Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging products, in particular to a production method of an inflatable structure.

Background

Along with the development of the express delivery industry, the products need to be packaged by paper boxes in express delivery, the paper boxes used in the traditional express delivery industry are directly packaged by corrugated cardboard boxes or plastic boxes, but when fragile or collision-resistant articles are mailed, multiple layers of bubble buffer materials need to be wound on the outer sides of the articles, so that the integrity of the articles in the mailing process is guaranteed, but the shape of the products is limited and the cost is high due to the fact that the multiple layers of bubble buffer materials are wound on the articles.

The existing multilayer bubble buffer material is generally directly a bubble buffer bag or a bubble buffer box, the part of an outer plastic layer is generally required to be bonded in the processing process, an area for inflating is reserved, the bonding of the outer plastic layer generally adopts a hot pressing mode, the area needing to be bonded is narrow, the part which does not need to be bonded is easily bonded in the hot pressing process, and the phenomenon of product processing damage is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a production method of an inflatable structure, which aims to solve the technical problem that the product is possibly processed and damaged due to inaccurate positioning of plastic layers during partial bonding in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: there is provided a method of producing an inflatable structure, comprising the steps of:
