1. A reversible and collapsible wheelchair comprising:

the chair comprises a framework, a chair body and a chair back, wherein the framework comprises an upper support rod, and two ends of the upper support rod are connected with the chair back; the upper mounting frames are mounted on two sides of the chair back and support the chair seat; a lower support rod connected with the upper support rod through a turnover mechanism, wherein two ends of the lower support rod are connected with a rear chair wheel; the lower mounting frame is connected with the lower support rod in an extending mode, a front chair wheel is mounted on the lower mounting frame, and the lower mounting frame is connected with the rear chair wheel through a hinge frame and is connected to the upper mounting frame;

an upper armrest frame pivoted to the chair back;

a lower armrest frame pivoted to the seat and movably supporting the upper armrest frame;

the telescopic rod is sleeved in the upper armrest frame in a telescopic manner and is provided with a control handle; and

and the battery box is arranged on the lower mounting frame.

The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism comprises an upper pivot arm fixed to two ends of the upper stay, one end of the upper pivot arm is pivotally connected to the lower pivot arm of the lower stay, the other end of the upper pivot arm is provided with an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is movably pressed against a support part of the lower pivot arm, the support part is adhered with a rubber pad, the upper end of the adjusting bolt is limited and pressed against by a nut, and the lower end of the adjusting bolt is sleeved with a compression spring.

The wheelchair of claim 1 wherein an automatic locking mechanism is disposed between the upper and lower struts, the automatic locking mechanism comprising a locking block fixed at the center of the upper strut and a corresponding locking seat mounted on the lower strut; the buckling block is pressed against the lower support rod by the radian of the upper end and is provided with a buckling groove facing the buckling seat; the buckling seat comprises guide post sleeves arranged on the lower support rod at intervals, and the guide post sleeves are provided with opposite sliding grooves; pull rods respectively penetrating through the guide post sleeves, wherein the outer ends of the pull rods positioned on the guide post sleeves are connected through pull pieces, and the inner ends of the pull rods are connected through buckling rods corresponding to the buckling grooves; the spring is sleeved on the pull rod and positioned in the guide post sleeve; the pull piece is pulled to drive the pull rod to stretch the spring, so that the buckling rod is buckled with or separated from the buckling groove; when the buckling rod is buckled with the buckling groove, the adjusting bolt presses against the supporting part of the lower pivot arm.

4. The wheelchair of claim 1 wherein the upper frame has a bent portion that is bent from the underside of the seat to the rear of the seat, the bent portion being connected by a cross bar that is pivotally connected to the back by a sleeved connection.

5. The reversible and collapsible wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lower mounting frame is further provided at a front end thereof with a pedal.

The reversible and foldable wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle section of the upper armrest frame has a positioning column extending downwards, and the side of the positioning column has a positioning groove; the front end of the lower armrest frame is provided with a support handle which supports the upper armrest frame, the support handle is hollow and is provided with a guide column groove in which the positioning column is inserted, and the side surface of the support handle is provided with an adjusting rotating pin for movably locking the positioning groove.

The reversible and collapsible wheelchair as claimed in claim 6, wherein said adjustment pivot pin comprises a disk portion exposed at a side of said holder; a dial part extending to the upper end of the disc part; and a pin column part eccentrically arranged on the disc part and capable of being embedded in the positioning groove.

8. The wheelchair of claim 6 wherein the upper frame is glued to the skin pad.

9. The wheelchair of claim 1 wherein the extendable rod has a plurality of limiting holes, and the upper armrest frame has a limiting pin inserted into the limiting holes.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of wheelchairs, and particularly relates to a wheelchair capable of being folded in a turnover mode.

Background

Wheelchairs sold in the current market are divided into manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs, the electric wheelchairs are also divided into fixed or folding wheelchairs, and the folding wheelchairs can be conveniently stored and are increasingly popular in the market. However, the existing folding wheelchair is lack of armrests and needs to be additionally detached when being unfolded for use, and is mostly fastened by bolts, so that the installation is troublesome. In addition, the electric wheelchair is lack of an automatic lock catch when being unfolded for use, and in order to prevent the folding and the recovery from deformation, the parts are in interference fit during design, the friction is increased, the use is very troublesome, and the electric wheelchair which is more applicable and has multiple functions is lacked.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the technical problem that the present application is to solve is to provide a foldable wheelchair with a turnover mechanism, in which a frame is used to connect a seat, a wheel and a backrest, and the turnover mechanism and an automatic locking mechanism are used to fold and self-lock the wheelchair, so as to avoid the trouble of single function of the conventional electric wheelchair.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a turnover foldable wheelchair which comprises a framework, wherein the framework comprises an upper support rod, and two ends of the upper support rod are connected with a chair back; the upper mounting frames are mounted on two sides of the chair back and support the chair seat; a lower support rod connected with the upper support rod through a turnover mechanism, and two ends of the lower support rod are connected with the rear chair wheel; the lower mounting frame is connected with the lower support rod in an extending way, the lower mounting frame is provided with a front chair wheel and is connected with a rear chair wheel through a hinge frame and is connected with the upper mounting frame; an upper armrest frame pivoted on the chair back; a lower armrest frame pivoted to the seat and movably supporting the upper armrest frame; the telescopic rod is sleeved in the upper armrest frame in a telescopic way and is provided with a control handle; and a battery case mounted on the lower mounting frame.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the turnover mechanism includes an upper pivot arm fixed to two ends of the upper support rod, one end of the upper pivot arm is pivotally connected to the lower pivot arm of the lower support rod, the other end of the upper pivot arm is inserted through an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt actively presses against a support portion of the lower pivot arm, the support portion is adhered to a rubber pad, an upper end of the adjusting bolt is limited by a nut and pressed against the upper end, and a lower end of the adjusting bolt is sleeved with a compression spring.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic locking mechanism is further disposed between the upper support rod and the lower support rod, and the automatic locking mechanism includes a locking block fixed at the center of the upper support rod and a corresponding locking seat mounted on the lower support rod; wherein the buckling block is pressed against the lower stay bar by the radian of the upper end and is provided with a buckling groove facing the buckling seat; the buckling seat comprises guide post sleeves arranged on the lower supporting rods at intervals, and the guide post sleeves are provided with opposite sliding grooves; the pull rods are respectively arranged in the guide post sleeves in a penetrating way, the outer ends of the pull rods positioned in the guide post sleeves are connected through pull pieces, and the inner ends of the pull rods are connected through buckling rods corresponding to the buckling grooves; and a spring sleeved on the pull rod and positioned in the guide post sleeve; wherein, the pull piece is pulled to drive the pull rod expansion spring, so that the buckling rod is buckled with or separated from the buckling groove; when the buckling rod is buckled with the buckling groove, the adjusting bolt is pressed against the support part of the lower pivot arm.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper mounting frame has a bending portion bending from the lower side of the seat to the back side of the chair, the bending portion is connected by a cross bar, and the cross bar is pivotally connected to the backrest by a sleeved connection piece.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pedal is further installed at a front end of the lower installation frame.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the middle section of the upper armrest frame has a positioning column extending downward, and a side surface of the positioning column has a positioning groove; the front end of the lower armrest frame is provided with a support handle which supports the upper armrest frame, the support handle is hollow and is provided with a guide column groove in which a positioning column is inserted, and the side surface of the support handle is provided with an adjusting rotating pin of a movable locking positioning groove.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting rotating pin includes a disk portion exposed to a side surface of the holder; a dial part extending to the upper end of the disc part; and a pin column part eccentrically arranged on the disk part and capable of being embedded in the positioning groove.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the upper handrail frame is glued to the leather pad.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic rod has a plurality of limiting holes, and the upper handrail frame has a limiting pin inserted into the limiting holes by a buckle.

Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:

the seat, the chair wheel and the chair back are connected through the framework, and the turnover mechanism and the automatic locking mechanism are used for folding and self-locking, so that the trouble that the conventional electric wheelchair is single in function is avoided.

Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to achieve all of the above-described technical effects simultaneously.

Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to implement technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a wheelchair that is foldable and overturned according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figures, the turnover foldable wheelchair comprises a framework 10, wherein the framework 10 comprises an upper support rod 11, and two ends of the upper support rod 11 are connected with a chair back 20; upper mounting frames 12 mounted on both sides of the backrest 20, the upper mounting frames 12 supporting the seat 30; a lower support rod 13 connected with the upper support rod 11 through the turnover mechanism 40, and two ends of the lower support rod 13 are connected with a rear wheel 51; a lower mounting frame 14 extending and connecting with the lower stay bar 13, wherein the lower mounting frame 14 is provided with a front wheel 52 and is connected with a rear wheel 51 through a hinge frame 15 and is connected with the upper mounting frame 12; an upper armrest frame 60 pivotally connected to the seat back 20; a lower armrest frame 70 pivotally coupled to the seat 30 and movably supporting the upper armrest frame 60; the telescopic rod 80 is telescopically sleeved in the upper armrest frame 60, and the telescopic rod 80 is provided with a control handle 81; and a battery case 82 attached to the lower mounting frame 14.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the frame 10 constitutes an integral support of the wheelchair, the upper support rod 11 is connected and fixed to the backrest 20, the upper mounting frames 12 for supporting the seat 30 are additionally installed on both sides of the backrest 20, the lower support rod 13 is connected to the rear wheel 51, the lower mounting frame 14 is extended in a transverse direction, and is used for being installed and connected to the front wheel 52, then is connected to the rear wheel 51 through the hinge frame 15, and finally is connected to the upper mounting frame 12 to complete the integral fixation, so as to constitute the frame 10, and complete the stable support.

In addition, the upper armrest frame 60 is pivoted on both sides of the backrest 20, and is matched and pivoted on the lower armrest frame 70 of the seat 30 to form an integral armrest, which is convenient for users to use. An extension rod 80 is inserted into the inside of the upper armrest frame 60, and a control handle 81 is installed at the end thereof. Preferably, the telescopic rod 80 is provided with a plurality of limiting holes, the upper handrail frame 60 is provided with a limiting pin 84 which is buckled and inserted into the limiting holes, and the telescopic handrail frame is adjusted in a telescopic mode to adapt to different user experiences and is higher in flexibility. A battery case 82 for storing a battery is attached to the lower mounting frame 14 to realize electric control.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating an installation of the turnover mechanism according to the embodiment of the present application. The turnover mechanism 40 includes an upper pivot arm 41 fixed at two ends of the upper stay 11, one end of the upper pivot arm 41 is pivotally sleeved on a lower pivot arm 42 of the lower stay 13, an adjusting bolt 43 is penetrated at the other end, the adjusting bolt 43 is movably pressed against a support part 44 of the lower pivot arm 42, the support part 44 is adhered to a rubber pad, the upper end of the adjusting bolt 43 is limited by a nut and pressed against, and a compression spring 45 is sleeved at the lower end. In the present embodiment, the upper stay 11 is pivoted to the lower pivot arm 42 sleeved on the lower stay 13 by the sleeved upper pivot arm 41, and the other end opposite to the pivoted position is abutted by the adjusting bolt 43. Specifically, the adjusting bolt 43 is mounted on the upper pivot arm 41, the lower end is sleeved with the compression spring 45, the upper end is limited by a nut, and the adjusting bolt can be pressed on the lower pivot arm 42 in an abutting mode, so that the effect of buffering and shock absorption can be achieved when the wheelchair is opened. Preferably, the upper pivot arm 41 is bent and pivoted to the lower pivot arm 42 with a bending angle, so as to form a certain expansion stroke of the adjusting bolt 43.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an automatic locking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application. An automatic locking mechanism 90 is further arranged between the upper support rod 11 and the lower support rod 13, and the automatic locking mechanism 90 comprises a locking block 91 fixed at the center of the upper support rod 11 and a corresponding locking seat 92 installed on the lower support rod 13.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when the upper stay 11 and the lower stay 13 are rotated, the automatic locking mechanism 90 can be folded integrally, so that the locking block 91 and the locking seat 92 can be separated from each other, and the wheelchair can be locked and unlocked, thereby achieving an automatic locking and positioning function.

