The invention takes a line bridge device 4 with all incoming lines and outgoing lines intersected as an intermediate bridge, and one end of the line bridge device uses a female plug as an incoming line terminal connected with a test cable. The other end of the wire bridge device 4 is divided into a plurality of terminal row plugs and a female plug as a wire outlet end. When the device is used, the high level and the low level of a test cable are respectively connected into two incoming line female plugs of the device, according to the actual situation on site, if part of terminal row holes of switch equipment cannot be plugged in, an outgoing line terminal row plug 2 is needed, and the terminal row plug 2 is respectively connected with the high level and the low level of the switch equipment according to the high level and the low level of an incoming line end; if the handcart type breaker switch test is carried out, the outgoing line female plugs are respectively inserted into corresponding terminals, which are used for giving switching-off and switching-on signals, in the aviation plug, so that the tests of action voltage, mechanical characteristics and the like can be successfully and safely completed.
