collecting and detecting images of the reacted blood type card, wherein the blood type card comprises an A hole area for detecting A blood type, a B hole area for detecting B blood type and a D hole area for detecting RhD blood type; correspondingly, the detection image comprises an A area image, a B area image and a D area image;

respectively cutting the A-area image, the B-area image and the D-area image into m small blocks;

carrying out color spot identification on the m small blocks, marking the small blocks with color spots as color patches, and counting the number n of the color patches;

calculating the proportion p of the number n of the color patches in the m small blocks, performing threshold processing on the proportion p, and judging that a detection sample corresponding to the hole A region or the hole B region or the hole D region is positive when the proportion p is greater than or equal to a preset threshold; and when the ratio p is smaller than a preset threshold value, judging that the detection sample corresponding to the hole A region or the hole B region or the hole D region is negative.
