4. The simple bicycle of claim 3, wherein: the limiting pin comprises a pin rod (20), a pin cap (21) vertically fixed at the end part of the outer end of the pin rod (20) and a limiting retainer ring (22) fixed on the pin rod (20);

the limiting retainer ring (22) is arranged adjacent to the pin cap (21);

the side wall of the rear sleeve (14) is provided with a gourd hole, a large-diameter opening (23) of the gourd hole is arranged on the side wall, the pin rod (20) and the limiting retainer ring (22) move downwards after being inserted from the large-diameter opening (23), the pin cap (21) and the limiting retainer ring (22) are respectively clamped and retained on the small-diameter opening (24) of the gourd hole, and therefore the limiting pin is prevented from moving along the radial direction.

The simple bicycle of claim 1, wherein: the limiting mechanism consists of a limiting connecting piece (26) hinged with the saddle mounting pipe (8) through a first connecting piece (25) and a fixed connecting piece (28) fixedly connected with the handlebar mounting pipe (6) through a second connecting piece (27);

the free end (29) of the limiting connecting piece (26) is connected with the fixed connecting piece (28) through an inserting pin; or the bottom surface of the free end (29) is provided with an arc-shaped claw (30), and the arc-shaped claw (30) is hooked on an arc-shaped groove (31) formed in the fixed connecting piece (28) to realize the connection between the limiting connecting piece (26) and the fixed connecting piece (28).

6. The simple bicycle of claim 5, wherein: the locking cover plate (32) is hinged with the second connecting piece (27); a locking pin (33) or a transverse rack is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper end of the locking cover plate (32);

The simple bicycle of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the flywheel driving assembly comprises a flywheel (9) arranged on a rotating shaft of the front wheel (2), a chain wheel (10) and a chain (11) connected between the flywheel (9) and the chain wheel (10), and the chain wheel (10) is arranged on one side arm of the front fork (1).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of bicycles (manual bicycles), and particularly relates to a simple bicycle.

Background

The driving mechanism (chain wheel driving mode) and the steering mechanism (handlebar and front fork mechanism) of the existing bicycle, namely the manual bicycle, are independently installed and operate without influencing each other, but the miniaturization of the bicycle body is limited, and in order to carry and store, people develop a plurality of folding bicycles, but the bicycles are still the driving mode of the traditional pedals, are only beneficial to reducing the bicycle body, but still can not reduce the bicycle body to the most ideal volume suitable for riding buses or subways, because riding the buses or the subways require smaller bicycle bodies, preferably not more than one space occupied by an adult to stand or a seat, otherwise, the passing of surrounding passengers or the station or the seat can be influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a simple bicycle which has the functions of small volume and light weight.

The simple bicycle comprises a front fork, a front wheel, a flywheel driving assembly, a rear fork, a rear wheel, a handlebar mounting pipe and a saddle mounting pipe, wherein the front wheel is mounted at the lower end of the front fork;

the front rotating shaft is connected with the rear rotating shaft through a double-sleeve piece;

the double sleeve member comprises a front sleeve and a rear sleeve;

the front rotating shaft is sleeved in the front sleeve, and the rear rotating shaft is sleeved in the rear sleeve;

the rear rotating shaft is fixed relative to the rear sleeve by the limiting mechanism.

The limiting mechanism comprises a limiting bushing, a limiting end cap and an annular bushing plug which are arranged in the rear sleeve;

the limiting end cap is arranged at the upper end of the rear sleeve and consists of a central tube and at least one limiting pin arranged on the circumferential side wall of the top of the central tube;

a limiting groove extending outwards from the top surface is formed in the peripheral wall of the top of the inner side of the rear sleeve;

the top surface of the limiting bush is provided with at least one bridging limiting groove;

the limiting pin is arranged in the limiting groove and the bridging limiting groove simultaneously when the central pipe is sleeved on the limiting bushing, so that the rotation of the limiting bushing is limited;

the limiting bush is sleeved outside the rear rotating shaft and is fixed on the rear rotating shaft through a limiting pin;

the annular bushing plug is installed at the lower end of the rear sleeve.

The limiting mechanism comprises at least one limiting pin which penetrates through the rear sleeve from outside to inside and then is inserted into a limiting hole in the rear rotating shaft.

