The invention relates to connecting wire fixing, in particular to a circuit board, a lamp and a manufacturing method.

Background

At present, in the electrical connection between the connection line and the circuit board, soldering is generally used. The disadvantages of this connection are:

1. the connection efficiency is low; the connecting wire is required to be preliminarily fixed on the circuit board, for example, the connecting wire is pressed to a welding position by using tweezers and then is finally fixed in a welding mode;

2. the reliability is poor; the connecting wire is fixed on the circuit board in a welding mode, so that the probability of insufficient welding is high, and the reliability of connection is reduced;

3. the requirement on operators or equipment is high; the connecting wires are required to be accurately pressed to the welding positions and then welded and fixed, so that the vision and the operation accuracy of operators are required to be high, and a novice needs long-time training and practical training to meet the requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the circuit board which is high in fixing efficiency, good in reliability and low in requirement on operators.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The invention also aims to provide a lamp using the circuit board, and the aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a lamp comprising a light emitting element and a lamp cap; the lamp further comprises:

the driving board comprises a circuit board and a driving element, the circuit board adopts the circuit board, and the driving element is arranged on the circuit board and is connected with the electric connection unit;

one end of the first electric connection wire is connected with the light-emitting piece, and the other end of the first electric connection wire penetrates through the gap or the through hole and is clamped in the gap between the clamping parts;

and one end of the second electric connecting wire is connected with the driving board, and the other end of the second electric connecting wire is connected with the lamp holder.

The invention also aims to provide a manufacturing method of the lamp with simple process, high production efficiency and high yield, and the invention aims to be realized by the following technical scheme:

according to the above lamp manufacturing method, the manufacturing method includes a driving board mounting step including:

pulling the first electrical connection wire so that it passes through the notch or through hole:

the first electric connection wire positioned on the upper side of the through hole or the notch penetrates through the surrounding area of the guide part and is clamped in the gap between the clamping parts.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the fixing efficiency is high;

the design that the outer width and the inner width of the distance between the larger gap (through hole) and the guide part are smaller enables the first electric connecting wire to be very accurately and easily positioned in the larger gap (pass through the through hole), and then easily and accurately enter and pass through the area between the guide parts, so that the first electric connecting wire is accurately and quickly guided into the narrower gap, the whole process does not need to specially align the narrower gap, the fixing efficiency is obviously improved, and the fixing is accurate and reliable;

2. the reliability is good;

due to the design of the gap of the clamping part, the first electric connecting wire is firmly clamped in the gap, so that the fixing reliability of the first electric connecting wire is improved, and the yield of lamp production is improved; meanwhile, the connection stability of the driving plate and the shell is improved;

the concave design at the upper end of the clamping part effectively prevents the first electric connecting wire clamped in the gap from moving, prevents the first electric connecting wire from separating from the gap, improves the fixing reliability of the first electric connecting wire, and also improves the yield of lamp production;

the design of the bearing part not only firmly bears the luminous part (in the shell) but also bears the driving plate, so that the driving plate is prevented from loosening;

3. the requirement on operators or equipment is low;

for operators or equipment, the first electric connection wire is firstly positioned in the larger gap (penetrates through the through hole), then the design that the outer part of the guide part is wide and the inner part of the guide part is narrow is utilized, the first electric connection wire penetrates through the area between the guide parts and is finally pulled into the gap, so that the fixing work of the first electric connection wire is very simple and quick, the requirements on the operators or the equipment are remarkably reduced, and the operators or the equipment can be used for post work without special training.