Specifically, the snap-on block 91 is pressed against the lower stay 13 by an upper end arc, and has a snap groove 93 facing the snap seat 92; the buckling seat 92 comprises a guide post sleeve 94 arranged at intervals on the lower stay bar 13, and the guide post sleeve 94 is provided with opposite sliding grooves 95; pull rods 96 respectively penetrating the guide post sleeves 94, the outer ends of the pull rods 96 positioned on the guide post sleeves 94 are connected through pull pieces 97, and the inner ends are connected through buckling rods 98 corresponding to the buckling grooves 93; and a spring sleeved on the pull rod 96 and positioned in the guide post sleeve 94; wherein, the pull tab 97 is pulled to drive the pull rod 96 to expand and contract the spring, so that the buckling rod 98 is buckled with or separated from the buckling groove 93; when the buckle lever 98 is buckled to the buckle groove 93, the adjusting bolt 43 is pressed against the support portion 44 of the lower pivot arm 42.

The upper mounting frame 12 has a bent portion 16 bent from the lower side of the seat 30 to the rear side of the backrest 20, the bent portion 16 is connected by a cross bar 17, and the cross bar 17 is pivotally connected to the backrest 20 by a connecting piece 18. When the chair seat 30 is turned over, the chair seat can be rotated through the connecting sheet 18, and can also be supported through the bending part 16 when being opened, so that the chair seat is stable and reliable.

The front end of the lower mounting frame 14 is also provided with a pedal 83 for a user to pedal.

Next, please refer to fig. 4 and 5 together, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating an upper armrest frame and a lower armrest frame according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the separation of fig. 4. The middle section of the upper armrest frame 60 is provided with a positioning column 61 extending downwards, and the side surface of the positioning column 61 is provided with a positioning groove 62; the front end of the lower armrest frame 70 is provided with a support handle 71 supporting the upper armrest frame 60, the support handle 71 is hollow and is provided with a guide column groove 72 inserted with the positioning column 61, and the side surface of the support handle 71 is provided with an adjusting rotating pin 73 of the movable locking positioning groove 62.

In this embodiment, the middle section of the upper armrest frame 60 is provided with a positioning column 61 extending downwards, the corresponding support handle 71 is provided with a guide column groove 72 for inserting the positioning column 61, the side surface of the positioning column 61 is provided with a concave positioning groove 62, the side surface of the support handle 71 is provided with an adjusting rotating pin 73 penetrating into the positioning groove, the positioning column 61 can be movably locked, fixing and separation are achieved, the disassembly and folding are convenient to extract, and the use convenience is improved.

The adjusting rotating pin 73 comprises a disc part 74 exposed out of the side surface of the holding handle 71; a paddle portion 75 extending to the upper end of the disk portion 74; and a pin portion 76 eccentrically provided in the disk portion 75 and fittable into the positioning groove 62. By rotating the dial piece 75, the disc part 74 drives the pin part 76 to eccentrically rotate, the positioning groove 62 is buckled or separated, the pin part 76 is locked or unlocked, the upper handrail frame 60 and the lower handrail frame 70 are separated and folded, and the portability is greatly improved.

It is worth mentioning that the upper end of the upper handrail frame 70 is glued with the leather protection pad, so that the use is comfortable. In addition, the upper end of the carrying handle 71 is provided with a radian, and the cambered surface is matched with the upper handrail frame 60, so that smooth transition is realized, and the stability is better.
