The invention aims to provide a double-soldering-iron device of a cigarette making machine with a soldering iron correcting function, which can be used for solving the defects in the prior art, quickly correcting soldering irons, improving the correcting efficiency and ensuring the accurate operation of equipment.

The soldering iron correction method is explained in detail with reference to this embodiment:

then loosening a cylinder rod limiting nut 21 on the cylinder 20, placing a level gauge on the upper surface of the mounting bracket 3, adjusting the rotary height adjusting bolt 16 to enable the mounting bracket 3 to be in a horizontal state, then screwing the limiting nut 17 and the cylinder rod limiting nut 21, and verifying the horizontal condition of the mounting bracket 3;

then, the two soldering irons 5 are in a falling state, the first adjusting screw 4 and the second adjusting screw 9 are loosened, the mounting support 3 is slightly moved by utilizing the mounting hole gap between the mounting support 3 and the support 8, the working surfaces of the two soldering irons 5 smoothly fall into a soldering iron position correction groove 15 with the width of 4.05mm and the depth of 2mm, the first adjusting screw 4 and the second adjusting screw 9 are screwed, the mounting support 3 is manually lifted up and put down, and whether the working surfaces of the two soldering irons 5 smoothly fall into the soldering iron position correction groove 15 is checked and verified.

Then, the lock nut 24 of the up-down position adjusting stud 23 of the soldering iron 5 is loosened, the gap between the working surface of the soldering iron 5 and the lower surface of the soldering iron position correcting groove 15 in the length direction is adjusted to 0, and the lock nut 24 is tightened to verify whether the gap is 0. The 0 gap strongly ensures that the soldering iron 'light hanger' is pressed down on the cigarette strip hasp sealing surface.

And finally, manually lifting the mounting bracket 3, taking out the soldering iron position correcting plate 12, mounting and fastening the side plate 11 of the cigarette gun, putting a cloth tape into the cigarette strip accommodating groove 6, tensioning, opening the control valve of the air cylinder 20, and enabling the equipment to be in a ready state.
