The rice dumplings are food which is bound to be eaten in the morning festival in China, are obvious in seasonality and large in short-time demand, but commercial rice dumplings are still fully manually wrapped in most of the areas at present, however, with the development of the times, the manual wrapping of the rice dumplings cannot keep up with the productivity level, the production efficiency is low, and the labor cost is high.

In view of the above, in order to overcome the above drawbacks, it is an urgent need in the art to provide a rice dumpling wrapping machine based on PLC control.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rice dumpling making machine based on PLC control, which improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor cost.

The rotating mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 1, a motor 2 for driving the rotating shaft 1 to rotate and four mounting plates 3 arranged on the rotating shaft 1, wherein a conical funnel 4 for placing rice dumplings is arranged on each mounting plate 3; the four mounting plates 3 are horizontally arranged, one ends of the four mounting plates are arranged at the top of the rotating shaft 1, the other ends of the four mounting plates extend outwards, and the adjacent mounting plates 3 are vertical; the motor 2 is electrically connected with the PLC8, the motor 2 is a synchronous motor, and the revolution of the main shaft of the motor 2 is 3 r/min; the bottom of the cone-shaped funnel 4 is provided with an electronic scale 9 electrically connected with a PLC 8.

STEP 4: the valve 7 of the third filling barrel 603 is opened → 25 g of glutinous rice is filled → the valve 7 of the third filling barrel 603 is closed → the rotating shaft rotates 90 degrees;

STEP 5: the push rod extends out to cover the reed leaves → the cam extends out to be compacted → the wire block is twined and knotted.

In another embodiment, the size and weight of the filling are difficult to control, when the size and weight of the filling do not make an accurate requirement, only the total weight of the rice dumpling is regulated, when the last upper layer of glutinous rice is filled in the third filling barrel 603, the total weight of the rice dumpling is weighed by using the electronic scale 9, and the amount of the upper layer of glutinous rice is controlled, so that the total mass of each rice dumpling is ensured to be within an error allowable range.
