1. A reversible and collapsible wheelchair comprising:
the chair comprises a framework, a chair body and a chair back, wherein the framework comprises an upper support rod, and two ends of the upper support rod are connected with the chair back; the upper mounting frames are mounted on two sides of the chair back and support the chair seat; a lower support rod connected with the upper support rod through a turnover mechanism, wherein two ends of the lower support rod are connected with a rear chair wheel; the lower mounting frame is connected with the lower support rod in an extending mode, a front chair wheel is mounted on the lower mounting frame, and the lower mounting frame is connected with the rear chair wheel through a hinge frame and is connected to the upper mounting frame;
an upper armrest frame pivoted to the chair back;
a lower armrest frame pivoted to the seat and movably supporting the upper armrest frame;
the telescopic rod is sleeved in the upper armrest frame in a telescopic manner and is provided with a control handle; and
and the battery box is arranged on the lower mounting frame.

The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism comprises an upper pivot arm fixed to two ends of the upper stay, one end of the upper pivot arm is pivotally connected to the lower pivot arm of the lower stay, the other end of the upper pivot arm is provided with an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is movably pressed against a support part of the lower pivot arm, the support part is adhered with a rubber pad, the upper end of the adjusting bolt is limited and pressed against by a nut, and the lower end of the adjusting bolt is sleeved with a compression spring.

The wheelchair of claim 1 wherein an automatic locking mechanism is disposed between the upper and lower struts, the automatic locking mechanism comprising a locking block fixed at the center of the upper strut and a corresponding locking seat mounted on the lower strut; the buckling block is pressed against the lower support rod by the radian of the upper end and is provided with a buckling groove facing the buckling seat; the buckling seat comprises guide post sleeves arranged on the lower support rod at intervals, and the guide post sleeves are provided with opposite sliding grooves; pull rods respectively penetrating through the guide post sleeves, wherein the outer ends of the pull rods positioned on the guide post sleeves are connected through pull pieces, and the inner ends of the pull rods are connected through buckling rods corresponding to the buckling grooves; the spring is sleeved on the pull rod and positioned in the guide post sleeve; the pull piece is pulled to drive the pull rod to stretch the spring, so that the buckling rod is buckled with or separated from the buckling groove; when the buckling rod is buckled with the buckling groove, the adjusting bolt presses against the supporting part of the lower pivot arm.
4. The wheelchair of claim 1 wherein the upper frame has a bent portion that is bent from the underside of the seat to the rear of the seat, the bent portion being connected by a cross bar that is pivotally connected to the back by a sleeved connection.
5. The reversible and collapsible wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lower mounting frame is further provided at a front end thereof with a pedal.

The reversible and foldable wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle section of the upper armrest frame has a positioning column extending downwards, and the side of the positioning column has a positioning groove; the front end of the lower armrest frame is provided with a support handle which supports the upper armrest frame, the support handle is hollow and is provided with a guide column groove in which the positioning column is inserted, and the side surface of the support handle is provided with an adjusting rotating pin for movably locking the positioning groove.

