1. A sweeping and washing assembly for a sweeping robot, comprising:

A sweeping assembly 200 for a sweeping robot in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the sweeping assembly 200 for a sweeping robot includes: a sweeping module 5 and a water spraying module 6.

Specifically, the sweeping module 5 includes: the protective cover 51 and the cleaning device 52, the bottom of the protective cover 51 is open, the cleaning device 52 is positioned inside the protective cover 51, the cleaning device 52 is suitable for being exposed from the protective cover 51 to clean the base garbage, therefore, the protective cover 51 can prevent the cleaning device 52 from impacting other objects by arranging the cleaning device 52 inside the protective cover 51, and the cleaning device 52 can better perform cleaning operation. Further, the cleaning device 52 installed inside the protection cover 51 can be exposed from the opening, and the exposed portion of the cleaning device 52 can be in good contact with the base surface, thereby better cleaning the base surface.

The water spraying module 6 comprises at least one atomizing nozzle 61, the atomizing nozzle 61 is arranged outside the protective cover 51, and the atomizing nozzle 61 is suitable for spraying water towards the inside of the protective cover 51, that is, the atomizing nozzle 61 can be provided with one or more than one, and the plurality refers to two or more than two, and the spraying efficiency of water can be improved by arranging the plurality of atomizing nozzles 61. Through installing atomizing nozzle 61 in the outside of protection casing 51 for atomizing nozzle 61 increases apart from the distance on ground, thereby has increased atomizing nozzle 61's the area of spraying, then under the condition of spraying the same area, can reduce atomizing nozzle 61's use quantity, thereby saves the cost. In addition, the sweeping and washing assembly 200 for a sweeping robot of the present invention sprays water toward a base surface using the atomizing nozzle 61, not only saving water resources, but also improving spraying effect.

Through the inside water spray setting with atomizing nozzle 61 towards protection casing 51, can make from atomizing nozzle 61 spun water be blocked by protection casing 51, can prevent to be corroded by water on other parts of cleaning robot, avoided cleaning robot electrical short circuit to improve cleaning robot's security, simultaneously, after cleaning robot stops the operation, also can prevent to clean the water drippage on other parts of robot to ground, thereby the effect of the basal plane that cleans of cleaning robot is influenced.

Therefore, according to the sweeping and washing assembly 200 for the cleaning robot in the embodiment of the present invention, the atomizing nozzle 61 is installed outside the protective cover 51, so that the distance from the atomizing nozzle 61 to the ground is relatively large, the spraying area of the atomizing nozzle 61 can be increased, the number of the atomizing nozzles 61 used can be reduced, the cost can be saved, the spraying is more uniform, the spraying effect can be improved, and water resources can be saved. Through the arrangement of spraying water towards the inside of the protective cover 51 by the atomizing nozzle 61, the protective cover 51 can limit the area where the atomizing nozzle 61 sprays water, can prevent other parts of the cleaning robot from being corroded by water, avoids the electrical short circuit of the cleaning robot, improves the safety of the cleaning robot, and can prevent water on other parts of the cleaning robot from dropping to the ground after the cleaning robot stops working, thereby influencing the effect of cleaning the base surface of the cleaning robot.

In some embodiments of the present invention, sweeping device 52 comprises: the rolling brush 521 and the mounting frame, the rolling brush 521 is suitable for cleaning garbage on a base surface, and in the projection of a horizontal plane, the atomizing nozzle 61 is located at the front end of the rolling brush 521, that is, when the atomizing nozzle 61 and the rolling brush 521 are projected on a plane formed by a straight line in the up-down direction and a straight line in the front-back direction shown in fig. 1, the atomizing nozzle 61 is located at the front end of the rolling brush 521, so that the atomizing nozzle 61 sprays water on the base surface first, and after the atomizing nozzle 61 sprays water, the rolling brush 521 cleans the base surface, thereby not only improving the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 521 on the base surface, but also preventing the rolling brush 521 from generating dust when cleaning the base surface, and improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 52.

The rolling brush 521 and the protection cover 51 are adapted to be mounted on the mounting frame, that is, the rolling brush 521 may be disposed on the mounting frame, and the protection cover 51 may also be mounted on the mounting frame, so that the rolling brush 521 is disposed on the mounting frame, the base surface can be cleaned more stably by the rolling brush 521, the phenomenon that the rolling brush 521 is twisted or bent does not occur, and the protection cover 51 can be more stable by mounting the protection cover 51 on the mounting frame, so that the cleaning device 52 can perform the cleaning operation more stably.

Optionally, the protective cover 51 has a fitting hole, the atomizing nozzle 61 is adapted to be fitted with the fitting hole to spray water toward the inside of the protective cover 51, that is, the protective cover 51 may have a fitting hole, after the atomizing nozzle 61 is fitted with the fitting hole, the atomizing nozzle 61 may spray water toward the inside of the protective cover 51 from the fitting hole, the area where the atomizing nozzle 61 sprays water may be limited by the protective cover 51, so that the sprayed water may not splash onto other parts of the cleaning robot, thereby avoiding electrical short circuit of the robot, and water may drop on the ground after the cleaning robot stops working, thereby affecting the cleaning effect of the cleaning robot.

