove is provided with an installation notch for installing the horizontal clamp spring fixing clamp, the depth of the notch is greater than that of the hat-shaped rib groove, and two side walls in the installation groove are symmetrically and fixedly provided with supporting plates which are used for supporting the forming plate. The jump ring fixation clamp of horizontal direction installs in supporting the inslot, during the use, moves the jump ring fixation clamp of horizontal direction to suitable position and fixed through bolt assembly, places the profiled sheeting in the backup pad, and the top surface of profiled sheeting and the bottom surface in cap shape muscle groove guarantee the quality of shaping cap shape muscle wallboard in same horizontal plane. And the tool is assembled after the forming plate is placed. Further, in order to guarantee the laminating effect of profiled sheeting and cap shape muscle groove, appear the gap between the two when preventing the shaping, can design the clamp plate at the left end of installation notch, the left end of profiled sheeting is pushed down to the clamp plate, makes the right-hand member of profiled sheeting and the bottom surface in cap shape muscle groove paste tightly, guarantees cap shape muscle wallboard shaping quality.

Based on the tooling in the embodiments, the application also provides a forming method of the hat-shaped rib wall plate, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, laying carbon fiber prepreg for forming cap-shaped ribs 8 in cap-shaped rib grooves of a mold body 1; the thickness of carbon fiber prepreg is set as required, and the laying range of the carbon fiber prepreg is adhered to the side wall of the hat-shaped rib groove, so that the connection effect with the outer skin 9 in the subsequent forming process is ensured.

And 2, placing a combined body of the soft film 2 and the metal core mold 3 on the carbon fiber prepreg, and enabling the metal core mold 3 and the clamp spring fixing clamp 4 to be in floating connection.

And 3, paving an outer skin 9 on the molded surface formed by the mold body 1 and the soft film 2, and paving a cover plate 6 on the outer skin 9.

And 4, heating, pressurizing and curing the whole molded surface after the cover plate 6 is paved to form the hat-shaped rib wall plate, and demoulding to take out the formed hat-shaped rib wall plate after the forming is finished.

The molding method of the present application is specifically described below in conjunction with the molding tool: firstly, carbon fiber prepreg is paved in a hat-shaped rib groove of a die body 1, a bag is made and vacuum pre-compacted after paving and pasting of hat-shaped ribs 8, then a combination body of a silicon rubber soft die 2 and a metal core die 3 is placed in the rib groove, two ends of the metal core die 3 are respectively clamped into horizontally and vertically arranged clamp spring fixing clamps 4 for fixing, the clamp spring fixing clamps 4 are installed and fixed with the die body 1 through screws 5, the clamp spring fixing clamps 4 are clamp springs with a butterfly structure, the clamp springs can elastically deform and can provide certain clamping force, an outer skin 9 is integrally paved on a molded surface formed by the hat-shaped ribs 8, the die body 1 and the silicon rubber soft die 2, after paving and pasting of the outer skin 9, a cover plate 6 is covered and then vacuum bag is made, the bag is placed into a tank and heated and pressurized for curing according to a curing system, the silicon rubber soft die 2 in a closed cavity formed by the hat-shaped ribs 8 and the outer skin 9 rapidly expands due to heating so as to apply certain internal tension and pressurization to the product in the curing process, meanwhile, when the thermal expansion force of the silicon rubber soft mold 2 on the metal core mold 3 is larger than the clamping force of the clamp spring fixing clamp 4, the metal core mold 3 can move the pressure in the rib groove in a certain range, and the floating type soft mold cannot be affected by the positioning limitation of the metal core mold 3 and the structure, the wall thickness and the like of the silicon rubber soft mold 2 to cause uneven pressure of a workpiece to generate defects, so that the qualified workpiece of the hat-shaped rib wallboard meeting the requirements is manufactured.

The invention also provides a hat-shaped ribbed wallboard which is manufactured by the forming tool and the forming method as shown in the figures 1 and 2. The hat-shaped rib wallboard manufactured by the method has high quality, uniform compression and long service life.

In conclusion, the forming tool, the forming method and the cap-shaped rib wallboard provided by the application ensure the forming quality of the reinforced wallboard products, solve the problems that the closed cavity products are difficult to press and the demoulding is difficult after forming in the forming process of the cap-shaped rib wallboard, are convenient and fast in process operation, have stable production capacity, and are small in mould manufacturing difficulty, short in period, low in cost, economical and practical.