The reversible and collapsible wheelchair as claimed in claim 6, wherein said adjustment pivot pin comprises a disk portion exposed at a side of said holder; a dial part extending to the upper end of the disc part; and a pin column part eccentrically arranged on the disc part and capable of being embedded in the positioning groove.
8. The wheelchair of claim 6 wherein the upper frame is glued to the skin pad.
9. The wheelchair of claim 1 wherein the extendable rod has a plurality of limiting holes, and the upper armrest frame has a limiting pin inserted into the limiting holes.
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of wheelchairs, and particularly relates to a wheelchair capable of being folded in a turnover mode.
Background
Wheelchairs sold in the current market are divided into manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs, the electric wheelchairs are also divided into fixed or folding wheelchairs, and the folding wheelchairs can be conveniently stored and are increasingly popular in the market. However, the existing folding wheelchair is lack of armrests and needs to be additionally detached when being unfolded for use, and is mostly fastened by bolts, so that the installation is troublesome. In addition, the electric wheelchair is lack of an automatic lock catch when being unfolded for use, and in order to prevent the folding and the recovery from deformation, the parts are in interference fit during design, the friction is increased, the use is very troublesome, and the electric wheelchair which is more applicable and has multiple functions is lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the technical problem that the present application is to solve is to provide a foldable wheelchair with a turnover mechanism, in which a frame is used to connect a seat, a wheel and a backrest, and the turnover mechanism and an automatic locking mechanism are used to fold and self-lock the wheelchair, so as to avoid the trouble of single function of the conventional electric wheelchair.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a turnover foldable wheelchair which comprises a framework, wherein the framework comprises an upper support rod, and two ends of the upper support rod are connected with a chair back; the upper mounting frames are mounted on two sides of the chair back and support the chair seat; a lower support rod connected with the upper support rod through a turnover mechanism, and two ends of the lower support rod are connected with the rear chair wheel; the lower mounting frame is connected with the lower support rod in an extending way, the lower mounting frame is provided with a front chair wheel and is connected with a rear chair wheel through a hinge frame and is connected with the upper mounting frame; an upper armrest frame pivoted on the chair back; a lower armrest frame pivoted to the seat and movably supporting the upper armrest frame; the telescopic rod is sleeved in the upper armrest frame in a telescopic way and is provided with a control handle; and a battery case mounted on the lower mounting frame.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the turnover mechanism includes an upper pivot arm fixed to two ends of the upper support rod, one end of the upper pivot arm is pivotally connected to the lower pivot arm of the lower support rod, the other end of the upper pivot arm is inserted through an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt actively presses against a support portion of the lower pivot arm, the support portion is adhered to a rubber pad, an upper end of the adjusting bolt is limited by a nut and pressed against the upper end, and a lower end of the adjusting bolt is sleeved with a compression spring.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic locking mechanism is further disposed between the upper support rod and the lower support rod, and the automatic locking mechanism includes a locking block fixed at the center of the upper support rod and a corresponding locking seat mounted on the lower support rod; wherein the buckling block is pressed against the lower stay bar by the radian of the upper end and is provided with a buckling groove facing the buckling seat; the buckling seat comprises guide post sleeves arranged on the lower supporting rods at intervals, and the guide post sleeves are provided with opposite sliding grooves; the pull rods are respectively arranged in the guide post sleeves in a penetrating way, the outer ends of the pull rods positioned in the guide post sleeves are connected through pull pieces, and the inner ends of the pull rods are connected through buckling rods corresponding to the buckling grooves; and a spring sleeved on the pull rod and positioned in the guide post sleeve; wherein, the pull piece is pulled to drive the pull rod expansion spring, so that the buckling rod is buckled with or separated from the buckling groove; when the buckling rod is buckled with the buckling groove, the adjusting bolt is pressed against the support part of the lower pivot arm.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper mounting frame has a bending portion bending from the lower side of the seat to the back side of the chair, the bending portion is connected by a cross bar, and the cross bar is pivotally connected to the backrest by a sleeved connection piece.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pedal is further installed at a front end of the lower installation frame.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the middle section of the upper armrest frame has a positioning column extending downward, and a side surface of the positioning column has a positioning groove; the front end of the lower armrest frame is provided with a support handle which supports the upper armrest frame, the support handle is hollow and is provided with a guide column groove in which a positioning column is inserted, and the side surface of the support handle is provided with an adjusting rotating pin of a movable locking positioning groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting rotating pin includes a disk portion exposed to a side surface of the holder; a dial part extending to the upper end of the disc part; and a pin column part eccentrically arranged on the disk part and capable of being embedded in the positioning groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the upper handrail frame is glued to the leather pad.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic rod has a plurality of limiting holes, and the upper handrail frame has a limiting pin inserted into the limiting holes by a buckle.
Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:
the seat, the chair wheel and the chair back are connected through the framework, and the turnover mechanism and the automatic locking mechanism are used for folding and self-locking, so that the trouble that the conventional electric wheelchair is single in function is avoided.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to achieve all of the above-described technical effects simultaneously.