The limiting pin comprises a pin rod, a pin cap vertically fixed at the end part of the outer end of the pin rod and a limiting retainer ring fixed on the pin rod;

the limiting retainer ring is arranged adjacent to the pin cap;

the side wall of the rear sleeve is provided with a gourd hole, the large-diameter opening of the gourd hole is arranged in the gourd hole, the pin rod and the limiting retainer ring move downwards after being inserted from the large-diameter opening, the pin cap and the limiting retainer ring are respectively clamped and blocked on the small-diameter opening of the gourd hole, and therefore the limiting pin is prevented from moving along the radial direction.

The limiting mechanism consists of a limiting connecting piece hinged with the saddle mounting pipe through a first connecting piece and a fixed connecting piece fixedly connected with the handlebar mounting pipe through a second connecting piece;

the free end of the limiting connecting piece is connected with the fixed connecting piece through a plug pin; or the bottom surface of the free end is provided with an arc-shaped hook claw which is hooked on the arc-shaped groove formed in the fixed connecting piece, so that the connection between the limiting connecting piece and the fixed connecting piece is realized.

The locking cover plate is hinged with the second connecting piece; a locking pin or a transverse rack is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper end of the locking cover plate;

and the top surface of the free end is provided with a pin hole or a second transverse rack which is matched with the locking pin or the first transverse rack for limiting.

The limiting mechanism consists of a limiting connecting rod and a T-shaped limiting part, wherein one end of the limiting connecting rod is hinged with the saddle mounting pipe, and the T-shaped limiting part is fixed on one side of the handlebar mounting pipe;

and the free end of the limiting connecting rod is provided with a hook claw for the hook claw to be arranged on a connecting hole formed in the transverse part of the T-shaped limiting part.

The flywheel driving assembly comprises a flywheel, a chain wheel and a chain, wherein the flywheel and the chain are installed on a rotating shaft of the front wheel, the chain wheel is connected between the flywheel and the chain wheel, and the chain wheel is installed on one side arm of the front fork.

The invention has the advantages that: simple structure, small volume after folding, can be used as a stool, and is favorable for relieving fatigue caused by long-term standing.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 shows a simple bicycle, which comprises a front fork 1, a front wheel 2 mounted at the lower end of the front fork 1, a flywheel drive assembly, a rear fork 3, a rear wheel 4 mounted at the lower end of the rear fork 3, a handlebar mounting tube 6 mounted at the top of a front rotating shaft 5 at the top of the front fork 1 and a saddle mounting tube 8 mounted with a saddle 7, wherein the saddle mounting tube 8 is mounted at the top of a rear rotating shaft 12 at the top of the rear fork 3; the front rotating shaft 5 is connected with the rear rotating shaft 12 through a double-sleeve piece; the double sleeve comprises a front sleeve 13 and a rear sleeve 14; the front rotating shaft 5 is sleeved in the front sleeve 13, and the rear rotating shaft 12 is sleeved in the rear sleeve 14; meanwhile, the bicycle further comprises a limiting mechanism for fixing the rear rotating shaft 12 to be static relative to the rear sleeve 14, and the main purpose is to prevent the position or mechanical fixation of the rear rotating shaft 12 from being fixed when the bicycle is in the unfolded state, namely after the bicycle is unfolded in place, the state of the rear rotating shaft 12 is not changed, so that the bicycle is ensured to be in a stable unfolded state, and the riding safety is ensured.

The flywheel driving assembly comprises a flywheel 9 mounted on a rotating shaft of the front wheel 2, a chain wheel 10 and a chain 11 connected between the flywheel 9 and the chain wheel 10, wherein the chain wheel 10 is mounted on one side arm of the front fork 1.

The specific structure of the limiting mechanism in the embodiment can be as shown in fig. 2, that is, the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting bush 15, a limiting end cap and an annular bush plug which are arranged in a rear sleeve 14; wherein, the limiting end cap is arranged at the upper end of the rear sleeve 14 and consists of a central tube 16 shown in figure 3 and at least one limiting pin 17 arranged on the circumferential side wall at the top of the central tube 16; a limiting groove 18 which is shown in fig. 4 and extends outwards from the top surface is formed on the peripheral wall of the top of the inner side of the corresponding rear sleeve 14; the top surface of the limiting bush 15 is provided with at least one bridging limiting groove 19 shown in fig. 5; when the central tube 16 is sleeved on the limiting bush 15, the limiting pin 17 is simultaneously arranged in the limiting groove 18 and the bridging limiting groove 19, so that the rotation of the limiting bush 15 is limited; when the limiting end cap is pulled up, the limiting pin 17 is separated from the limiting groove 18 and the bridging limiting groove 19, and the position of the limiting bush 15 is lost, so that the rear rotating shaft 12 can be rotated under the action of external force (the limiting bush 15 is installed outside the rear rotating shaft 12). The limiting bush 15 is fixed on the rear rotating shaft 12 through a limiting pin; an annular bushing plug 17 is mounted at the lower end of the rear sleeve 14 for sealing and dust-proof purposes.

