Technical Field

The present invention relates to a treating agent for elastic fibers, which imparts excellent antistatic properties and unwinding properties to elastic fibers and suppresses friction fluctuation and jumping during processing ( drop ち), and an elastic fiber to which the treating agent for elastic fibers is attached.

Background

Conventionally, as a treating agent for elastic fibers, a treating agent or the like has been proposed which contains a base component (a) selected from at least one of mineral oil, silicone oil and ester oil, and a urea-based component (B) selected from at least one of a urea compound and a urea/urethane compound (for example, see patent document 1). However, these conventional agents for treating elastic fibers have a problem that, although they are excellent in terms of yarn breakage due to yarn skipping and in terms of unwinding property of the inner layer, they cause a problem that the finished fabric is mottled due to friction fluctuation caused by tension fluctuation due to rubbing between the running yarn and the roller during processing, peeling electrification during unwinding, and electrification caused by rubbing between the running yarn and the roller. Therefore, the conventional techniques cannot sufficiently cope with the problem that both excellent antistatic property and excellent unwinding property can be secured and friction fluctuation and skip at the time of processing can be suppressed.

In the treatment agent of the present invention, other components may be used in combination as necessary within a range not impairing the effect of the present invention. Examples of the other component include modified silicone oils (silicones other than the higher fatty acid ester-modified silicone represented by chemical formula 4 and not used as a smoothing agent), such as amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane, polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane, carboxyl-modified polydimethylsiloxane, epoxy-modified polydimethylsiloxane, mercapto-modified polydimethylsiloxane, and alkyl-modified polydimethylsiloxane, nonionic surfactants, linking agents represented by higher alcohols, wettability improvers, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, and preservatives, which are known as fiber processing agents.

The higher fatty acid ester-modified silicone, the smoothing agent, the antistatic agent, the anti-blocking agent, and other components used in the above-described treatment agent of the present invention can be easily produced by known methods.

The treatment agent of the present invention can be prepared by a known method.

The kinematic viscosity of the treating agent of the present invention is preferably 2 to 100mm at 25 ℃2/s。

Next, the elastic fiber according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the elastic fiber of the present invention) will be described. The elastic fiber of the present invention is an elastic fiber to which the treatment agent of the present invention is attached. The amount of the treatment agent of the present invention attached to the elastic fiber is not particularly limited, and is preferably 0.1 to 10 mass%.

Examples of the elastic fiber include polyester elastic fiber, polyamide elastic fiber, polyolefin elastic fiber, and polyurethane elastic fiber, and among them, polyurethane elastic fiber is preferable.

In addition, as a method of supplying (supplying) the oil to the treatment agent of the present invention, there is a method of adhering the treatment agent to the elastic fiber in a spinning step of the elastic fiber by a net oil supply method without dilution. As the adhesion method, a known method such as a roll oil feeding method, an oil guide feeding method, and a spray oil feeding method can be applied. The applicator roll is usually located between the die and the winding traverse (traverse), and among them, when the treatment agent of the present invention is adhered to the polyurethane elastic fiber by the applicator roll located between the stretching roll and the drawing roll, the effect is remarkably expressed, and it is preferable.

The elastic fiber of the present invention can be produced by a known method, for example, a wet spinning method, a melt spinning method, or a dry spinning method. Among these, dry spinning is preferred in terms of the quality and production efficiency of elastic fibers.

As described above, when the treatment agent of the present invention containing the higher fatty acid ester-modified silicone represented by chemical formula 4 and the smoothing agent is used, it has an effect of imparting excellent antistatic properties and unwinding properties to the elastic fiber and suppressing friction fluctuation and jumping during processing.

In particular by reacting R in the organic group represented by chemical formula 52Has 5 or more carbon atoms, and can suppress friction fluctuation and improve the unwinding property. In addition, by making R in the organic group represented by chemical formula 63Has 19 or less carbon atoms, R4Has 20 or less carbon atoms, and can secure adsorption sites on the metal and obtain an adsorption effect. As a result, friction fluctuation can be suppressed.
