At the moment, the valve is still positioned in the placing hole 121, the fixing block 412 is moved upwards, the fixing block 412 cannot continuously fix the fixing block 421, the scraping spring 53 gives the elastic force for moving the scraping plate 52, the scraping plate 52 gives the outward elastic force for the moving plate 43 through the limiting block 521, the moving plate 43 is moved to the end part of the scraping plate 52, the moving plate 43 is moved vertically downwards until the moving plate 43 is moved to the lower part of the scraping plate 52, the moving plate 43 is horizontally moved towards the direction close to the heating column 12, the moving plate 43 is abutted against the end part of the valve, the heated valve has certain viscosity, the valve is adhered to the moving plate 43, the moving plate 43 is further away from the heating column 12, the moving plate 43 is moved vertically upwards, when the moving plate 43 passes through the scraping plate 52, the scraping plate 43 is abutted against the scraping plate 52 on the side of the valve, the valve is scraped by the scraping plate 52, and the scraped valve falls into the receiving groove 3, the valve can be completely separated from the shifting-out plate 43; until the scraped valve is dropped into the receiving groove 3, the moving-out plate 43 moves to the position above the scraping plate 52, the moving-out plate 43 moves towards the direction close to the limiting block 521, the limiting block 521 and the scraping plate 52 are driven to move together after the moving-out plate 43 is contacted with the limiting block 521, the scraping spring 53 is compressed, the moving-out plate 43 moves horizontally to drive the sliding column 42 to move horizontally together, when the clamping block 421 is inserted into the through hole 414 and clamped by the fixing block 412, the sliding column 42 and the moving-out plate 43 cannot move continuously, so that the valve in a whole row can be moved out simultaneously, one valve is not required to be taken out from the placing hole 121, and the working efficiency is improved.

Whole separation process only needs artifical manual to insert the inflating valve and places in placing hole 121, then takes off only the inflating valve of same heating tube 11 through removing board 43, no longer needs the manual work to hold inflating valve and inner tube of a tyre and heats and separate, has reduced manpower resources's waste.
