The control device according to claim 3, wherein the derivation unit derives the first geographical area including the object.

The control device according to claim 3, wherein the derivation unit derives the first geographical area not including the object.

The control device according to claim 3, comprising a third acquisition unit that acquires a geographical position of the imaging device and an imaging direction of the imaging device at the geographical position,

the control unit controls the moving object or the imaging device according to a geographical position of the imaging device and the imaging direction with respect to the geographical position of the imaging device so as to prevent the imaging device from capturing the object in the first geographical area or to prevent an image including the object captured by the imaging device in the first geographical area from being stored.

The control device according to claim 1, wherein the control unit controls the mobile body so that the mobile body cannot intrude into the first geographical area.

The control device according to claim 1, wherein when the image pickup device includes a zoom function, the control section controls the image pickup device to limit a range of zoom magnifications available on the image pickup device located within the first geographical area.

The control device according to claim 1, wherein when the resolution of the imaging device mounted on the mobile body is changed, the first acquisition unit further acquires second resolution information indicating the changed resolution of the imaging device, and the derivation unit derives a second geographic region based on the second resolution information,

the control unit controls the moving object or the imaging device to prevent the imaging device from capturing images in the second geographic area or to prevent images captured by the imaging device from being stored in the second geographic area.

The control device according to claim 9, wherein the first acquiring unit acquires, when the image pickup device includes a zoom function, a first zoom magnification of a lens portion included in the image pickup device as the first resolution information, and the first acquiring unit acquires, when the first zoom magnification becomes a second zoom magnification, the second zoom magnification as the second resolution information, the deriving unit derives the first geographic area based on the first zoom magnification, and derives the second geographic area based on the second zoom magnification.

A mobile body comprising the control device according to any one of claims 1 to 10 and the imaging device, and moving.

A control method, characterized in that it comprises: a step of acquiring first resolution information showing a resolution of an imaging device mounted on a mobile body; a phase of deriving a first geographical area from said first resolution information; and controlling the mobile body or the camera device to prevent the camera device from shooting in the first geographical area or storing the image shot by the camera device in the first geographical area.

A program for causing a computer to function as the control device according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
