The quick-clamping sleeve 3 comprises a large-diameter end close to the adapter and a small-diameter end matched with a first hexagonal chuck step, the diameter of the large-diameter end of the quick-clamping sleeve is larger than that of the adapter step, a second quick-clamping sleeve step is arranged inside the large-diameter end of the quick-clamping sleeve, a certain distance is reserved between the large-diameter end of the quick-clamping sleeve and the second step, and the final limiting function of the quick-clamping sleeve 3 during moving to the adapter 8 side can be achieved. The hexagonal groove position of hexagonal chuck 2 sets up M14 helicitic texture to add the direction step, can install the M14 screw thread puddler.

The number of the steel ball holes is 3, the three steel balls 5 can reliably clamp and fix the stirring rod, and the assembly is very convenient. In addition, the number of the steel balls is not limited, for example, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; the steel ball can be directly replaced after being worn, other parts do not need to be replaced, and the production cost can be effectively saved.

According to the quick-assembly connecting joint, the hexagonal groove of the hexagonal chuck 2 is provided with an M14 thread structure, and a guide step is added to install a stirring rod with M14 threads; according to the installation requirement, other types of thread structures, such as M16 thread structures, can be arranged at the hexagonal groove position of the hexagonal chuck; the M14 threaded stirring rod can be installed through a threaded structure or a guide step, and the hexagonal stirring rod can also be installed by a single hand.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of an adapter of the quick connector of the stirring rod according to the invention; the adapter according to the invention can be provided with M14 internal threads or M14 external threads, and the fast-assembly connecting head assembly can be directly connected to the output end of the stirrer by the adapter according to installation requirements.

A specific assembly of the adapter with an M14 internal thread or an M14 external thread is shown in fig. 6, which may be specifically selected depending on the thread arrangement of the output end of the mixer; fig. 6 also shows a schematic diagram of the adapter after being transferred.

The invention also designs an assembling method of the quick-mounting connector and the stirring rod. FIG. 3, which shows the quick connector for a mixing arm and the assembly thereof with a mixing arm according to the invention, is shown in FIG. 3, fig. 1 in which the mixing arm is shown before it is installed; FIG. 2 shows a first procedure for installing the mixing rod, in which the binding clip 3 is first pressed down and then the mixing rod 1 is loaded; FIG. 3 illustrates the collet sleeve automatically resetting after installation; figure 4 shows the disassembly process, with the collet sleeve first depressed and the tower spring ejecting the stir bar.

A small-diameter end of a tower-shaped spring 7 is installed in a containing hole of an extending part of an adapter 8, an outer spring 6 is sleeved on a hexagonal chuck 2, then three steel balls 5 are placed in the three steel ball holes respectively, a chuck sleeve 4 is installed in a quick clamping sleeve 3 and abuts against a second step of the quick clamping sleeve, then the quick clamping sleeve 4 and the chuck sleeve 3 are assembled on the hexagonal chuck 2 together, then the hexagonal chuck 2 is assembled on the extending part of the adapter, and the tower-shaped spring 7 extends into the hexagonal chuck 2. At this time, 3 steel balls 5 are pressed by the inner wall of the quick-clamping sleeve 4 and are positioned at the bottom end of the steel ball groove, and the tower-shaped spring 7 is compressed.

When the quick-clamping stirring rod 1 is installed, firstly, a quick-clamping sleeve 3 is pressed downwards to the side of an adapter 8, the quick-clamping sleeve 3 moves to the side of the adapter 8, a chuck sleeve 4 abutted against the quick-clamping sleeve 3 is pushed to slide along a hexagonal chuck 2, an outer spring 6 abutted against the chuck sleeve 4 is compressed, meanwhile, a tower-shaped spring 7 extrudes a steel ball 5 to enable the steel ball 5 to be extruded outwards, the outer spring 6 pushes the quick-clamping sleeve 3 to the other side, but the quick-clamping sleeve 3 cannot return to the original position because the steel ball 5 is extruded by the tower-shaped spring 7, at the moment, the quick-clamping stirring rod 1 is installed in an inner hole of the hexagonal chuck 2, the tower-shaped spring 7 is extruded at the bottom end of the stirring rod 1, the steel ball 5 loses the inner radial force and is extruded by the outer quick-clamping sleeve 4 and the outer spring 6, the steel ball 5 is extruded inwards for quick-assembling; the threaded stirring rod can be installed, and the hexagonal stirring rod can also be installed by a single hand.

According to the quick-assembly connector for the stirring rod and the assembling method of the quick-assembly connector for the stirring rod and the stirring rod, the stirring rod with the M14 thread can be installed through a thread structure or a guide step, and a hexagonal stirring rod can also be installed by one hand.
