Technical Field

Background

With the development of industrialization, the demand of non-road vehicles is increasing, the performance requirements of people on the non-road vehicles are also increasing, and the application of the gearbox gear presetting function in the non-road vehicles is also increasing.

The existing non-road vehicles such as large-scale bulldozers need to shift from the first forward gear to the neutral gear and then from the neutral gear to the second backward gear, which wastes much gear shifting time and is inconvenient to operate.

When the existing non-road vehicle works, more gear shifting time is wasted during gear shifting.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to at least solve the problem that a lot of gear shifting time is wasted when the existing non-road vehicle shifts gears during operation. The purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:

and S2, controlling the electromagnetic valve in the gearbox to be adjusted according to the preset state according to the neutral state of the gearbox.

The gearbox is in a neutral state, after a preset gear is determined, the controller can control the electromagnetic valve of the corresponding gear to act in advance, and when gear engaging traveling is actually carried out, gear shifting time can be saved.

In some embodiments of the invention, controlling the gear of the gearbox to adjust according to the preset state comprises:

calculating a pressure value preset in a gear;

controlling a preset current value to be conducted to an electromagnetic valve in the gearbox according to a preset pressure value of a calculated gear, so that the electromagnetic valve is preset for oil filling, and the current pressure value in the gearbox reaches the preset pressure value;

and then engaging gears, and engaging the gears at the preset gears.

As shown in fig. 2, the preset pressure values are that the preset current is 350mA and the pressure is 3 bar.

When the gear 1 is shifted from the neutral gear, the current is always maintained at 350mA and the pressure is always about 3bar because the gear 1 is pre-filled with oil, and the gear 1 clutch can be directly shifted without pre-filling oil.

In some embodiments of the present invention, controlling the solenoid valve in the transmission to adjust to a predetermined state based on the transmission being in the neutral state comprises:

presetting a forward gear and a backward gear which are 1 gears, and controlling an electromagnetic valve corresponding to the 1 gear of the gearbox to adjust according to a preset state according to the condition that the gearbox is in a neutral state; namely, a forward 1 gear and a backward 1 gear are preset, the current of the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the 1 gear is controlled to be 350mA, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil of the 1 gear is 3 bar.

And presetting forward gears and backward gears as 2 gears, and controlling the electromagnetic valve of the gearbox corresponding to the 2 gears to adjust according to the preset state according to the condition that the gearbox is in a neutral state. Namely, a forward 2 gear and a backward 2 gear are preset, the current of the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the 2 gear is controlled to be 350mA, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil of the 2 gear is 3 bar.

In some embodiments of the present invention, controlling the solenoid valve in the transmission to adjust to a predetermined state based on the transmission being in the neutral state comprises:

and controlling the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the 1 gear of the gearbox to adjust according to a preset state according to the condition that the gearbox is in a neutral position and the previous gear is a reverse gear and is different from the preset reverse 2 gear by one pole.

The method comprises the steps of presetting a forward 1 gear and a backward 2 gear, controlling the current of an electromagnetic valve corresponding to the 2 gear to be 350mA according to the condition that a gearbox is in a neutral position and the previous gear is the forward gear, and enabling the pressure of hydraulic oil of the 2 gear to be 3 bar. And controlling the current of the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the 1 gear to be 350mA according to the condition that the gearbox is in a neutral position and the previous gear is a reverse gear, so that the pressure of the hydraulic oil of the 1 gear is 3 bar.

In some embodiments of the present invention, controlling the solenoid valve in the transmission to adjust according to the preset state further includes:

and controlling the gear of the gearbox to be adjusted according to the common state when the gearbox is not in the neutral state.

In any gear mode, as long as the gearbox is not in a neutral position, the common state adjustment is carried out, the clutch control current is 0, the pressure is 1bar, oil filling operation is required to be carried out firstly, and normal gear increasing and reducing operation can be carried out only when the pressure reaches about 3 bar.

In some embodiments of the invention, monitoring a current state of a gear of a gearbox in a vehicle further comprises:

In some embodiments of the invention, the transmission control unit further comprises:

the calculating unit 2 is used for calculating a pressure value preset by a gear;

According to the control method of the vehicle gearbox, the control logic based on the preset gear is added into a control system of the gearbox, when the controller is powered on, a driver can select the preset gear through the switch, after the preset gear is determined, the controller can control the electromagnetic valve of the corresponding gear to act in advance and fill hydraulic oil in advance, so that the preset gear can be filled with oil in advance when the vehicle enters a neutral position every time, the next gear shifting can be ensured to respond quickly, and the starting gear can be determined according to requirements.

In conclusion, in the control method of the vehicle gearbox, the gearbox is in a neutral state, after the preset gear is determined, the controller can control the electromagnetic valve of the corresponding gear to act in advance, when the actual gear-engaging traveling is carried out, the gear-shifting time can be saved, and meanwhile, the requirements of a driver for starting in different gears are met.
