In the invention, a first supporting frame 20 and a second supporting frame 22 are respectively fixed on two sides of the lower end of a conveying device 5, a third driving motor 7 is fixed on one side of the second supporting frame 22, an output shaft of the third driving motor 7 penetrates through the side wall of the second supporting frame 22 and is connected to the conveying device 5, the third driving motor 7 is connected with an external component, so that the stable operation of the conveying device is facilitated, the operation and control of a worker are facilitated, and the output shaft of the third driving motor 7 rotates to drive the conveying device 5 to operate.

The invention also provides a method for treating the chemical slurry on the surface of the crushed stone, which comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing 1:1 cement paste, wherein the consistency of the cement paste is 20S +/-3S, and conveying stones, which are coarse aggregates with the nominal particle size of more than 4.75mm, to the fixing plate 21 in the cement paste soaking box 1 through a conveying device;

s2, vibrating and screening the cement paste by using a vibrating device, vibrating and separating free cement paste, and enabling the separated cement paste to fall into the collection box 13 for recycling;

s3 and waterThe stones separated from the slurry continue to move on the filter screen 16 on the fixed plate 21, the filter screen 16 is a square-hole screen with 6mm screen holes, the screen length is not less than 6m, the stones are dispersed and not accumulated on the surface, the screening time is not less than 30 seconds, strong air is blown through the fan 24, the power of the fan 24 is not less than 20Kw, the variable frequency motor is adjustable in air supply amount, and the maximum air supply amount is not less than 10m3The surface of the stone can be air-dried to a saturated surface dry state within 10 seconds, and the stone is air-dried in motion, so that all dimensions of the stone are air-dried to the saturated surface dry state of the stone;

s4, after the stones are air-dried to a saturated surface dry state, continuing to vibrate to move to an outlet, then opening the sealing cover 29 by using the oil cylinder 27, conveying the stones to a field through the conveying equipment 5, and transferring the stones into a maintenance shed for maintenance;

and S5, curing for not less than 3 days in the tent at normal temperature and humidity of not less than 80%, curing for not less than 6 hours by steam, wherein the humidity in the tent can be realized by a spray atomization humidifying device, and the cement is used after being solidified and hardened.

In the present invention, in use, first, 1:1, then an output shaft of one of the third driving motors 7 rotates to drive the conveying device 5 to operate, the conveying device 5 is used to drop the stones into the soaking box 1 through the blanking hopper 19, so that the stones are soaked in the cement slurry soaking box 1, the soaked stones are conveyed to the fixed plate 21 through the spiral conveying pipe 18, then an output shaft of the second driving motor 11 rotates to drive the rotating disc 31 to rotate, the rotating disc 31 rotates to drive the oscillating bar 32 to move, the oscillating bar 32 drives the moving plate 35 to move up and down repeatedly when moving, the moving plate 35 drives the moving rod 25 to move up and down when moving, the moving rod 25 moves to drive the second sliding block 36 to move in the second sliding groove 37, and further drives the fixed plate 21 to vibrate repeatedly, the stones are shaken off when vibrating on the fixed plate 21 to drop into the collecting box 13, so as to be convenient for recycling, and then the stones continue to vibrate on the filter screen 16, the fan 24 conveys wind into the air duct 40 through the wind conveying pipe 41, the spray pipe 23 is used for air-drying stones until the saturated surfaces of the stones are dry, then the piston rod of the oil cylinder 27 is used for moving to drive the sealing cover 29 to move, so that the sealing cover 29 is opened, the stones are vibrated on the other conveying equipment 5, the stones are conveyed to the field by the other conveying equipment 5 and conveyed to the inside of the tent for maintenance for at least three days, meanwhile, the inside of the tent is kept in a normal temperature state, and the humidity inside the tent is enabled to be not less than 80% by the spraying atomization humidifying device until the cement is coagulated and hardened for reuse.
