The invention relates to agricultural and animal husbandry equipment, in particular to an agricultural light electric bale inserting and loading vehicle.

Background

The annual output of yellow corn straws in Zhangye city is about 100 ten thousand, 2 modes of cellaring ensilage and field smashing, picking and bundling are mainly used for harvesting, at present, the whole process of ensilage production operation is basically mechanized, but for the bales scattered in the field after picking and bundling, the carrying and loading work is generally finished manually because of no light and proper special machinery. If a common gasoline or diesel forklift is adopted, the forklift is heavy in weight, easy to sink into field soil, high in operation cost, difficult to drive by common growers and the like, and is not suitable for carrying and loading scattered straw bales in fields, so that a light straw bale inserting and loading vehicle is urgently needed in actual production to meet the actual needs of whole-process mechanization and straw commercialization operation of seed production corn.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electric-driven machine integrating carrying and lifting functions for grass bales scattered in the field, so that manpower is liberated, and efficiency is improved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the working mechanism of the invention is reasonably arranged on the chassis of the ordinary electric four-wheel vehicle on the basis of the chassis of the ordinary electric four-wheel vehicle, a driving device, a steering gear and other mechanisms, so as to realize the insertion, lifting, loading and unloading of the bales; and a photovoltaic power generation and storage device is installed, so that the electric power required by operation is ensured, and clean production is realized.

The operating mechanism can realize the function of inserting and lifting the bales and mainly comprises three parts: firstly, a main lifting component; second, the auxiliary lifting part; and thirdly, a photovoltaic power generation energy storage device. The inserting pins 10 finish the inserting task of the bales and are made of common structural steel; the main lifting part is used for lifting the bales within the height of 2 meters, the main motor 1 is fixed during working, and the main lifting part is driven to lift and lower by the main motor 1; the auxiliary lifting part is also driven by the auxiliary motor 3 to realize lifting and lowering, but the auxiliary motor 3 and the auxiliary lifting part synchronously move up and down, when the main lifting part and the auxiliary lifting part work simultaneously, the working strokes of the pin inserting plate 16 and the pin inserting 10 are overlapped, and the lifting action of the bale within the height of 3.5 meters can be completed; the photovoltaic power generation and charging device can always keep working state no matter the bale plug-in vehicle is parked or operated (see figure 1).

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The invention is divided into three parts, namely a main lifting part; second, the auxiliary lifting part; and thirdly, a photovoltaic power generation energy storage device. The working process of the main lifting part comprises the following steps: the main motor 2 is fixed on the mounting frame 1, when the main motor 2 is started, the main screw rod 6 is driven to rotate through the main transmission assembly 13, and the main screw 12, the bent plate 14 and the like matched with the main screw rod drive the side plates 9 and the contact pins 10 to start to move up and down, so that the inserting and lifting functions of the bales are realized; the auxiliary lifting component: all parts of the auxiliary lifting part are respectively fixedly connected with a sleeve 5 and a side plate 9 in the main lifting part, when the auxiliary motor 2 is started, the auxiliary screw rod 11 is driven to rotate through the auxiliary transmission assembly 7, and the auxiliary screw nut 15 and the needle inserting plate 16 which are matched with the auxiliary screw rod move up and down along the V-shaped track 8 (1 pair), so that the inserting and lifting functions of the bale are realized; the working process of the photovoltaic power generation energy storage device is as follows: the photovoltaic power generation and charging device can always keep working state no matter the bale plug-in mounting vehicle is parked or operated.