In one example, one or more matching openings may be provided in the protective cover 51, where a plurality of matching openings refers to two or more, the atomizing nozzles 61 are matched with the matching openings one by one, that is, one atomizing nozzle 61 may be installed in cooperation with one matching opening, and by providing a plurality of matching openings and a plurality of atomizing nozzles 61 to work in cooperation, not only the sprinkling efficiency may be improved, but also water may be sprinkled more uniformly on the base surface, thereby facilitating the cleaning operation of the cleaning device 52.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the sweeping and washing assembly 200 for the sweeping robot further comprises a nozzle mount 7, and the nozzle mount 7 is adapted to mount the atomizing nozzle 61 on the guard 51, so that the atomizing nozzle 61 is mounted on the guard 51 through the nozzle mount 7, and the atomizing nozzle 61 can be more firmly coupled with the guard 51, thereby enabling the atomizing nozzle 61 to perform a better spraying operation.

Alternatively, the nozzle mount 7 may include: the fixing portion 71 and the mounting portion 72, the fixing portion 71 may be formed in a circular ring shape, and the fixing portion 71 is adapted to be matched with the protection mask 51, that is, a projection of the fixing portion 71 on a plane perpendicular to a straight line in the up-down direction and a straight line in the front-back direction shown in fig. 1 may be in a circular ring shape, so that the fixing portion 71 may be well connected with the protection mask 51, so that the nozzle mount 7 is more firmly mounted on the protection mask 51.

The mounting portion 72 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, and the upper end surface of the mounting portion 72 has a mounting hole adapted to be fitted with the atomizing nozzle 61, whereby the atomizing nozzle 61 can be well fitted with the mounting portion 72 through the mounting hole, so that the water sprayed from the atomizing nozzle 61 can be well introduced into the mounting portion 72 and then into the shield 51 through the mounting hole.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the water spraying module 6 further includes a water supply pipe 62, the water supply pipe 62 includes a water inlet 621 and at least one water outlet 622, the atomizing nozzle 61 is adapted to be fitted at the water outlet 622 of the water supply pipe 62, that is, one or more water outlets 622 of the water supply pipe 62 may be provided, where a plurality refers to two or more, by fitting the atomizing nozzle 61 with the water outlet 622 of the water supply pipe 62, water of the water supply pipe 62 can better enter into the atomizing nozzle 61 from the water outlet 622, so that water can be better sprayed out from the atomizing nozzle 61, further, the water outlets 622 and the atomizing nozzles 61 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, that is, one water outlet 622 is connected with one atomizing nozzle 61, so that not only the atomizing nozzle 61 is conveniently connected with the water outlet 622, but also a simplified structure can be installed, by correspondingly connecting a plurality of water outlets 622 with a plurality of atomizing nozzles, the efficiency of spraying can be improved.

Alternatively, the atomizing nozzle 61 is detachably connected to the water supply pipe 62, and thus, by detachably connecting the atomizing nozzle 61 to the water supply pipe 62, it is possible to conveniently replace not only the damaged atomizing nozzle 61 but also the water supply pipe 62, thereby making the sweeping assembly 200 of the sweeping robot highly practical.

Alternatively, the water supply pipe 62 includes: a water inlet section 623, a water delivery section 624 and a water outlet section 625.

Specifically, the water inlet section 623 extends in the up-down direction, the water inlet 621 is located at the upper end of the water inlet section 623, the water feeding section 624 extends in the horizontal direction, the water feeding section 624 is located at the lower end of the water inlet section 623 and is communicated with the water inlet section 623, the water outlet section 625 extends in the up-down direction, the water outlet section 625 is located at the lower end of the water feeding section 624 and is communicated with the water feeding section 624, at least one water outlet section 625 is arranged, and the water outlet 622 is located at the lower end of the water outlet section 625.

In some examples, the water tank is filled with water and is supplied to the water spraying module 6 for spraying, and the water tank is arranged on the cleaning robot, so that the water tank can move along with the cleaning robot, the water tank conveniently supplies water to the water spraying module 6, and the cleaning robot conveniently performs cleaning operation.

According to the cleaning robot provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the cleaning assembly 200 for the cleaning robot of the embodiment, not only can water resources be saved, but also the cleaning robot can uniformly spray water on a base surface, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning robot is improved.

Alternatively, the cleaning robot may be a floor washing machine or a sweeping machine, and it is understood that the cleaning robot is not only a floor washing machine or a sweeping machine, but also other intelligent robots for performing water spraying cleaning work, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.

Other configurations and operations of the cleaning robot according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