The limiting mechanism can also be: the bicycle rear rotating shaft locking device comprises at least one limiting pin which penetrates through the rear sleeve 14 from outside to inside and then is inserted into a limiting hole in the rear rotating shaft 12, the position of the rear rotating shaft 12 is locked or unlocked by plugging the limiting pin, the rear rotating shaft 12 is fixed when the bicycle is in an unfolded state, and driving safety is guaranteed.

The limiting pin comprises a pin rod 20 shown in fig. 6, a pin cap 21 vertically fixed at the outer end of the pin rod 20 and a limiting retainer ring 22 fixed on the pin rod 20; the limit retainer 22 is arranged adjacent to the pin cap 21; then, a gourd hole as shown in fig. 7 is formed on the side wall of the sleeve 14, and a large diameter opening 23 of the gourd hole is disposed on the side wall to move downward after the pin rod 20 and the limit retainer 22 are inserted from the large diameter opening 23, so that the pin cap 21 and the limit retainer 22 are respectively clamped on a small diameter opening 24 of the gourd hole, thereby preventing the limit pin from moving in the radial direction, mainly aiming at moving outward due to vibration when the limit pin is in a locked state.

The structure of the limiting mechanism can also be the structure shown in fig. 8, namely, the limiting mechanism is composed of a limiting connecting piece 26 hinged with the saddle mounting tube 8 through a first connecting piece 25, and a fixed connecting piece 28 fixedly connected with the handlebar mounting tube 6 through a second connecting piece 27; the free end 29 of the limit connecting piece 26 is connected with the fixed connecting piece 28 through an inserting and pulling pin; or the bottom surface of the free end 29 is provided with an arc-shaped claw 30, and the arc-shaped claw 30 is hooked on an arc-shaped groove 31 formed in the fixed connecting piece 28 to realize the connection of the limiting connecting piece 26 and the fixed connecting piece 28.

The limiting mechanism also comprises a locking cover plate 32 shown in fig. 9, and the locking cover plate 32 is hinged with the second connecting piece 27; a locking pin 33 or a transverse rack is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper end of the locking cover plate 32; the top surface of the free end 29 is provided with a pin hole 34 or a second transverse rack which is matched with and limited by a locking pin 33 or the first transverse rack. The locking pin 33 is inserted into the pin hole 34 to realize the connection between the second connecting piece 27 and the limiting connecting piece 26, so that the purpose of locking and limiting is achieved.

The limiting mechanism can also be in the structure shown in fig. 1, namely: the bicycle is composed of a limiting connecting rod 35 and a T-shaped limiting part 36, wherein one end of the limiting connecting rod is hinged with the bicycle seat mounting tube 8, and the T-shaped limiting part 36 is fixed on one side of the handlebar mounting tube 6; the free end of the limiting connecting rod 35 is provided with a hook claw, the hook claw is used for being arranged on a connecting hole formed in the transverse part of the T-shaped limiting part 36, when the bicycle is turned, the rear end of the limiting connecting rod 35 is opposite to the bicycle seat mounting pipe 8 to rotate left and right or swing (can be hinged through a pin shaft or a joint bearing), and meanwhile, the distance between the handlebar mounting pipe 6 and the bicycle seat mounting pipe 8 is ensured to be stable through the limited tension force of the hook claw and the connecting hole, and the driving safety is ensured.

The simple bicycle that each embodiment provided above, the biggest characteristics are exactly that the transverse connecting rod who connects the front and back wheel shortens to the double-tube, has reduced the volume of bicycle greatly, adjusts the sprocket assembly to the front fork simultaneously, has satisfied the travelling comfort of riding, certainly, also can install on the back fork sprocket assembly. This simple and easy bicycle is folding back promptly the back vent is folding forward, and the design height satisfies the human body and relies on the cushion, uses when the high-foot bench, to when taking the subway, helps alleviating the tired sense that no seat brought.
